Je suis venu pour un changement de batterie - ils l'ont changé en plus de diagnostiquer et réparer un problème de batterie qui se décharge que j'avais depuis des mois sans coût additionnel, service impeccable

The woman who helped us was nice but this store badly damaged our wedding rings. We asked to remove an engraving and make a new one - both were very poorly done. Another jeweller is fixing this: she was shocked at the damage and told us this should have been an easy job with the right tools. I cannot comment on Flora's products, but definitely go elsewhere for repair work.

Très mauvais service, faites attention aux imposteurs, j’ai apporté une montre en excellent état avec simplement un changement de batterie à faire et je l’ai récupéré qu’avec des problèmes, bracelet mal remonté, fuite majeure d’étanchéité de la montre (Tissot). Ne jetez pas votre argent, ils sont incompétents.

Inadmissible, j'ai fait faire une soudure, ils n'ont pas réussi et en plus ils ont endommagé mon article.

Le bracelet de ma montre avait brisé dans le métro, endommageant le mécanisme. En quelques jours, ma montre a été réparé et est comme neuve. Bonus: la gérante est très sympathique:)

They restored a very old watch of mine to perfect working condition. Took a while, but it was worth it.

Absolutely horrible. I came here to buy Trollbeads but the stock is very old and tarnished, not well taken care of. The owner lied to me the first time I went in and tried to sell me beads under false pretense. I ignored it and thought she was just desperate to make a sale. Then foolishly I went back another time and was strung around for weeks being told she would order something for me but only got excuses. I will never shop here again and regret ever giving any of my money to this store. Dishonest owner and among the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This store will hurt the reputation of the merchandise she sells.

Je vais à cette bijouterie depuis 20 ans. La dame est super gentille, le service est rapide et excellent. Bon choix de montres à prix compétitifs.

I went to this place based on the good reviews. I brought two watches an an expensive delicate gold chain. They said my Pulsar watch was "too old" to be fixed, that my Casio had broken internals and needed to be replaced with a quote almost as much as the value of the watch. The gold chain they soldered with very thick metal, so it broke almost instantly after wearing it. I brought the watches to another watch shop, and they were able to fix both for a reasonable price. The battery in the Casio had actually been installed improperly, and that's why it wasn't working. When I came to pick up my items, they informed me that they misplaced my items, and I waited for almost an hour while they searched. I was really dissatisfied with the service I received.

Délai de réparation correct et prix raisonnable avec des conseils sur la pile. Satisfait du service.

J'ai acheté une chaine et une boucle d'oreille là-bas, beaucoup de choix et un service super attentionné! J'y reviendrai à coup sûr, ma nouvelle bijouterie du coin: +)
