Amazing service and kindness by one of the owners. I was out on a ride and caught a flat. Nasty piece of steel pierced through the tire.

I happened to have my flat close to Bicyclettes Montreal-Nord. The shop had been closed for the last three hours, but this worker and his wife were present, unloading new bikes that arrived.

He saw my flat, gave me a pump, saw that the tire was down bad, and offered to have the tube changed. No questions asked. I was able to continue my ride 5 minutes later.

Though a small gesture, it went a long way. This saved me 2+ hours of walking back to my home.

I highly recommend this shop for its humanism and professionalism.
