Placed an order in feb 2020.after many emails they said in june they would refund.
After many emails about the refund no answers and finally today after MORE THAN 6MONTHS i finally got a credit.
This company has been really bad on my last purchases and many other people same issues.
With all the choices out there we do not need this kind of non-service and frankly abuse and disregard.
Goodbye will be shopping elsewhere.

Ps no apology or anything of that nature.

May 16,2020 order placed totalling $348.31. Received one item priced at $34.99. June 15,2020 contacted company regarding remainder of order. Response was - shipment delayed still further until July 27-31,2020. Requested cancellation of balance of shipment, a refund for $308.08 as well as a time frame for the refund process. Time frame unavailable because Refund Department undergoing System Maintenance, check back in 10 days. Contacted company on July 28,2020 to follow up on refund. Update unavailable because of ongoing System Maintenance.

O STARS! As stated before, it used to be great in earlier years and now it is the worst. I have lost over $400 in merchandise and have only been offered $20 coupon with excuse that it isn't their responsibility as new management. I implore you to please please stay away from this website

I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered items have still not been delivered and it has been more than 100 days. It is impossible to contact anyone, there is no easy way to email them or call; you have to live chat which takes forever and you get no where - horrible service will never buy from them again. They have never contacted me about possible delays.

They charged me on april for a product and they didn't delivered it! They stole my money and not even responding to my emails! Worst place to shop at! Save your money

Article commandé en avril, suivi sur la commande x 4 puis enfin reçu 21 juillet. Article décevant, alors que les photos sur le site étaient très jolies, confection ultra cheap et tissus bas de gamme. Première expérience non concluante. Je ne répéterai pas. Probablement fabriqué en Chine.

I have been shopping with BTR for years and have had, for the most part, a positive experience, however I have made several purchases at the beginning of the year for quite a bit of money and I have not received my products and my request for a refund has been pending for 3 weeks now. I will start legal action soon but I am very disappointed because I want to shop local businesses but they need to be honest.

Il faudrait le dénoncer aux droits du consommateur. Il ni a pas de service. Tu envoies des couriels et aucune réponse et en plus pas de service en français même au chat. Ne couvrent pas les retours et c'est cher l'envoie de retour.

Ne respect pas les conditions de retour sur leur site, vous devez retourner les articles par vous même ce qui peux être beaucoup plus dispendieux que le 9.95 que leur étiquette de retour (que sans aucun avis ils décident de nepkus donner au client)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had to get my grammas money back from Visa insurance because she never received her orders, purchased in February, over 6 months! Its a pity I used to really like this website, yes the shipping was slow then but now it's just abominable that they are still taking purchases but not shipping them. If you apply for creditor protection maybe shut down your site til you get your act together. Shame shame! (this was 3 years ago, btw and they are still selling products!?)

Terrible Terrible experience with BTR, never received the sunglasses, tried to call the costumer service and for days wasn't able to reach them, finally one day after waiting 1h someone answered and when i asked to cancel my order and give me a refund, they said they cant cancel and that i had to wait more for the product to arrive, but later they said the product was not yet shipped and it's still in the process.
Only after getting really bad on my nerves they accepted to refund and cancel the order.

Will never shop with them again. Stay Away from BTR, there are real sellers with real products on the market, for same price with much better service.

Placed an order for givenchy sunglasses on May. 20th and received it today (June. 3rd).
After reading all the bad reviews I wasn’t expecting to get my item for a awhile (or at all according to some reviews).

The glasses are authentic.
Over all good experience and will order again from the site.
4 star because the customer service isn’t great. I didn’t get any tracking for my item and it’s extremely hard to get a hold of anyone.

The company is crooked. It may be under new management but beware. I had a substantial credit with BTR which has disappeared. They then told me the new management will not be honouring any outstanding credits. I will never order from them again.
