I had my appointment with Marilou and she was great! I’m just taking a star off because I think the product isn’t as strong as it could’ve been… my eyebrows are like not staying anymore and it’s been a week:/

C’était ma première lamination. Tom a été génial, très attentif, et a pris son temps à m’expliquer toutes les étapes. Il a été spot-on avec sa technique, et a compris parfaitement la forme de sourcil à définir. 10/10

I've been a benefit costumer for a solid 4 years and decided to give them a chance with their brown bar, worst decision ever. During the application of the wax my skin peels off, which is weird since I use wax for my upper lips and sometimes for my legs, and bikini area. I’m very disappointed, I did not receive any advice or product to heal my wound. Finally, the service was $44 but the final cost was approximately $100 bc I bought creams and products that helped me to fix their tremendous damage and calm the intense burning sensation. It hurts so much, investing months in your skincare and then someone in 30 minutes comes and destroys your self-esteem…

Showing up late at 3: 26 to an appointment for 3: 20 and being told i need to reschedule because they hold the appointment until 3: 25 was a joke. Im a customer of benefit brow bar all over the world and have never seen this. I appreciate I was late (and lost trying to find the shop) but the audacity to tell me at 3: 26 that they cant take me hits a new level of ridicule - one that is unheard of anywhere else.

I had my first brow lamination done by Tom and i could not have asked for a better treatment.
Tom was very knowledgeable and took the time to guide me through how to take care of my eyebrow makeup going forward.

Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home but the head of my right eyebrow is so short. My right eyebrow is significantly shorter and now I have a weird space between my brows. I couldn’t really tell when I was at the store until I got home and looked in the mirror.

Je suis ravie de mon expérience d'épilation des sourcils à la cire avec Benefit. Laetitia était très professionnelle et le résultat est top! Je reviendrai.
Seul petit problème: l'emplacement très central dans le magasin, qui fait qu'on a l'impression de gêner les autres passants. Positionner le brow bar sur un côté du magasin serait plus pratique pour les esthéticiennes et pour les clients!:)

Laeticia is the besttttttt at the Sephora Sainte-Catherine location! She listens to what you want and delivers exactly that! Super patient! I love her and recommend her 100%!

Tamara was an absolute angel who saved my brows for my wedding tomorrow! She accommodated me above and beyond. Chloe who did the service was extremely good and professional! Definitely recommend this team!

Loved it everytime I went but this last time was with Jona and while he's a sweetheart unfortunately I didn't like how he did my eyebrows, fresh after he was done they looked good but when I got home and removed all the filling I noticed he thinned them out waaay too much (I asked for a cleaning only not a reshaping) and even at that there were strays all over and two days later the shape was gone as little hairs started growing all over. I have struggled in the past to get my eyebrows to grow back into their shape after being butchered by estheticians who don't understand when I ask to not thin and now it's happening again:/ so next time I'll ask for someone else (the one I loved unfortunately doesn't work at my location exclusively and I forgot her name so it's hard to find her again)

J ai eu une expérience formidable avec Ruthlyne! Son service est impeccable, son savoir être et faire vont au delà de ce qu’une cliente pourrait demander. Je suis plus que satisfaite du service que j ai reçu. Son collègue Jona est une boule d énergie qui est très sympathique. Malgré l’achalandage au magasin, l ambiance était géniale. Avec le service que j ai reçu, vous avez trouvé une fidèle cliente qui a déjà hâte à son prochain rendez-vous. Je n’hésiterais pas à référer toutes mes connaissances chez Benefit au Sephora. Experience client 10/10! Du moment où tu réserve en ligne en 1 clic au moment du rendez vous tous est magique. Comparer a l'épilation avec pince a sourcil ou le fils, la façon que eux font a la cire c'est sans douleur! Tout simplement géniale

I was really looking forward to having my brows done at the brow bar, but I was a little disappointed with the whole experience. The Ste-Catherine location is not my usual one, but all the appointments were booked at my regular location so I decided to book a lunchtime appointment there instead. I must say that the online booking is wonderful, it's super quick an efficient and you get an email confirmation right away. You can also chose your brow artist as well. The process of getting my brows done was painless, very quick and they looked great, but that's where the positive aspect stop. First of all, the mall where Sephora is located is heavily under construction, the signs were confusing (the store was about to be moved so there were 2 sets of directions up) and it took me forever to get there. The Brow bar is also in the middle of the store - not very relaxing or private. The girl at the front of the store was cheerful and nice, but my brow artist did not seem to enjoy her work, barely said 2 words to me before sending me on my way. Overall, if you are looking to get your brows done quickly and don't care about the "spa" ambiance, then this is a good spot for you. #ad #gotitfree
