Delicious ice cream, loads of great flavours. However with this brand readily available in grocery stores, the value is diminished. A scoop here costs about the same as you would pay for a pint at the grocery store. Although the flavour selection in-store is better than what you'll find in the grocery freezers.

Ice cream okay, nice location but very expensive and the music in the store is so loud that you can hardly place your order.

None of the menu is in English. Ridiculous for tourist area. Music was loud and employees could not hear our order. Girl at counter dropped my boyfriends ice cream on the counter near till, scooped it up in a cup and gave it to him to eat. Gross. He was so frustrated he paid and walked out.

Overpriced. Paid $25 for two ice cream cones. It is normal or ripoff? Staff was not friendly either especially a big guy with curly hair at the cashier. He didn't even look at me when I pay and plainly said "receipt? " at the end. No smile, no facial expressions, no greetings, no other words.

Music was so loud at this place, you couldn't even order the ice cream without yelling. Ice creams are nothing special neither and staff not the friendliest bunch.

Bonne glace mais très chère dans un lieu que j’imaginais autrement. La boutique est vide et très sombre. Aucune déco si ce n’est un triporteur, aucune table à l’intérieur alors qu’il faisait si chaud dehors, juste une terrasse pas très cossue non plus à l’extérieur.
Déçue…

The waiter is bad. The sound of the music is so loud inside the shop that they do not hear the customer's voice and increase the amount of ice cream. For having more sales, this happened to me 3 times, and the other point is that they are not clean at all, they do not wear gloves, and not even their spoon is in the cover.

It is a super classic they keep their quality as always! The chocolate and caramel were super good!

Ben and Jerry's have the best ice cream on a hot day in Montreal. I get it with a strong cup of coffee. They don't have sizes for the coffees but that's ok. I just came back for seconds later. There's a park right beside this store that you can enjoy watching the people go by.

The owner is a tool who blasts horrible music at 150 decibels, making it impossible to communicate with the servers. Ice cream is stone-like and way overpriced for its mediocre quality

They couldnt even prepare what i wanted for whatever reason lol Ended up with a mixed shake for 10$ I can do a lot better somewhere else!

Employee was really friendly! There are some vegan options (almond based cookie dough etc.) and sorbet which is great.

Downside includes the bathroom which is a complete mess. They really need to renovate it and clean it better.

Its my favorite afternoon spot. Service is attentive, fast and friendly. I've got too many favorites to list but ive tried every single flavor they have and they're all awesome. Great atmosphere.

Les lieux ne sont pas très propres et le prix pour une boule dans un pot est exorbitant!
Plus de 10$ pour 2x 1 boule!
Dans leur frigo, La glace était conditionnée dans un énorme carton avec un aspect pas très propre et mal organisée.
Il y avait très peu de choix de parfums.

Pour nous autres français, la gastronomie est une part importante de notre culture et nos goûts sont très sélectifs. J'ai personnellement adoré cet établissement et les spécialités qui l'ont été servies. Je recommande sans réserve.

I was so looking forward to a vegan cone because I knew I could count on Ben & Jerries.
But they were about out of the only vegan flavor left they made me a smallish come (nice man) and the man (asshat) at the register charged me full price & coped a nasty attitude. Ridiculous.

Expensive. One scoop was around $5.50. The older fella at the cashier was a bit rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’m not going to review the quality of the ice cream! The place is terrible.dirty.the ice creams are inside a carton boxs (I never saw that in my life)! The staff it’ really unfriendly and they keep speaking in French also if they saw that you don’t understand! Worst ice cream place I ever saw! I can’t understand how a place like this can be in a beautiful square of Montreal

One scoop is literally a tiny single scoop. You pay 5.50 for a single scoop of ice cream when I could buy a whole tub for 4 dollars? Don't ever go here.

Si vous avez une quelconque allergie alimentaire, n'allez pas a cet endroit. Gardez votre argent et partez-vous un trip à Burlington. A Montréal, ils ne font pas grand chose pour accommoder les gens. Mon fils allergique aux noix et arachides s'en est tenu et déçu.a une seule saveurs et sans cornet. A Burlington, il a accomodent vraiment les gens (je sait, je me répète).

We went here on Saturday with my family. I recommend you to go visit the Old Port and then to finish the day with a delicious ice cream. The spot this store has is amazing! It is located on the Jacques-Cartier place, just on the corner near by Le Royal Street. There are not only a really good quantity of flavours but also sundaes and shakes. My favorite flavor is Cherry Garcia, but you should try the Milk & Cookies or the Strawberry. If you want a milk shake, you can create your own with great tops to add! When we visited the place, many people lined up, but we didn’t wait for a long time because the staff was very fast with all orders coming in. I already heard comments about prices compared to the quality of the ice cream. Well, I think prices are a little bit high –read in some cases expensive-, but it is really a good product. Even if the employees were fast managing the quantity of people, I’m giving four starts because inside, the place could be cleaner. There is an outside terrace with good space and we enjoyed our products there, listening to a good selection of music.

Friendly and helpful staff. You can't go wrong with Ben & Jerry's ice cream! In a cup or cone, you decide. Seats indoors and outdoors to enjoy your icy treat. Listen to the performers outside.

We just came from this store. The staff was inattentive and had no eye contact did not hear our order correctly until we grabbed his attention to listen. The staff was arguing about the music as we were trying to pay. We both have stomach aches from the bad ice cream. The waffle cone was stale. The ice cream cooler was filthy. Just because you have a tourist clientele does not mean you are not responsible to represent our great city and welcome every person into your establishment with the highest customer service and cleanliness. We live in the neighbourhood and will definitely not recommending to our visitors this is is a good place for ice cream.

Ca m'échappe comment le gérant n'a jamais pensé a bien décoré son magasin! It's so unpleasant inside, but I love the taste.
