Best Western Plus Montreal East

Hôtel fraîchement rénover. L’accueil fut cordial et courtois. Beaucoup de restaurants su alentours mais pas beaucoup de chose a faire proche. J’y etais pour une formation. Stationnement a l’arrière de l’hôtel.

I had a trip to Montreal to visit my family and had terrible night at this hotel because rooms are not soundproof. You will wake up at the mid night (12: 10am) and will hear impolite people talking, laughing, paying music, and baby crying, next to your room. I called the service and they came up to the next room, had a talk to these guys, but nothing change. So, I do not recommend this hotel anyone.

Good hotel for the price, the area is full of shops but not much is possible without a car. The service and reception were all really friendly and even helped us with a small problem with an Uber Eats order (since we don't speak French). The gate in front of the parking lot entrance is a bit annoying as you sometimes have to wait longer for the gate to open. Room was large and spacious. Cleanliness was also good. The bookable breakfast is not for Europeans and our taste in breakfast:)

I had a stay for 2 nights and I had worst experience ever. When checked in we were asked without any reason to pay more price than we actually booked for from the official Best Western website. Pathetic customer service- regardless of making full payment we got threatened over the call by manager and receptionist that we didn’t pay the full price for the room. We were asked by the staff to literally not talk in the room and whisper actually. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional way of talking by the front desk. We were harassed by the staff over calls and various knocks at the door in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend viewers to avoid this property at all cost.

Staff was outstanding! From arrival, in between and until departure everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very clean, spacious and quiet.
I understand bad guests can alter a stay, but as for our stay all guests were respectful. The hotel has easy free parking, nice pool and gym. Will definitely return. A great value for the stay. Thank you!

Probably the worst place to stay in Montreal. We checked in around 1am and the receptionist came to our room within 30 minutes saying that neither we can play music or talk in our room. We can only whisper as the walls are not sound proof. Nobody pays nearly $500 to whisper in their hotel room. All their receptionist were rude to talk to (apparently they don't like Ontarians) LOL!

We were explicitly instructed by the staff not to engage in normal conversation within our room; instead, they demanded we whisper. This was an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional manner in which the front desk addressed us. Throughout the night, we were subjected to harassment through phone calls and incessant knocks on our door. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment at all costs.

Regrettably, we have traveled and lodged in numerous hotels, spanning the spectrum from motels to high-end luxury accommodations. This particular experience was, without a doubt, the most abhorrent we’ve encountered. We endured continual insults and disrespect from the moment we checked in. In fact, we promptly checked out upon receiving new room keys because our previous ones had been deactivated by the staff. It’s crucial to emphasize that we are not criminals; we traveled all the way from Toronto to celebrate Thanksgiving. However, thanks to the staff’s actions, our Thanksgiving celebration turned into an utterly unpleasant experience.

Furthermore, I would like to address the hotel’s response, which claims to have received complaints from neighboring rooms about noise. I want to emphatically state that we did not play loud music or engage in disruptive behavior during our stay. These complaints are unfounded and appear to be fabricated. It is disheartening to hear that we were subjected to such unwarranted accusations. We expected a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and instead, we endured harassment and false accusations throughout our time at your property.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Firstly, we were unfairly charged $200 for ‘making noise at night, ’ which was merely my friend snoring. The frequency at which staff interrupted our private moments was both invasive and annoying, especially during our dinner. Moreover, the staff’s behavior was anything but accommodating. Not being fluent in French, we felt a clear sense of discrimination and were treated with a notable lack of respect. It’s unfortunate that in a city as diverse as Montreal, we had to encounter such prejudice. I strongly advise against staying here.

Très bel hôtel, bien entretenu, nous avons été en mesure d’avoir notre chambre plusieurs heures avant le check in normal. Déjeuner non inclus et un peu décevant, mais abordable.

Hotel au milieu des entreprises et pétrolière.
Bruit car route passante.
Fenêtre mal isolé et clim très bruyante.
On n'y retournera pas.

The hotel was very clean, the reception was very friendly, 30 minutes from the airport with normal traffic, a plus at the reception they speak English French Spanish.

Belle grande chambre, très propre, salle de bain avec douche, bonne grandeur et propreté impeccable aussi.
L'hôtel est très calme malgré qu'il est situé sur une route passante.
Belle piscine intérieure et belle terrasse extérieure pour profiter du soleil.
Le déjeuner était aussi très correct (peut être payant selon la formule de réservation)

Hello friends, my friend had booked this hotel with his credit card for my stay in Montreal for a few days, but unfortunately, this property canceled my reservation for a few days before my stay and said that you should come on your own! ! I am very upset and I will never go to this hotel again with this ugly treatment.

Stayed there one night as I needed to be in the Eastern part of Montreal the next morning. Staff was friendly and professional, place was clean and breakfast was good.

The room was extremely spacious with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. I'd definitely stay here again in the near future.

Close to everything you want to be close to but far enough you don’t have to deal with Montreal traffic. Rooms were upgraded and huge! Extremely comfortable. The staff was absolutely incredible. The pool was one of the best hotel pools I’ve ever experienced. Weight room was brand new and enough stuff for a vacation workout
