Best service ever! Thank you Lenre for the absolute best service ever. We were in a hurry and we were server so rapidly. By far the best waiter in town!

Nice place to get your "morning fix". People are nice and the coffee is great! Hey B&F what coffee are you serving.if it's not a secret?

Accueil et accompagnement à la place triste (elle n'avait sûrement pas de travailler), service positif et souriant, nourriture de qualité avec de bons et beaux choix.

Fenêtres sales, beaucoup de poussière sur les pourtours des banquettes, service très ordinaire (serveuse tutoie les clients et très peu visible). La nourriture est juste OK. Aucune recherche de l’excellence. Comment pensez vous survivre? !? !

On a pris la poêler avocat et bacon ainsi que la poêlé 3 viandes. Les 2 plats contenaient des patates rancies. Nous n’avons même pas pu obtenir un remboursement complet pour des plats qui contenaient des aliments pourries. Ceci est inacceptable, si l’option de mettre 0 étoile existait, je l’aurais fait. Je déconseille grandement ce restaurant!

Je suis venu pour acheter une café à emporter. J'ai attendu 10-15 minutes devant le panneau d'attente qui donne vers le club de tennis et pendent ce temps-là aucun employé n'est venu me demander ce que je veux. Donc j'ai quitté par la suite sans rien acheter. Je ne trouve pas normal d'attendre une éternité juste pour avoir une café de 2$. Je comprends de faire la fil quand on veut s'assoir à une table, mais pas quand on veut faire un achat qui prend 30 secondes.

My favourite restaurant for breakfast. I’ve been visiting Ben & Florentine for like 4 years and I’ve never left sad or still hungry. Love the food and the drinks. Everything is so tasty

Lee quantités étaient en-deçà de nos attentes, plutôt petites, bien que délicieuses. Le personnel était sympathique, l'ambiance assez agréable et le service relativement rapide. Les prix étaient raisonnables.

Great service but ingredients and cooking need improved. We had breakfast and most things felt frozen and/or microwaved.: (

Just tried to have my first Ben and Florentine breakfast. Drove out to the nuns island branch, of course I checked if they serve breakfast late like all breakfast restaurants BUT they wouldn’t serve us. It was 2: 30 PM and they close at 3: 00PM. But nope, they wouldn’t seat us or serve us - categorically refused. Their explanation was that when only a few tables are left being served they close the kitchen. REALLY! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Needless to say - we will never go back and as it’s a policy to close the kitchen at random times I will also heed all my friends to this policy. Poor business conduct on their part and as restaurants are struggling to stay afloat, there are many who will gladly accommodate us even half an hour before their posted closing time.

Thursday July 13,8.30 am. Have ordered takeout a few times and the food is good. The problem is when you dine in the service is lacking. This morning waited 5 minutes to be seated at the entrance. After being seated waited another 10 minutes with two waiters passing by multiple times without taking my order taking my order. Waiters seem uninterested and lacking service skills. After 10 minutes of waiting I stood up and left.

Service is excellent friendly and very helpful (and very busy probably over worked) but the food is not up to my expectations for a 15-20$ / plate resto.
To start the coffee was undrinkable. The tea was very nice.
The potato's are frozen, they taste ok but for the price one expects real potatoes like the other breakfast places of the same price range.
The ham was flavourless and greasy. The sausage was good, bacon was also good but my partner thought it didn't taste so fresh.
Eggs were also acceptable.
Toast was more bread than toast.
Fresh fruit waffle came with grapes (warm grapes? Gross) banana and 3 strawberries, and a drizzle of "English cream" that.well I won't say what it looked like here if I'm being polite I was highly disappointed compared to the waffles I get at all the other breakfast places, with good amounts of non-watery English cream and fresh berries not cheap bananas and grapes.
Half the resto is nice, the other half is in the "sunroom" and is loud and cold when the sun isn't shining.

The table has an extremely sticky edge. Even after they cleaned it
. It's not on the table top but the edge all around it really bothered me.

Our waitress tried her best to make us happy which I appreciate but it wasn't her fault, nor do I think it's the kitchens fault.there's a good quality problem.

Good breakfast food and a comfy environment! We had a great server and needed to kill some time so we sat in the restaurant for some time. I got a smoothie and a wrap that was delicious and my fiancé got a waffle that he enjoyed.

Edited: so after the incident the owners reach out to me and invited us bk to the place…. And i felt very welcomed and i love it since thanks for reaching to us and clearing the issues

Very clean restaurant set within/adjacent to tennis club. However, food is ok but not to die for. For instance, their potatoes are ok but the frozen food kind. There's a kind of "artificial flavor" to both the look and taste. Staff is efficient and restrooms are clean. The "musak" is too loud you can barely hear each other. Free parking lot.

C'est toujours un bon endroit où aller manger et en plus il y a une section où on peut voir le tennis intérieur pendant qu'on mange. L'image est pour le plat Ça croustille.

Endroit parfait pour déjeuner. Plats variés et satisfaisants. Le café est bon. Le service est parfait! L’endroit est super propre. J’adore!

It used to be a nice place with good service, but today's lunch was a huge disappointment for me.
The restaurant was almost empty, but despite that, I had to wait to be seated. Then I had to wait to make an order, and then I had to wait to pay. I felt like a waitress was ignoring me. Normally, waiters come from time to time to check if you need anything or to suggest a coffee refill. That didn't happen to me this time. The service was terrible, the worst I have ever seen in brunch places

The food is awesome, great portion, and yet, not expensive. I went there couple of times and I ordered a new meal every time and I was satisfied with the quality and taste every single time. The personnel are welcoming and friendly!
I absolutely recommend this place to have a quality breakfast or brunch.

Not bad. They offered us "table syrup" like if we were eating in a Waffle House in North Carolina off highway 87 or actual maple syrup.for an extra charge. And brought us an ounce of it. In Quebec. ROFL.

Réservation effectuée 16 heures d'avance. Service très lent. Difficile d'avoir du café et des ustensiles.

Toujours une excellente expérience au Ben & Florentine à l'île des Soeurs! Staff super sympathique, toujours de belles assiettes généreuses, les prix sont aussi raisonnables. B&F se démarque remarquablement dans l'industrie du déjeuner au Québec.
