I ordered magic bullet five days ago They send me email to go to the store, pick it up when I looked at the bill, I noticed they charge me 8.99 for delivery so I spoke to the responsible and the floor he told me nothing we can do we all charge like this for delivery I got very mad and I decide to return the product and a manager was there his name anis he resolved the problem, and he returned 8.99 to my credit for the delivery.
I want to say we need more Person like Mr.anis Thank you so much

On essaye d'appeler pour annuler son abonnement et ils ont des "problèmes de pc" c'est du jamais vu on m'a dit de rappeler. Après évidement être passé par un horrible robot avec 9 choix très long puis encore plus de choix pour vous découragez complètement de continuer.

Employés du département des forfaits téléphones, quand vous dîtes que le forfait est 45$/mois pour les étudiants, mais le 45$/mois pour le téléphone vous décidez de ne rien dire? C'est comme 103$ par mois.

Not so bad. Wide area. Not too good customer service ground floor is Mobile's and 1st floor is tv, laptop, other electronics.

This might be my 2nd review (wrote one back in 2018 when I purchased Macbook Pro).

Everyone is so nice and helpful in that store: Best Buy and GeekSquad employee. (Except one lady at the service who's rather stoic but helpful nonetheless- she must deal with lots of.interesting customers, haha).

Went during the Black Friday (busy time), manager of Geeksquad helped me in less than 10 min. This guy is so friendly and competent.

Amazing service. Thanks guys!

Worst service ever. The herd salesman just want to make a commission and not offer any help! My wife bought a new phone and forgot her passcode, thus she was locked out. They could have reset the phone to factory settings and problem solved. But No! Their response was we can't help you, in other words I don't want to help you!

I had such a bad experience exchanging a PC model that is very low on availability and had to make over 10 calls to their customer service call center which is as useless as snow tires on a bicycle, and still had no help or correct information given to me at all.

I am giving THIS particular location a 5 star ONLY because of ONE person that was able to resolve my issue. This man named Fedi was able to do the job of over 10 people and knows more about how this company should function than anyone I've spoken with.

Fedi deserves a promotion or another company will be very lucky to have him.

Pour le choix, pas de problème c'était parfait, on trouve à peu près tout ce qu'on cherche.
Pour le service, c'est le néant.c'est la catastrophe pour arriver à avoir un vendeur. J ai vraiment eu l'impression que j'étais totalement transparent.
Dommage.

Horrible service for appliances, not on time, unprofessional, keep pushing delivery date, parts arrived wrong…. And lastly, wouldn’t allow me to write a negative post, would get removed.

I came back after speaking to a helpful sales rep about washer and dryers. She wasn’t there but her manager refused to honor the price match policy after I found the same washer dryer set at Home Dépôt. I was polite and calm, he started yelling at me like I was trying to rip him off. I took an Uber straight to the Home Dépôt and bought the washer dryer there. If you are going to buy an LG front-loading washer dryer save yourself the trouble. I had a good laugh about this whole situation.

Awful experience, I ordered washer and dryer, five times they set a delivery time and they came (in covid situation they came in my apartment) and they told me they could not do it, the last time, they told me it`s damaged and I should accept the damaged one! After one month, I still do not have my washer dryer and no one helped me. I lost my time, energy and money and I did not any thing except headache. Please do not make the same mistake.

Worst experience with my purchase here.customer service stinks.their response to all my compliant was to wait and wait only.they wont do anything even if it is their fault.my order is delayed by five days today and customer service is still asking me to wait as it is the " only thing i can do" in their words.delivery person wont let me know that they are at my building but i somehow had to go and receive it.the delivery has been rescheduled twice already and my package is in a vehicle travelling for two days straight.who knows what is the condition of the item inside the package after such a long haul.

A really nice and big store right in downtown. Bought many things from this store and the service from is also good. Has a variety of electronics to choose from. Also purchased mobiles from here sometime back and Zina helped in its smooth setup.

Be careful about this place! Staff members are fully trained to take advantage of you specially by selling you (geek squad warranty) they would do anything even laying to sell you warranty.

Pire service à la clientèle auquel j'ai eu affaire de toute ma vie! Déplorable et le service qui s'occupe de l'expédition encore pire! Je commande une TV à 2000$, je reçois mon article 2j après, sauf que ce n'est pas du tout la tv que j'ai commandé! Ils m'ont envoyé une tv beaucoup plus cheap à 600$! Je fais part du problème au magasin Best Buy ou j'ai acheté la tv, on me dit qu'il faut qu'ils ouvrent une enquête, pour savoir d'ou vient le problème, puis que je renvois leur tv, pour ensuite pouvoir m'envoyer la tv que j'avais initialement commandé! Un 10 à 15 jours supplémentaires d'attente! On me propose aucune autre solution, aucun geste de la part de Best Buy ne m'a été proposé. J'ai fini par demander un remboursement pour aller acheter mon article ailleurs.

Je ne recommande Best Buy à personne. Je recommanderais même de ne jamais y aller!

Just went to a store to merge multiple gift cards to be able to buy on their website which just allows you to use up to 2 gift card but they didn't want do it while on their website it is said they are only doing it at stores. Unqualified bestbuy employees.

Mécontente suite à annulation De la commande malgré appel aux services (attente 45 mm) qui m’a affirmé que je recevrai mon achat le lendemain. J’avais acheté un cadeau pour ma fille en promotion. Je n’ai ni le cadeau, et le produit n’est plus en promo. Jamais je n’ai eu ce genre de problème sur Amazon! Donc je ne passerai plus par Best buy!

Ils ne respectent pas les politiques de Bestbuy, 2 appels au service à la clientèle qui confirme que mon échange est valide cependant le gérant du service à la clientèle refuse et quand je demande seulement le pourquoi, il me dit seulement non sans explications et pointe "certaines conditions s'appliquent"J'ai longtemps travailler avec la clientèle et sérieux, le service est médiocre.

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. Manager Ismael is absolutely incompetent and the staff are well due for a great amount of customer service skills coaching.

UNAWARE and UNINFORMED about their own product

Called to ask if they had a specific product, was told - "I don't know anything about these items and I can't check with the Electronics departement they don't have a phone and they're on the second floor while I'm on the first floor"

By far the dumbess think I have ever heard for a customer service rep.

Last time I went to the "photography" section, I asked a simple question about a product they sell. Took me around 10 minute to find one person because no one was available. When I finnally got someone, he responded me " I don't know". Wow.so I asked him, do you know anyone of your collegue who might be able to help me with this? The person answered " No, sorry". So I was like.wow.what on earth is this customer service lol.anyways, I end up not buying it and went for something else. Some employee there are litteraly "unaware" of what they sell.or, they have not recieved proper training course for their position. It's quite sad.and I wanted to buy a 4000$ canon camera in the future.now my mind has changed. Too bad.

Their in-house chromebook expert Philippe was awesome! A little confusing downstairs as to which counter is to pay, and which is customer service. Both lines were combined and a swarm of people were just standing all over the place.

Ici le client n'est pas roi. Des adolescents monopolisent les produits high-tech dans la plus grande indifférence. Nous avons été très mal conseillés au rayon téléphonie. Toutefois les vendeurs francophones sont très professionnels dans les autres rayons. Le passage en caisse a été boosté à l'initiative d'un vendeur. Sa collègue était trop occupée à discuter avec une cliente. Je suis d'ailleurs très surpris qu'à cette occasion une tasse de thé ne nous ai pas été offerte.

I’d like to give ZERO star if there is.

I felt very offended that every time I ask questions to the staff, she kept saying “There are many costumers I can’t stay with you” while I was trying to figure out what she was saying.
If you can stay with another costumer why start answer my question first?

Also many staff was being very unprofessional, not even the guide person who sit at the entrance.

After two hours of wait I finally get to pay, the cashier guy wanna sale additional apple care for 299$ three years or 30$/month for useless protection fee from Best Buy, when I said no I don’t want any, HE START TO PLAY HIS PHONE, and have that impatient face.

Again, I’m very disappointed today’s shopping experience, I always know Best Buy has bad service, but I didn’t expect it could be this bad.

Pas mal de choix. Des prix corrects. Pas forcément hyper intéressants par rapport aux prix français, mais des modèles et des marques que nous n'avons pas ici.

Very bad customer service. Staff constabrly pester you and upsell and their refund/exchange policy is very rigid. I bought headphones which didn't work with my phone and had to argue just to exchange it with other headphones, all because I "opened" the packaging. Overpriced and poor service, so unless you are desperate don't go!

J'y suis allé pour trouver un nouveau téléphone cellulaire à bas prix mais sans trop faire de compromis sur la qualité. On m'a très bien conseillé sur les modèles disponibles, incluant les appareils retournés dont la boîte ouverte. Je suis très satisfait des informations reçues et de mon nouveau ASUS.

Magasin bien entretenu, un agencement clair, une bonne ambiance musicale et un personnel aux petits soins dès que vous vous sentez un peu perdu. Petit point négatif tout de même quant au forcing opérer dans le but de vous faire contracter une assurance à laquelle vous n'aurez nullement besoins.

À part discuter entre eux, les vendeurs ne s intéressent aux clients que si on les appelle. Ou si le client rode proche d un article cher, à forte commission. Classique. Donc faite vos recherches avant d y aller. Et prenez votre article

Very big electronic store with great deals, but during last two visits, I encountered new staff without much experience and a weird customer service approach. When I asked about a product, instead of looking into their own system or phone, they asked me to show it on my phone and one of them actually asked to use my phone and checked the store inventory (which I already did). Also someone stocking some products wouldn't answer my question or get someone else and just answered that I have to find someone else. I would only recommend to go if you already know what you want, because the service was far from great.

I don't know what it exists? The worst service than any other Best Buy, which is already a horrible place to get electronics. I pity for anyone who needs help from them. A piece of advice, just get help from somewhere else!
