DYNAMIQUE, COMPÉTANT, EFFICACE! La note minimale pour le service à clientèle à l'atelier est 10/10.1'ière visite fin Juillet est un RDV un samedi matin (en ligne via site web) pour un gros tune-up de mon vélo de route. J'ai été Pris en charge à l'heure et Alex à immédiatement évalué mon vélo tout en me donnant l'heure juste. Mon vélo était prêt le lendemain, un dimanche!
2'ième visite le 3 Août pour un problème de dérailleur. Immédiatement pris en charge sans rdv par Nicolas. Problème résolu en 20 minutes sur place. Des mécaniciens compétents qui vulgarisent bien les problèmes mécaniques et techniques au client. Merci Gang. Vous êtes des PROS.

J'ai fait l'achat en ligne d'un E-bike chez Bicycle Quillicot Mont-Tremblant. Cela n'a pas été une bonne expérience sauf d'avoir reçu le vélo dans un délai très raisonnable. Voici les mauvaises expériences:
- le vélo est arriver pas toute monté;
- aucun ajustement de la suspension en fonction de mon poids;
- aucune pédale sur le vélo;
- a ma première sortie les freins arrières on lâchés, le tube de frein a sortie du maitre cylindre.

Pour une vente d'un vélo a 9,000$, il aurait été intéressant de fournir un contact pour un suivi et offrir de l'aide pour finaliser la préparation du vélo.

The mechanics here fix your bike like if it was theirs. They are very knowledgeable and competent, and put all of their good will to make your bike the best it can be. Very strong supervisor and senior mechanics. When they let a bike leave the shop, you can be guaranteed that it is in great shape and the price is always fair and reasonable. You can really trust these guys.

I brought a few bicycles here for a small tune-up. I had purchased the bikes used, and knowing very little about bike mechanics, I wasn't quite sure what they needed. I went to the store thinking I'd have to leave the bikes there for a few days, but the staff in the repair shop were able to tune them on the spot in less than an hour. They did excellent work, were honest, and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed for the type of biking I do. Another shop told me that one of the front forks was slightly bent and that the brakes couldn't be fixed because of it, but here they were able to fix the brakes perfectly, and told me for that the type of bike riding I do, it wouldn't be worthwhile to change the fork. Highly recommend!

Great service and fast response: We found out one of our bike tires was about to burst the day before a long weekend. We stopped by the store in Mont Tremblant just after lunch time and they agreed to take the bike, change 2 tires and I was contacted about 1.5 hours later to let me know the bike was ready! Saved our weekend: thank you!

J’ai eu un rendez-vous dès le lendemain et ils ont réussi à arrager mon problème récurrent sur mon pédalier.

Really friendly staff, in a very bad emergency (forgot front thru axle at home) they were super helpful and were willing to sell one off of their built bikes.

Awesome shop! My co-worker and I rented to FS MTBs in October 2018. The staff was responsive and helpful over email to help us get bikes reserved, but also in the store to get us set up properly. They were easy to work with and, best of all, had excellent rental bikes (2018 Rocky Mtn Instinct).
