Nous sommes arrivé 15 septembre. Le monsieur à la réception nous donne nos cartes. (monsieur en formation) On se rend à notre chambre, elle n’était pas encore prête. On laisse nos ysacs dans la chambre on s’en va vu qu’elle n’est pas prête. Au retour, notre carte fonctionne pas. On va l’activer, puis on va se baigner, la piscine c’est propre l’eau est chaude… c’est super puis on retourne à notre chambre… pendant qu’on se changeait j’entend quelqu’un qui ouvre la porte.pis je dit ahhhh elle dit sorry.on va à la réception. La personne nous dit qu’elle avait donné cette chambre à quelqu’un elle est dsl ok. Elle nous dit qu’elle a désactivé la carte de l’autre personne. Nous on sors pour la soirée, on reviens nos carte ne fonctionnes pas. On retour l’activer. A notre retour on se rend compte que l’air climatisée ne fonctionne tout simplement pas c’est humide. On appel à la réception et nous dit qu’ils vont changer de chambre. Les chambres sont super propres. On a bien été accueilli. Mais il manque un petit manque de communication.

I really liked this facility. It was new, clean, bright, and had good vibes. The staff was polite, smiley, and helpful. Our room was super clean and we liked the breakfast too.

I’m here for a group tour and absolutely disappointed. First I have to remove coffee machine to make a space due to the wall electrical problem. Meaning no electrical outlet except only one to plug our 4 gadgets. It’s good there’s one also behind the bedside table and that I found only two available. Two it says also SMOKE FREE HOTEL well once I enter I smell CIGARETTE SMOKE means the door way out is NOT SEALED. THREE all of us complaining about steam inside the washroom means the exhaust fan is not working properly. The exhaust fan is running but steam from the shower is not moving out. Its time to sleep here’s the devastating part if you use the sheets up to your neck you can smell human smell we turn the sheets same smells means they don’t change the sheets for the coming guests. Rectifying all the four I mentioned everyone is happy and more comfortable staying in this hotel. I did this review for the sake of others coming to this BEST WESTERN BROUSSARD. The hotel refused to let us know after we told them our credit card is lost today. We paid the hotel fee already online, and we offered to pay the deposit by Apple Pay or cash, but they refused to let us stay. Now we have to drive 5 hours back to Toronto.

Had booked and reserved a room months in advance. Was informed later they gave away my room to someone else knowing it had been previously reserved (assuming to get more money). Tried placing me in a sister hotel which I verified was of a lesser value, not willing to compensate for the inconveniances nor the price difference. Untrustworthy staff and policies. Would not recommend booking.

It is far from downtown, but within 15 to 30 minutes.
Rooms on the first floor are convenient as they can be accessed directly from the parking lot.
Breakfast is the same all week, but it's nice to have hot food.

La suite était bien. Machine à café, mais pas de lait ou de colorant à café, de sucre et bâton pour brasser le café.
Le buffet déjeuner qui est inclus n’est pas un buffet. C’est de type cafétéria bas de gamme. Ils crie votre numéro afin que vous alliez chercher votre plateau. Au final, seulement les employés sont protégés Covid derrière des plexiglass car les clients, eux, sont obligés d’être attroupés, collés sur les autres pour passer et attendre leur commande. Il fait tellement chaud c’est désagréable. Le services au comptoir est assez froid.

Same as last year very good service and newly renovated, However the owner needs to install new Elevator.

Pour vrai, meilleure hotel possible, je vous la conseille fortement. En deux jours je me suis fait ami avec les employers de l'hotel tellement ils étaient jentil. Et en plus j'ai kiss une fille wowwww. Chambre parfaite comne le déjeuner.

I booked this hotel through priceline as a "hotel with amazing pools". As I wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool area itself seems super lovely but the pool heater is clearly broken. We were told the issue was resolved but as soon as we walked into the room I knew it wasn't as the room was freezing. The temp of the pool was probably between 58-62 degrees.which is far too cold for winter and can not be used. Upon entering the shower in my room, it was so slippery that I fell and couldn't catch my footing bevause of how slippery it was. There was no anti-slip mat in the bathroom. I grabbed the handrail to avoid hitting my head, but ended up popping out my shouldar joint in the process. This morning my shouldar is sore and I have a painful bruise on my leg but it could have been far worse.especially if it was an elderly person. I reported the incident to the front desk manager and filled out a form. She immediately knew that the issue was likely that the housekeepers didn't rinse the shower after cleaning it. This leads me to believe it has happened before.so please be careful when entering the shower.and don't book this hotel if you actually want a pool!

Le besoin principal a comblé en louant une chambre est de dormir. Malheureusement, ce besoin n'a pas été comblé. Lits très confortable, mais chambre sur le tapis. L'unité de chauffage était tellement bruyante qu'il nous a été impossible de dormir. Nous avons dû fermer l'unité pour dormir, avec une température extérieure sous 0 celsius. Il y avait des cheveux sur le rideau de douche. La piscine était sale avec des résidus importants au fond. Très belle salle à manger avec bon service. Bonne nourriture.

Rude, arrogant receptionist named Dave refused to check us in, because I did not have a credit card. I am traveling for business and I have never seen a hotel refuse my debit card for incidental or even the whole booking. I was with my 7 year old kid and despite that he did not care if I even sleep in my car for the night. They lost 2 night reservations there and a client for life. I have been to a dozen Best western hotel as it was my choice previously but no more. Even if they offer me a free room I will not step into any best western hotel again. Best western hotels do not have a unanimous policy. All previous ones accepted my debit or even when talked to my employer who reserved the room on his credit card to authorize the use of the credit card. But not this hotel. I guess we are committing fraud unless it proves otherwise. If I had a choice I would give it no star.

Excellent stay! Breakfast to go well organized and on time. Clean and spacious parking lot. First time users for the elevator… HOLD THE BUTTON! For all uses, like getting the elevator, going up and down etc.

J'ai réservé dans cet hôtel pour mes parents à mobilité réduite sur Booking.com. La chambre sélectionnée était pleinement accessible aux fauteuils roulants. J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour confirmer après la réservation et là on me dit que pour que la douche soit elle aussi accessible aux personnes handicapés, on me dit que finalement la chambre doit couter presque 2 fois plus cher. Si je n'avais pas appelé, mes parents n'auraient pas pris de douche pendant 16 jours. Toujours aucune résolution quant à ce problème. Je pense que mes parents à mobilité réduire ne sont pas les bienvenus dans cet hôtel.

L’hôtel me doit un remboursement suite à l’annulation de ma réservation le 12 Septembre 2021, d’une valeur de 154,70$. Ça fait 3 semaines que j’attends mon remboursement par chèques mais je n’ai rien reçu jusqu’à ce jour! Je demande à la Directrice de l’hôtel de me rembourser mon argent s’il vous plaît? Et je m’adresse aussi à toutes les personnes d’éviter cet Hôtel…….

1st night stay was very good. Recommend for a single night’s stay only. Comfortable clean room friendly front desk personnel.
However when checking in I requested an extension for a 2nd night’s stay. When arriving back to the room for the 2nd night I found the room key would not work and even when new keys were issued they wouldn’t work either. The front desk person had to let us into our room for the night, but we had no room key. When we entered we found the room was not ‘refreshed’. When
I ask the front desk that 2nd night the desk attendant then told me of the Covid Protocol where rooms are not refreshed by staff and that we should have placed our used towels outside the room door in the hallway that morning for replacement. I was not informed of the protocol before hand. I was charged the full price for a night’s stay even though the room had not been serviced. There should have been a reduced rate for a subsequent night’s stay considering I could have stayed at another hotel for the same price by had a newly made up room. I would not stay more than 1 night if prices aren’t reduced for subsequent nights considering no ‘room servicing’. Covid protocols are what they are, but I paid full price for a room where I didn’t receive full service. This doesn’t make sense subsequent nights stay should be substantially reduced. Next time I will switch hotels for subsequent nights accommodation.

The first room they gave us the door outside was ajar and a lot of beetles were in the room. Looks like they put laminate on top of the carpet. The second room they said was a Deluxe room was old. Cob webs in all the corners with at least 5 spiders and two moths. The bathroom was old rusting moldy bath room with a leaky toilet that wouldn’t stop flushing all night and the size and contents were no different then the first room. So much for a deluxe room. Not a very well lit parking on the side and back of the building which didn’t make me feel safe. Through the drapes you can see that the room next to us was all dirty and messy.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room felt a bit cramped, the dresser was in a corner but in the same corner there was the mini fridge and you could barely open it. The access to the pool was annoying because you needed to get the key for it first. The breakfast option respected the COVID guidelines and had a pretty good variety to choose from.

Le service à l’accueil est mauvais et le personnel est désagréable.
Je ne saurais vous déconseiller suffisamment.
Le meilleur moment du séjour était le checkout.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst customer service ever. Doors are broke, sheets are ripped. A worker named matt won’t even let us talk to the manager. Please do not come here!

Terrible customer service when problems occure, sheets are ripped dont even offer to change, lie to our faces about pool hours, even when we took the time to call and ask beforw booking, refuses to let us talk to manager, or to find an agrement to at least fix things up, very disapointed

We were very disappointed with the service.we rented 3 rooms, 800 and some dollars. One room asked for a cot for a child but was told there was none left, so gave an extra blanket for him to sleep on the floor like a dog. One deluxe room had ripped top cover and the other deluxe room, the doors didn't close right. Then the pool.we were lied to about the pool. Never available. When asked to speak to a manager, oh none available! We even had a nice lady from hotels.com call for us and the hotel still did NOTHING to compensate us. Very, very disappointed. We will never come back.

Très satisfaite de mon séjour chez Best western, personnel très gentil, serviable et courtois. J'ai été logée dans une suite, spacieuse, propre et confortable.

On hotel website and third party' s website breakfast is included however not available nor substitution was offered despite the fact that customers are required to eat in their own rooms. Then I was asked where did we bought our room and when I told them that it was Hotels.com they were saying that the third party dont update their websites however I checked the hotels website and same was stated there. (I wish I could upload a picture showing that). Disappointed as the price of the room was a substantial one for what they are offering. On our first evening of stay we went to the pool and the water was very cold. Rooms are very small and when we checked in, in the room was a very strong chemical smell that took a while to go away with the door open.

We were provided with a menu of continental items that would delivered to the room in the morning. I was here last year and the breakfast was amazing however this year due to covid the menu is limited (c’est la vie). The problem came when our breakfast of cereal and oatmeal never arrived. We went to the front desk to inquire and were told they only have juice and yogurt - nothing else. I wish they hadn’t promised us “breakfast” if they only have juice and yogurt. Disappointing. We’re here another few days and I guess we’re on our own despite us choosing this hotel because of their breakfast.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Two gals, the front desk receptionist and the blond haired gal in the back room, went out of their way to suggest small towns for us to visit on our way home. We visited Bromont and Knowlton- two small towns east of Montreal. Beautiful drive - nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Montreal.

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr verbesserungswürdig. Nur Plastikbesteck, Pappbecher und Pappteller. Aber mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum

Best value stay close to Montreal. Free parking, clean room, clean lavatory, hot breakfast, professional staff and 15 minutes to Montreal (no toll). It was perfect. Will be back God willing. Good job!

Toutes est parfait.le personnels très gentils, Matelas confortable, chambre propre, le déjeuner gratuit bien garnies, beaucoup de choix, c'est frais et bien remplis, je recommande a tout le monde!

Front desk manager was rude and unhelpful. They apparently have a policy against allowing any late check outs. Rooms are very small. The exercise rooms have no exterior windows and are at sauna temperatures as they are over the pool. I'd strongly recommend a different hotel.

Great value! About 15 from the old port, also 15 min to LA Ronde a lot of restaurants, stores and pharmacies near. (walking distance)
The breakfast had a log of options.
The pool was a little cold but my son swim in it everyday anyway.

The food is normal and the same food every day, but the elevator is so small, old and slow, if you don't keep pressing the button, it won't work. The room phone has no number to reach front desk directly, you have to call the hotel number, and nobody reply, if you left voice message, they replied you after 3 days, because their front desk manager doesn't work at night or weekend. The night bars around this hotel, at midnight, your room will be knocked, shouted and opened from main door. All what they can do is to said sorry. Terrible experience and nightmare at this hotel.

Best Western Is a very nice place to stay. The breakfast offered was always hot and on time for the early rush. 3 Bus loads of kids were in at the same time and All were handled in a very good way. No running out of food for the hungry kids! The kitchen staff was great.
Over all the BW Staff were doing their job!
This Brossard Ont. BW is in a good location to the surrounding attractions and located on a major highway. Easy in and easy out.
We stayed at this BW because our daughter was having a baby shower.
The workout room was very clean and there was a swimming pool, however we didn't use that.

At midnight, a guy came knocking harshly rudely on our door telling us to open the door. We were so frightened so i told him to leave us alone. But more men came to our door and started yelling: this is there room, which is ridiculous, because the room was completely cleaned when we checked in. The worse part is the service, because we weren't able to contact the front desk and after many tries, we did, however the front desk came up to our room requesting to come in telling us this was actually there room and that they want go come in a look for something they've lost. Coming in to our room at midnight to look for something the previous customer lost? Wow ive never heard worse.

Dormir par terre tellement le divan-lit n'est pas confortable. La dernière nuit seulement, on a changé de matelas avec une autre chambre (de notre groupe) et lui était confortable. Pour une suite à 212$ la nuit, on s'attend à ce que 4 personnes dorment confortablement.

This hotel allows tour bus to idle outside in the parking lot close to the building. They refuse to shut them down after numerous call to the front desk. I request to speak to the manager was told she was unavailable. She did came to speak to me the next day but denied that the bus were idling all night. She didn't apologizes, I was so upset that I told her to get out of my room.

Very clean hotel and the room attendants made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk clerks we friendly and accomadating.

Ample room for parking, huge suite including a hot tub. Room was immaculately presented and cleaned brilliantly. Could not ask for more from a hotel, especially at this price point.

It was an ok place to stay. The pool is nice but too cold and the building looks kind of outdated. The breakfast area was great and the breakfast was fine. Good value.

Very bad experience, we didn't enjoy our stay at all.
Our room had strange smell.
The pool was not working and they didn't mention this on their website, so my kids were very upset.

Ce fut parfait pour les chambres, le service, la tranquilité et le personnel. Le petit déjeunée est très bon, mais ne fait aucun recyclage et utilise beaucoup de plastique pour le petit déjeuner. C'est inacceptable en 2019. La piscine était glacial.
