Best Buy Vaudreuil, on fait pas plus malhonnêtes, plus incompétents et plus minables que les employés de ce magasin. Ils traitent les clients avec condescendance et mépris. Après que t'as payé (quelques milles $$$) t'existe plus, tu déranges. L'erreur que le vendeur a fait, c'est nous qui l'avons assumé pour se rendre compte qu'on nous avait arnaquées, même le gérant était de la partie, de la médiocrité mur a mur. Mais, c'est n'est pas terminé.

Bonjour, Pour ma part je suis allé chez Best Buy Vaudreuil Dorion et plus jamais je retournerai là! Si les gens se demandent pour les achats en ligne sont en augmentation aller voir ce magasin et vous allez avoir la réponse, Quand tu es dans le magasin tu es de trop. Le personnel est impatient et pas juste avec moi j'ai pu le voir avec d'autres clients je tiens a préciser que j'ai fait affaire avec Best Buy Canada et la le service excellent le personnel et la livraison pour eu c'est 5 étoiles

After this Covid they have the worst "communication "ever! If you need to put simple question regarding a product if they have it or they don't have it in stock, if you try to contact your own store in your own town.it's impossible.you need to go there! Best Buy is the worst!

Wife and I bought 2 phones on black Friday.it turned into a nightmare situation to long to type here, however a fine young man at the wireless counter named Luigi delt with the very complicated issue in a very patient and professional manner. It took 3 days to finally get my phone. (no fault to the store) Luigi was great throughout the entire process. Solid customer service.

Extremely poor service.

Purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer which was supposed to be delivered last Friday 2nd December.

The delivery guys arrived with the washer physically damaged (as if it had fallen of the truck). We did not accept the Washer but accepted the Dryer. Even though I had paid for the installation and hoses, the delivery guys did not install the dryer.

Now, I have been following up every day with the customer service and have visited the store twice to get the delivery date for the new washer. Still no update or Information.

I was told by the staff at the store that there are many of that model number units availble in stock. Yet, they keep passing the buck between different teams.

Went into store to buy washer and dryer, we there 15 min with no recognition. We were ready to spend $2000.00.say bye bye best buy

Went to Best Buy Vaudreuil-Dorion today to switch phone plans with Best Buy Mobile. The Customer Service representatives were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Baw, Noah and Inder for your consumer electronic needs.

Employees lack knowledge of there own department.i was correcting the employee on what they had, pretty pathetic.

Excellent service, je vais citer ce magasin pour acheter un matériel électronique, l'agent avait vraiment compris ce que je voulais malgré qu'il y avait pas ma commande dans le magasin mais ils ont été allé chercher dans un autre magasin chose que j'apprécie beaucoup le service à la clientèle est à la hauteur de mes attentes merci beaucoup bonne continuation

Awful! Avoid! They signed me up for a membership WITHOUT my knowledge and then when I caught it on my credit card statement I contacted them. They said too bad and refused to refund me and cancel the membership without paying for 12 months. Will never shop here again. Crooks!
