Bestbuy Canada & service Geek Squad & their customer service is the worst service in the world. They are not coordinated.service Geek Squad deleted all my documents and applications during repairing my Laptop!
Shippment and return policy is worse, all my items are damaged and I am always on arguing with them. It's boring!

Came on Monday at 3pm, not rush hour by any means. Took 2 hours to buy 2 iPads… sales associates work on commission so you feel like fresh meat in a desert. Buy online if you can.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My computer which has been fixed twice by Geek Squad is still having the same issue. No longer under warranty. I was Told my excuse because of COVID and not getting there in time was just not good enough. I was told to get it fixed again by them. When I asked the cost I was told some where around 400$ I asked for the manager, weekday, and he fluffed me off and told me to deal with Geek Squad. I will file a complaint with the Consumer protection board. No one there will take any responsibility. I will never buy from the again, and I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER

Ils se chachent derrière leurs façade pour donner le moins de service possible, J'ai acheté un moniteur de gaming Asus à 300$ et lorsque je l'ai installé il avait un pixel de brûlé, ils ont probablement remis un ancien retour en stock. Ils vendent des guitares complètement déasjustés. Aucun dédommagement m'a été offert pour mon temps perdu.
Je donne environ 2-3 ans maximum, et Best buy devrait ne plus être en business, et ça va tomber dans l'oubli comme Future Shop, Maintenant les gens cherchent du service, des produits bien ajustés, des prix négociable. Best buy n'a pas su s'ajuster au marché actuel.

Service de m***de. Apporte mon ordi pour me faire dire de le laisser qui vont voir sa à toronto. Laisser un depot de 100$ pour payer leur transport de Montréal à Toronto. N'importe quoi.
J'ai trouver un autre à coter laboratoire informatiques ma régler mon problème en 6minute top chrono. Vous devriez regarder vos priorité Geek Squad car sa fait pas de sens vos manière de travailler. Engager de sous traitant pour règle des problème mineure ou etc. Mais vraiment sa fait dur! Si j'aurais pu mettre 0 je l'aurais fait sans hésiter

J’ai acheté un laptop dans ce magasin après payer j’ai vue la boîte qui a deux couches de ruban adhésif, je suis allé voir la personne qui m’a servi pour demander si la boîte été ouverte? Cette personne est un directeur de vente de section laptop <Monsieur M>, son attitude est vraiment terrible, très mauvaise expérience, je ne retourne jamais à ce magasin à cause de lui, la première fois que j’ai eu une personne travaille avec le public qui parle au client à cette façon.

Franchement, j'y suis y allé exactement le 22 août 2020 pour m'acheter des écouteurs sans fil (Jam live Loud), et je me rappelle avoir fait plusieurs va et viens dans les allés à la recherche du produit souhaité sans que personne ne me vienne en aide. Une fois à la caisse, moi j'ai trouvé que c'était correct tout au plus.
Mais si je peux vous donner un conseil, c'est de ne pas magasiner des écouteurs Jam live loud car la première journée même, ils fonctionnaient médiocrement et franchement c'est le pire achat de ma vie. Je compte m'acheter de nouveau écouteurs (JBL) mais sur Amazon cette fois.

Had an amazing experience. Staff were nice, I think a lot of the reviews are very biased. I've spoken to almost all of the staffs and had been treated with love and respect. Also, the prices are not bad.

The service from cashier was good but the same Logitech product that was at Best Buy I found it cheaper on Amazon and I showed it to the person and kindly he asked his manager if he can match the price. Manager said no we can't match the price because Logitech is not sold by Amazon. I know it doesn't make sense. The product was listed on Amazon cheaper sold by Logitech on the Amazon website and they didn't match the price. With these practices Amazon is becoming the king of retail. Very dissatisfied disappointed by the manager at this Best Buy. Too bad I was about to buy also an LG 65 Nanocell 8K TV. Guess what! I'm buying it from Amazon.

DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM!
I bought a Dyson V10 with an extended warranty from the store two years ago. At that time the salesman said the extended warranty covers everything and you have a worry-free of use - they fix it, or replace it. I clarified the coverage on the battery because this was my major concern, and the salesman said "EVERYTHING"!
Now, two years later, my Dyson's battery is weak (fully charged and run only 10 minutes) and it got two physical damages (all under the normal use). I sent it to the store, waited for a month, and got NOTHING REPAIRED NOR REPLACED. Their explanation is that battery is consumable part - not covered, and parts are not available - physical damages are not covered. I feel like I got swindled. I should have recorded the conversation with the salesman! I tried to contact their manager but the phone is never picked up.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON EXTENDED WARRANTY! There is even no clear written terms regarding the coverage for each product - they can find whatever excuses they want!

It's a great store with lots of deals pretty much all the time. Good customer service. I buy most electronics and video games at this store. They got rid of their best buy card where you would rack up points and get free stuff so that kind of sucks but overall its a great store with lots of tech. They will speak to you in english or french and sometimes they will shave off a tiny bit of the price if you buy a lot. I bought my ps4 here and my xboxone and my 3ds. I recommend this stpre to anyone who likes and has an appreciation for technology.

They also have kitchen stuff. A music section. Computers etc. Highly recommended.

SVP evitez d'acheter en ligne. Ils expedient la marchadise avec la compagnie Canpar. Et ne font aucun suivi avec eux. Canpar ne savent meme pas ou ils stokent leurs colis (désagreable en plus) Donc la j'ai un televiseur qui se balade a Montréal. Je ne sais pas ce qui m'a pris: Defintivement Amazon!

Terrible, terrible store! Both deliveries had a issue and when we call nobody answers! The day we went to look at appliances there were employees everywhere but no one came to assist. Just the worst!

I bought a TV there, service from the sales guy was terrible. He literally laughed at me when I said I didn’t want the extended warranty, then he said WOW! And laughed again after I refuse the warranty for a second time. And on top of it, I didn't get a thanks for buying a $1000 TV. To me this is unacceptable. I filed a survey on Best Buy website and nobody’s ever got back to me. Unreal!

I find what i was looking for but had to wait long time to have help even if i ask to call for help when i arrive in the store entrance After waiting stand up for a long time (really painful for me I got disability) and nobody come i was surprised bcause not many costumers in the store.i had to go deeper in the store find 3 salesmen chating and relax together.seem as if i never asked to call a saler for help when i arrived. I was not really happy with that i was on rush tire and just need advice for wich memory card fit with my phone.the salesman after was provide good service but they should b more aware and focus on is there any costumers who need to b help instead of chating all 3 in a back corner at the depest store part.specially that i ask when i get in if they could call for a saleman in the memory card section Obviously its like if they never received the help service request

Dimanche 13 h. Aucun commis qui circulent sur le plancher pour nous servir. Par contre, j'en trouve trois bien cachés derrière un immense téléviseur qui discutent entre eux sans se soucier de la clientèle. Je cherche des informations pour un haut-parleur pour ma télé. Au lieu de m'accompagner pour me montrer les produits disponibles, l'un d'entre eux me répond: les pas chers sont par là, pis les plus chers sont de l'autre côté! Et ce charmant commis de retourner à sa conversation que j'avais eu le malheur d'interrompre. Cette fois s'en est trop, fini les Best Buy et cie. Je retourne aux petits commerces de proximité où généralement on se soucie encore des clients et de leurs besoins!

I was there for an ipod i could not find that. The stuffs were helpful but there was a limited products. This the only one here in lasalle and the products are very few. They should have everything as there is no other branch here!

Employé dévoyé Annie c est surpassée pour trouver ma facture, pour m informer de mes services que j ai droit. Alias département information, il y a plusieurs mois j ai fait l achat d un ordi et il se souvient de notre conversation quand je suis passée hier wow. They should look at replacing most of their employees. I don’t know what kind of training the employees get at this Best Buy, but they’re all incompetent and rude.

The one downtown has much better service despite being much busier than the one at the carrefour. Otherwise I would suggest just ordering online.

Très bon service à la clientèle. Je voulais un article qu'il n'avait pas en rayon, m'ont proposé d'aller au service clientèle, pour chercher dans leur réserve particulière. Je n'ai pas regretté mon détour!

Bon choix côté électronique. Faire attention aux exactitudes de prix; nous avons dû demander de voir un gérant parce que l'employé ne voulait pas nous laissé l'article au prix affiché et c'est le gérant qui a finalement tout règlé.
