It takes a watch enthusiast to recognize another watch enthusiast. Not only was Noah very welcoming during our first visit (and subsequent visit for the delivery of the watch), I was impressed in his knowledge across various brands and references.

Ultimately all ADs exist to sell watches, but not all of them are created equal. We have visited other ADs in town, only to encounter snobbish staff. Perhaps it's due to being luxury items with high price tags, or knowing that their products are in high demand so if you don't buy one, the next person will. You won't find that nonsense at Bijouterie Italienne where the art of customer service is preserved. Don't let their small square footage fool you. If it's a brand that Bijouterie Italienne caries, I strongly consider giving them a try.

Watch collecting is a horrible disease, you start with one then you can no longer stop. Chances are we will revisit one day. Until then, I wish the team well deserved success (and perhaps more allocation from the manufactures to satisfy their clientele).

Being an owner already of a Rolex watch, I picked up my first Tudor being a Black Bay Pro and could not be happier with the purchase. The experience was by far one of the best I've had in my life! Staff does not seem to reply to emails, impossible to get any type of response. The positive reviews you see here are all people who are trying to impress the store managers in hopes of receiving a difficult to obtain Rolex, do not trust the reviews. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for better customer service.

All around great experience! I came in shopping for a watch for my fiancé with virtually zero watch knowledge. I was assisted by Gabriele their Rolex specialist and he was a dream! Super detailed gave me lots of information and great things to know (travelling with jewelry, warranties, etc…). I got so excited I even took a look at ladies watches which he was super helpful with, I ended up putting a few on a wish list and hope to deal with him again soon! J’ai d’abord pensé acheter ma montre en ligne, mais je suis très heureux d’avoir finalement fait affaire avec une bijouterie locale. La bijouterie a un excellent roulement et est un excellent partenaire de Rolex et Tudor.

Je pensais initialement devoir attendre 6 mois pour mon modèle de Tudor Black Bay Fifty Eight, dû à la forte demande, et il n’était trouvable nul part à Québec mais très heureux que la montre soit arrivée plus rapidement que prévu.

Un autre avantage de faire affaire avec un revendeur certifié est de bénéficier d’une garantie de 5 ans et de support d’experts.

Au moment de la livraison, Pierre-Olivier a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et j’ai énormément apprécié mon expérience.
