Best Buy! Try WORST BUY.
How many times it should take to do a delivery as per the customer's request?

So far we are on attempt three and fingers crossed that they might do it right. Oh, it's not us, it's the third-party delivery team, well who has chosen this third-party delivery team, it wasn't me.

This review is not a reflection on the location or the people whom we had to interact with but more on the overall dysfunctional processes that Worst Buy has in place to ensure customer satisfaction or to be an efficient one.

Usually, we spend money to bring some joy to our lives but it seems with Worst Buy, we do it to add misery and frustration with all the calls and emails that you need to do in order to get what you have paid for in good faith.

Went to buy a tv and the store was really busy and I see “Sunny” busy managing the department, waited 5 minutes and received an excellent service from him.

J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition d'écouteurs dans ce magasin (le vendredi) et malheureusement, ils ne répondaient pas à mes attentes. En me rendant au magasin dimanche pour les retourner, l'agent m'a informé qu'ils n'étaient ni remboursables, ni échangeables. Cependant, selon mes droits de consommateur, j'ai le droit de les retourner dans les 15 jours. Il a appelé son gestionnaire.lorsque j'ai mentionné que la politique du magasin permet le remboursement et que la facture ne stipule pas de vente finale, le gestionnaire "Lambert" a simplement décidé de s'enfuir en me disant qu'il n'avait pas le temps pour argumenter LOL. Si un gestionnaire n'a pas le temps d'adresser les préoccupations des clients, on peut se demander quelle est sa fonction là-bas! Son attitude a contribué à une expérience globale très décevante, n'et je ne recommande pas ce magasin

Don’t ever get the extended warranty. They lie and they will never honour it. I will try to contact you again even though I tried contacting almost every department. I have even contacted head office and they were concerned and told me they will contact me back. It has been 7 months and nothing yet. Also the link you just provided is only taking me to your site. I feel like you guys are toying with me and I will contact consumer protection

Je voulais juste dire que j'ai eu un super service de la part d'un employé (Shaq) suite à un problème avec ma TV et une garantie prolongée. Il a tout fait pour me satisfaire et a été super professionnel. Bravo à l'équipe d'avoir un employé comme lui.encore une fois Merci.

Bad service and training. Takes 3 employees to do one task resulting in 0 service. Waited at the cash for 5 minutes knew exactly what I wanted and there was no one to sell me what I wanted. Laughable to have no one at your cash for an extended period. Bad experience overall.

This is the real story, please read it completely.
I ordered a staking kit for my washer and dryer (Samsung) on Oct 7th in-store, Oumarou (Best Buy employee) did this order and he told me I could come and pick it up on Oct 16th (which is mentioned on the receipt when I ordered).
I went to Best Buy to pick up the kit at 6: 45 PM, and the guy who works at the pickup desk (Adam) tried to find it in the back store after about 15 minutes he couldn't find it and asked me to see a client-server guy (Shaq), he gave me the most weirdest answer!
The delivery package will be packed 72 hours before the shipping but we don't receive your package yet!
He said the delivery comes around 7 am to 9 pm and we are closed at 7: 00 pm that's why we don't have your package now!
This is a really unacceptable answer!
He never tries to even say Sorry for this mess!
I'll put a photo of my receipt for everyone

It was the last time I bought anything from Best Buy, it's the Worst Buy, not Best Buy!

Ordered a PS5 + video game for around 800$. They gave me 2 days to come pick it up in store & when I didn’t they cancelled my order.

They should give us at least a week or two to pickup items. And besides, the product was already paid for…

You just lost money and a customer. Would do business with another electronics retailer instead!

Un beau magasin éllectronique dans lequel il est malheureusement difficile de se retrouver. Grands choix de jeux vidéos, de casque de jeux, d'ordinateurs portables, de haut parleurs bluetooth. Dommage que le nombre de marques soient limités dans les téléviseurs mais tout de même un grand choix parmi Sony, TCL, Samsung, Toshiba et LG. Il y a aussi quelques logiciels PC de disponibles et un comptoir Geek Squad pour l'entretien de divers appareils.

Bestbuy extended warranty is a scam. I just dealt with two people who are clearly trained on avoiding answering some questions to justify a refusal of service and continually mischaracterizing MY OWN WORDS to make it sound like I'm the one refusing their service? It's as nonsensical as it was sleazy. I used to have respect for this company but this was used-car salesman stuff.

It was a little long to wait for help, but once Sunny (computer guy) got to us, we received excellent service. Sunny was pleasant, knowledgeable & frank, he asked pertinent questions, he anticipated future needs, his recommendations were focused on the needs we communicated and he offered great alternatives which allowed us to make a better, more informed decision. The overall interaction was great! Sunny deserves a raise.

There is a guy working there he help me out alot I will never forget him, never in my life. His name was Sunny, he give me all the details, i was trying to find this item forever he found it for me. That day i had injured my leg in the gym bcuz of leg day so he helped me by carrying me to the car then i told him i wasn’t physically capable of driving so he drove me home & walked back to work. Very kind guy 5 star

I get good service most of the time but if you go 1-2 hours before closing, there is very few staff on the floor and you end up waiting. Overall I got what I needed and left.

Best Buy pointe Claire has the worst managers. Two months and I still haven’t received my refund of well over $1300 for a TV returned in May! When I had to go to the store AGAIN because the first manager had done nothing she promised, the next one had an attitude from hell! I’m also not impressed that you cannot phone the store! All calls are re-directed to customer service, who say they can’t help you because the item was bought in the store, you have to go there in person!

I purchased an IPad Pro and took the Geek Squad Protection Plan. In March, I went to the store to cancel the plan. I was informed that I would need to call to cancel. I called to cancel, spoke with a representative who was the most uncooperative person and after speaking with her for 30 minutes she said it was cancelled. However, I’ve continued to be charged for the last four months. Today I tried again to cancel through the online chat and they were unable to help me and told me to call to cancel. I’ve been informed that my phone number doesn’t match their records, I think I know what my phone number is! It seems to me this is no mistake, it’s purposely done to charge you month after month!

Came to buy premium headphones. Wanted to try Sony XM5, sennheiser momentum 4 and Bose. Each headset had some issues with connection so I could not try them out. When I mentioned it to one employee she sounded all annoyed at me. I guess I’ll be going somewhere else to spend my money.

If you need help, ask Reine. She knows what she's talking about. We came in looking for a Bluetooth speaker and I asked her honest opinion between a more expensive speaker and a more basic model and she gave me an answer and explained her logic. Turns out the expensive model ain't worth the hype. Thanks queen
