Terrible service. Overpriced for what they put us through. No matter what keys they gave us, they did not work. Had to make multiple trips to the front desk, and then they made us wait on the floor in the hallway for over an hour for a key. Just to be moved to three different rooms. All of which didn't open!

Never experienced such terrible service in a hospitality setting. Extremely upsetting and no kindness given to us and children.
Did not apologize or offer any compensation.
150% would not go back.

Bilingual staff, hot tub and pool are great amenities. Lobby and parking lot can get very crowded when events are taking place in the conference rooms, etc.

La chambre etait correct sans plus. Le lit est dur et le spa etait froid. Il fesait froid dans l’hotel. Cetait moyen en general je ne reviendrai pas

Overall the location, cleanliness and customer service was exceptional. Our groups experience was diminished by the over-zealous security team that was made up of some washed-up prison guards.

Several members of our group spoke with the front desk about security, who openly admitted their security “can be a little abusive”

This hotel has the potential to do so much better in selecting a security team.

Terrible experience. Hotel is old, outdated, and overpriced. The Hotel security is aggressive and harassing. These aggressive butch women constantly followed, and cornered our two 12 year old girls yelling at them to get back to their room. Do not stay here. Front desk were aware of the aggressive security and seemed to agree with our concerns. So unpleasant.

Do not stay at this hotel. This is not a Best Western. Security will follow you around and harass patrons. Two vehicles got stolen and ours was broken into. Not sure what the security job is but is not keeping the guest or property safe. The hotel closed the pool early because kids were swimming and after 3 pm closed the hot tub because they did not want the sports teams to use it. For the price, there are many other options.

I've never seen a hotel treat people the way the staff at this hotel does. Extremely rude and nasty. If you aren't from Quebec, stay somewhere else. Hotel security was very rude and aggressive towards people, and the staff at the front desk did not care the least. I've never experienced a Best Western like that. No class.

Beds were not comfortable and fan was very noisy in room. Restaurant was very good though, great pizza!

The room is great and the hotel is excellent, clean, looks recently renovated. Pool is good and parking is free. I took away a star for the check in experience. I bought this via Expedia but while checking, the lady just takes my card and continues to charge me so I questioned her and she said she is charging me if I smoked. She should have started with ‘ it’s standard policy of this hotel to…. ’ Instead no explanations. Just charging. She looks at me like’ why are you questioning me? ’ Also she said “you paid for the room through another site” Like going through Expedia is a sin. Bad attitude, such people should not be in a customer service position.

Le lit est extrêmement confortable, les chambres sont de la grandeur standard. Les salles de bain sont minuscules mais je n'en fais pas de cas. Propre, belle localisation, le service de la réception est excellent. Honnêtement, j'aurais donné une note supérieure si.je ne me serais pas fait réveillé par le staff de nettoyage qui jasait dans le couloir à 9hr du matin comme si elles étaient dans le hall d'entrée plutôt que le couloir ou des gens dorment. Sérieusement, ils étaient 3 à jaser super fort et je trouve que cela n'est pas en respect avec la nature de leur business, soit un lieu pour dormir.

Très bruillant. La porte de la chambre ne coupe pas le son des bruits des gens dans le passage. J etais seule en vacances pour une nuit. Plusieurs enfants avec des accompagnateurs ou des parents parlent dans le corridors et cogne aux portes pour la refermé sans aucun souci du bruit. Tout ça jusqu'à 23h30. J avais appeler à la réception et me dit que si cela continue je pourrai vous changer de chambre. Heureusement j ai pu profiter de la piscine la veille les dernière 30 minutes à moi toute seule.
Vendredi matin 8h, le bruit des jeunes et le personnel qui font les chambres qui parlent entre eux sans se soucier qu'ils sont entourer de chambres occupées par des clients. En plus le bruit d'ouvrier qui font des travaux.
J'ouvre ma porte pour constaté qu'il y a aucun membre du personnel portent des masques et que les ouvriers sont entrain de travailler ils posent une toilettes dans la chambre à côté. Comment peut on planifier des travaux à côté de chambres occupés.
J ai réussi à me faire offrir 50% de rabais à ma prochaine visite chez ma fille.

Mauvaise expérience client j'ai du défrayé des couts suite a l'état de l'hôtel qui a mon avis est a moitié rénové c'est une veille Hôtel et certain chose sont veille. Je vous conseille pas d'allé a cette hôtel il a des très belle Hôtel a Drummondville autre que Best Western. J'ai eu aucun support de leur par. Malheureusement je déconseille cette emplacement

Very dated suite. Not as clean as we would expect. The bed was very low. The room was noisy, not worth the extra dollars for the nice shower and therapeutic tub.

Accès refusé au gym à cause de la covid.tous les autres Hôtels du coin autorise l'accès.personnels sympathique.

Receptionist is very unprofessional, argumentative and rude. She had problems checking me in, instead of calling her boss or the agent who booked the hotel, she kicked me behind the line then called the next person. Ignorantly saying it's not her fault, it's technologies fault. As if it's technology that rudely kicked me back behind the line as if I'm a less significant patron who doesn't deserve special attention. My job booked the hotel for 20 days, but they don't even offer the courtesy of a microwave in the room that I must dwell in for 20 days. They closed the gym due to covid19, yet they find it okay to put a PUBLIC microwave in the hallway for everyone to used. One microwave for the entire hotel. How gross!

Staff were not helpful and generally slightly rude. When checking in after a long journey I was told to wait by the girl at the counter because she had to put something in the freezer. She made me wait for a few minutes while she did that. The next evening I asked the same girl for a paper or plastic plate and she told me I need to go to the restaurant to get that. There is a restaurant attached to the premises which is extremely busy. There was no parking anywhere near the building on Saturday night. An elderly gentleman wanted to use the cart I had because he said when he asked front desk they told him to search the floors for one. I won't stay here again.
Oh ya, and they put me on the top floor in the corner of the building as far away from the elevator as possible. I felt like this was done purposely because I wasn't super impressed with the check-in. Also, cleaning staff were very loud in the hallways. They were talking to each other very loudly from 20 rooms away.

Hotel room was fine. The restaurant's chef was very unaccommodating. If you do not speak French, l recommend that you eat elsewhere.

Clean, convenient hotel to stop at to break up our trip. Would have liked to know that the gym was not open before I booked (and pool only by appointment.)

Very comfortable and quiet room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Their only challenge at this time was being short staffed in the restaurant.
I will certainly be staying here in the future.

I stay here when travelling between Ontario and NB due to work. The facility is clean, and good public health measures. Food service a Pacini is quick and efficient. I have stayed here multiple times and have left healthy and safe. Thank you for your high standards.

(-) Ils annoncent un bain thérapeutique qui existe mais qui est bon fonctionnel, la chambre est pas du tout insonorisée, je n'ai pas dormis de la nuit a cause des voisins qui fermait leur porte en la claquant presque, petit déjeuner inclut. Oui! A condition que tu paye! Je ne pense pas retourner a cet hôtel

I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL PLUS THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY, INDOOR SWIMMING POOL WAS VERY CLEAN TOO WITH FRESH TOWELS. I WILL BE GOING BACK HOPEFULLY SOON. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN

They put us in a room with a broken A/C unit the room was hot & noisy and we had no sleep. Tried to contact manager 4 times and was ignored. Breakfast restaurant only opens at 7: 00 am so no early start in the morning. This is a Zero for a room at $181.17 a night.

Nous avons réservé des chambres puis la suite pour y tenir une réunion d'équipe le 27 mai 2019. Le service à l'accueil et au restaurant était bien. Toutefois le lendemain matin dès 7 h 15 les femmes de chambre qui circulaient dans les corridors étaient TRÈS bruyante. Elles parlaient et riaient fort dans le corridor sans aucun respect pour les personnes encore dans les chambres. Même après une demande de baisser la voix.

J'ai reçu un bon service du personnel,
Les chambres ne sont pas au gout du jour (surtout pour une chambre qui coûte environ 180 $ la nuit, j'ai eu un problème de facturation

I received awesome service over the phone with Sabrina. Her service made it an easy decision to choose this Best Western in Drummondville. After a long trip across Canada it was a relief to find this welcoming place to stay.

Quand mon logement à pris feu l'année dernière ils nous ont offert un hébergement de 3 jours gratuit en plus il nous ont laisser une chambre avec droit à mes 3 chats, je n'avais pas de place ou aller à ce moment là. Bon service, bel endroit, la piscine et le spas s'il l'ont encore cest bien, donc pour moi il sont fantastique:)

Acceuil chaleureux, endroit super propre, très grand lit. Et sans compter le super buffet pour déjeuner! Absolument rien à dire et à très bon prix! Moi et ma conjointe avons beaucoup aimé!

Great pool - staff are great.the front is well renovated. Rooms are decent. TV big enough and beds comfy. If you are larger; the bathroom is a little on the tight side.

Great comfortable beds but restaurant is expensive no free breakfast. Price could be lower due to this in my opinion. Many hotels offer free continental breakfast at about 15 dollars less.

De plus les salles de bains aurait besoin de passer en 2019
Un vestibule avec lavabo
Une porte, puis la salle de bain.

Comme ma visite à cet hôtel était principalement pour la piscine et le spa, j'ai été très déçue. Aucune supervision de la part de l'hôtel. C'est dommage car pour le reste c'est bien.
Piscine Très bruyante, les enfants courent partout, sautent n'importe où dans la piscine sans se soucier des autres. (Je comprends bien que certains parents n ont pas fait leur job). D'ailleurs Certains boivent de la bière dans la piscine à 3h00 l'après-midi. De toute beauté.
POUR LE SPA, ma raison d"y aller, ben premièrement ça avait l'air d'une pataugoire pour enfants (j'avais jamais vu ça) et le lendemain de notre arrivée, il ne fonctionnait pas. Wow!

Wow le buffet du dimanche est très bon c remplie de bonne choses les gauffres fait devant nous sont délicieuses les fromages les viandes froides jambon bacon c très varié comme menu je recommande fortement!

Bon service, on a adoré les matelas, très confortable. Super buffet déjeuner. Très heureux de notre visite

Je suis venu donner une conférence ici et la gestion était super. Belle salle de conférence endroit bien éclairé tout le monde était content

Été pour travailler (donc jai vu plusieurs raccoin) mais pas pour coucher. Mais personbel três poli et sympathique, prêt à aider avec le sourire. Tout de même assez propre

Nous y sommes allés pour une réunion. Les chambres sont confortables. Il est bien situé, facile d'accès avec beaucoup de stationnement.

Très bonne bouffe le service impeccable les chambres très propre les femmes de ménage sont très discrète elles fond du bon travail. A l'accueil le service très courtois et tres diplomates

Not a bad hotel, but why they put a teenage girls hockey team right beside me when I was here for a week on business is crazy. It's a huge hotel, pretty sure they could have put them in a separate area. Yelling in the halls, etc. Complained several times.nothing done. As a BW Diamond member this was not acceptable. I wont be back.
