Difficult to navigate in and out of the location with ongoing construction.

Super hotel pour y séjourner par affaire ou en famille. L'endroit est beau et bien rénové. Le personnel est super courtois et la nourriture au restaurant est délicieuse!

Nice and clean. But the room staff very friendly and accommodating and comfortable. When I originally posted a musty smell in the room, it was NOT at this location in Ste-Foy, but in St Catherines. The Best Western in Québec city is my opinion is First class service. The construction in the area is terrible though.

Première fois à cet hôtel. Très bien! Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, la chambre est confortable - le matelas surtout! Seul bémol, l'insonorisation peut-être. Le restaurant vaut le détour. Bien situé pour faire du vélo sur la piste le long du fleuve.

Pre check in app did not work - power outage early in morning with no explanation/apology - breakfast should be included and not $13.95 a person - room was very small - position of desk is right below TV which is mounted too low so if 2 people are in room and 1 wants to work and the other wants to watch TV then you cannot as you are right in the view. Very terrible position of room (main a/c on roof right outside window) - not enough coffee/creamer/sugar in room (considering it wasn't going to be cleaned or restocked). Bathroom too small - nowhere to put toiletries. Floor was dirty (not swept and dust bunnies) - Fridge did not work (normal) - no emergency lighting in room (or bathroom) - (needed if there are power outages). Was not worth the money paid for 2 nights.

One of the best hotels in Quebec. Great service at check-in/check-out. Clean rooms. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel, variety of breakfast options. Heated outdoor pool. The most important is the free parking outside in front of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Nous avons eu une facture plus élever le le prix du départ avec un courriel a l'appuis et nous devons être pas plus de 20 personnes dans la piscine et nous étions 30 nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner les restaurant était plein ils prennent des personnes a l'extérieur due hôtel au lieu de privilégier les personne avec des chambres

Nice hotel with gym and pool that was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and nice. View was so so. The only thing was the swipe keycard kept losing magnetism and we had to reset many times. Otherwise no complaints.

Bel emplacement, la chambre lit King est un peu petite pour une gestion adéquate d'un bébé, la prochaine fois qu'on y retourne ce sera une chambre à 2 pièces. Le resto de l'hôtel était plein ce qui est dommage, par contre nous avons vraiment aimé le resto Le Manoir a 2 mins de marche.

Pretty good hotel… me and my wife enjoyed our stay due to its cleanliness and that hardwood floor is a plus for me on a hotel.other hotels who uses carpet is not so appealing and doesn’t feel sanitary imo.

Check in and out were quick and we had a free breakfast on their awesome restaurant.too bad it was only good for one breakfast (one per person). The next day i asked if we also have another free breakfast, but nope.it’s okay though no biggie.also, they had a promo during our visit and we surely loved those perks… free aquarium pass for two and a 75 dollars prepaid credit card to spend in Quebec. How cool was that.

Overall, great hotel.not cheap but just right price for the quality of rooms and services.

4 étoiles en général, mais 2 étoiles pour le bruit. Évitez la chambre 159 car il y a le camion de buanderie qui vient chercher la literie entre 5h et 5h30 du matin qui se stationne juste à côté de la fenêtre et fait un vacarme incroyable. Réveil assuré… Commentaire pour l’hôtel: Il faudrait trouver un autre endroit pour qu’il se stationne ou sinon qu’il passe plus tard dans la journée.

On a eu une chambre face aux travaux. Dommage car il y avait des balcons en étage qui semblait agréable de s'y asseoir!

Je donne deux étoiles du au manque flagrant de nettoyage des chambres. Si vous y aller ne bouger pas de meubles!
J’ai du prendre des serviettes mouillés pour faire le ménage moi même car énormément de poussière lorsque vous déplacer un meuble ou un lit. Le personnel était courtois et le restaurant sur place était bien.

4 étoiles pour cet hotel. Propre, tout refait au goût du jour, personnel accueuillant. Chambres standards trop petites pour ce genre d'hotel et avec une salle bain minuscule. Prix plutôt exorbitants sur le menu du soir.

J'ai bien aimé le matelas du lit l, la douche est très bonne, le personnel est très accueillant.

Sublime, impeccable et même parfait! J'ai même acheté 6 oreillers, tellement le Best Western Premium est un incontournables en terme de qualité de sommeil!

Week-end avec ma femme et mon fils de 2 ans ce fut exceptionnellement agréable. Accueil très chaleureux, personnel au petit soin on a eu une offre de surclassement pour pas cher on est passé a une suite qui était
juste forformidable.je le recommande très fortement.

Arrivée le 8 janvier 2021 - voyage affaire en couple

Bravo aux concepteurs couleurs/ aménagements de l’espace & décoration.
Je suis arrivée en béquille et j’ai trouvé espace et confort pour un séjour nous accordant repos appréciable tout en étant en voyage affaire.
Bon petit déjeuner bagel préparé auquel nous avons ajouté fromage brie de chez nous & café Kuryg à la chambre. Une petite douceur en temps de pandémie, non, ce n’est pas un luxe.

Une premier pour nous au Best Western Aristocrate de Québec.
Accès facile pour nous déplacer et à notre départ aller rejoindre le traversier pour aller rejoindre la 20 avant de rentrer à Montréal.
Somme toute, nous y reviendrons assurément!

Lovely hotel. Great beds and pillows, (a wine vending machine!), and dog friendly. They had little paper bags for breakfast as COVID doesn't allow for the restaurant to be open, but me, my mother and the pooch all enjoyed our stay. They were thoughtful enough to have us on the main floor with a walk-out patio for ease of letting the dog in and out for bathroom breaks, and security as we could park our car right in front of the room. When I do the long drive from NS to ON again, I'll definitely be staying here!

Check in was a breeze and the young lady at the front desk was very charming, respectful and helpful, really made you feel welcome. The room was perfect, really loved the decor and atmosphere and comfort outstanding which becomes a problem in the morning as check out is at noon so no lounging in the hyper comfortable bed and makes you stressed for the departure.

I stayed here for a night and I loved it. They provide you a list of things they disinfected in the room. Everything is super clean. The continental breakfast also has a variety options. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Première fois à cette Hôtel Chambre bien décorer et surtout sans tapis. Le lit très confortable et la salle de bain un peu petit mais bien agencer. Je vous dirais beaucoup mieux que les USA.

Stayed here for one night, located near highway, the hotel is a bit old, but good condition consider how old this is.

This hotel is near everything. I recommend this wonderful hotel during your stay in Quebec City. The room are really clean. Person at the front desk is welcoming and she also gave us a fantastic service. Thank you

Great place to stay when in Quebec City, quite area but close to everything. Easy drive to downtown or to the highway. I enjoyed the restaurant a lot.

Great location, close to restaurants and always nice to stay there with a balcony, rooms are nice and usually clean. The negative: Well so much on precautions about the covid-19 and the rules that you would expect the rooms to be as well checked and cleaned too. It was not the case during our visit this month. Sitting on the bed I saw a package of underwear for men under the luggage area. Left it there and told the reception.

J'y suis restée 3 soirs en compagnie de mon conjoint et de ma fille. La localisation était parfaite pour nous. Je me suis enregistrée par internet et je n'ai eu aucun problème. Pas de soucis de stationnement, si un membre de la famille s'ajoutait avec sa propre voiture. Pas un gros problème si on quittait un peu plus tard que l'heure prévue. Le seul hic, le prix des repas au restaurant de l'hotel. Par contre, nous avions un tarif spécial sur les déjeuners. Nous sortions donc à l'extérieur pour souper. Bien apprécié la présence d'un frigo et d'un coffre dans la chambre. L'internet fonctionnait aussi très bien.
