My latest obsession is jewellery made of bijoux. I absolutely adore my R-30 ring; it is of the highest calibre, and I often receive praises on it. I'd love to have a ring in each design, but let's face it: if I bought that many rings, my husband could leave me. What a fantastic job the jewellery designers at Bijouterie have done. I brought my husbands ring that was cracked. Victor was very professional and fixed it on such short notice which was amazing.

Absolute con-artists do not go there. They took a huge part of my 18k gold chain when fixing it.

Pour ajouter a la déception, la soudure qu il a été fait sur ma bague est visible! Franchement pour 40$ c est franchement décevant. C est clair que je ne retourne pas dans cette bijouterie.

Arrogant and incompetent. Asked to have an engraving done on our wedding rings. The result looked like work from a 5-year-old child. He never apologized for his awful engravings and we had to pay extra to have the rings sent out to be corrected.

Brought my gold chain to get fixed, realized when I got home my chain was shorter. They never offered to give me any links back, so sad.

I went there today looking for a wedding band set for women. The worker that was there was texting or playing a game on his phone.when I went in and asked for what I was looking for he rudely said “no we don’t have any”. I asked him if it was do to them being sold or if he didn’t carry them all. He again, very rudely responded with “I sold them all”. I thanked him and turned to walk out and noticed that a display that did in fact have some.he saw me looking at them and said “oh ya, if you want them in silver, they’re in there. ” Still not looking up from his phone or even walking towards me to start showing me some. This is supposed to be such a happy moment in someone’s life. I sarcastically thanked him for being so helpful and left.never have I been treated so rudely.not bad for someone who had a 6k budget for a set of rings. Jerk.

Simply asked for a watch diagnosis and a phone follow-up and never received any update in ~8 days. Very disappointing service. Would not go back except to pick up the object. Difficult to trust. Sadly.

Their employee a fat guy is ridiculously obnoxious, rude and agressive. Brought my bracelet to get fixed and it broke 5 times and they do not want to fix it anymore but it kept breaking in the same spot over and over. Guy threatened to call the cops on me. They also SHORTENED the lenght of it, guess they needed gold. That's how DESPERATE they are. AVOID AND REPORT

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Do not bring any expensive jewelry to get resized. My wife brought her platinum engagement ring and eternity band to get resized and they ruined both to the point that she just lost a diamond on her eternity band. We called them and they lied to me saying that when they resize an eternity band they do not touch the other diamonds which is a total lie. Do not trust them and do not bring anything expensive to get fixed. Now we must get both rings repaired and buy a diamond for her eternity band.
