Ice cream was great and staff were friendly, love that you can get flavours not found in grocery stores here.

I’ve always wanted to go to a Ben & Jerry’s creamery. It was excellent ice cream, as usual you can never go wrong with B&J. The only reason I’m giving it a 4* review is I was hoping to see much more variety. It turns out our local Circle K/Irving had all but two of the flavours in their display. We did enjoy it though. So can’t really complain. I love the decor.

My real rating is a Zero - Was visiting Montreal on August 9th/22, had to wait in a long line to start. I do not speak much French but thought the girls at the counter would be helpful but not at all. The young Asian girl with dark-hair was unpleasant and very rude to me and gave me a look that l did not appreciate. Even though l just picked a flavor to end this experience once l paid for this expensive single scoop ice cream in a cup. She gave me a wooden spoon that was cracked near the edge and after two bites it split so as to easily splinter on my tongue. Not impressed with this location's service.the worst l have ever received! Avoid this location at all costs! I wish l had just gone to McDonald's or Dairy Queen instead.

Quand tu veux te gâter solide. De la bonne crème glacée gourmet dans une bonne gaufre. Aussi bon choix de saveurs, tu peux essayer des variétés non disponibles en épicerie.

Came into city excited to try Ben n jerry. Went in around 8: 15. Asked for a milkshake and they refused cause they were like we are closing

I love this store, good selection of dairy and non dairy ice creams. The chunky monkey is to die for. Same for coffee buzz buzz.

On a pris 3 boules menthes aux pépites de chocolat, cherry Garcia et sorbet au bluets. Mon meilleur c’était le menthe au huge pépites de chocolat extraordinairement bon, le cherry Garcia très bon aussi! À essayer!

The ice cream is good but it is too expensive for just a little bit. Even at the grocery store, those small containers are too pricey!

My family and I ate our ice cream in front of the store under the roof. It was raining and there’s no dine-in. The employee came out and told us to leave because we might make the customers feel uncomfortable if we’re by the door. We awkwardly just stepped out into the pouring rain eating ice cream. Wow.

OPEN DURING THE WINTER! THAT’S ALL I CAME TO SAY! Also good service and always have at least one scoopable dairy-free option which is nice in a pinch, like today!

Fast service and the clerk was smiling. B&J ice cream is always excellent as usual. Would go again for a quick ice cream craving.

Clairement, ils ont pas suivi la formation originale parce que j'ai eu des demi-boules de crème glacée dans ma tasse et je me suis plaint sans obtenir raison. Le service n'était pas plus long qu'il faut mais j'aurais bien aimer avoir ce que j'ai payé pour.

Only second time ever in a Ben & Jerry's. Was not impressed. $5.99 for a scoop in a cup. Ordered the strawberry cheesecake, never again.

Ice cream was great but service was horrible. The guy that served us Zero smile didn't say a word no hello no thanks no good by. Every one was on their cell phone the only word he said was 2 dollars when we went to get a bottle of water. It will be a long time before you'll ever see me in one of your establishments again.

All the ice cream at this location is Kosher but as things constantly change be sure to verify when going. The standard sugar cones and chocolate dipped standard sugar cones are kosher as well, but again be sure to verify when there. Staff is very helpfull. Great location downtown. Bilingual.and they are open late (Mon Thru Wed open till 11: 00pm & Thurs Thru Sat open till 11: 30pm)

Great ice cream, but it can get very crowded (which is due to the great ice cream!). Service is quite fast though and makes up for it!

Delicious ice cream cone, but I was shocked that they didn't have rootbeer float, which is actually why I went there.

Service un peu long. Un peu trop cher, mais en même temps c'est une glace de qualité totalement délicieuse. Il n'y a que 2-3 tables à l'intérieur, mais plusieurs endroits pour s'asseoir sur la rue à l'extérieur.

Really expensive for ice cream, theres other places in montreal that give way more for way less

Had an extremely disappointing experience tonight which was upsetting given how great our previous ones have been.
We received explicitly unnecessary verbal abuse from who we later learned to be the owner of the premises, which only heightened how unacceptable it was. During our previous trips to this establishment, we were met with impeccable service from all the young staff. Bright and bubbly individuals with vested interest in their customers was what we associated with the shop until today. All we wanted was 1L of take home icecream across two flavours, spilt into two tubs so as to prevent mixing and also allow easy access. Previous to today, we didn't even have to ask for this, as the kind young staff suggested it, showing their commitment to going over and above. However, this highly rude "owner" not only argued with us over it, but was seemingly more interested in finding out who the younger staff were, rather than taking care of us as paying customers. I find this highly ironic, given the fact that the younger staff constituted legitimate customer service, and the owners behaviour rendered that of a tantrum throwing two year old. I can safely say that we will not be returning and recommend that other people do the same.

Very delicious ice cream, 2 scopes for 5$, but the store needs really a renovation, not so nice to chill!

Asked for vegan options and was shown 4 flavors, only one of which was actually vegan and ended up accidentally eating non vegan ice cream here

Great customer service and a large variety of flavours! My favourite is the totally baked! I would highly recommend stopping by for some delicious ice-cream. It is, however, annoying that the flavour descriptions are all in French. I suppose you can blame that on Quebec’s archaic language laws. Unrelated, I do still find it strange that the only Ben and Jerry’s scoop shops in Canada are all in Montreal.

Good. They were out of cherry Garcia: (names of ice cream are in English, ingredients only in French. Overall good.
