Worst dehumanizing medical staff ever.
First they change my appointment for blood tests at a location due to lack of equipment (not a big deal, it happens) although the second appointment was at a further away location.
On the scheduled day, I arrive running, literally 8 mins late to my appointment due to traffic in downtown montreal and me trying to find their lab in the building, as a result I get refused my tests in the most rude way ever. I apologized and explained that I was sick and these tests were highly critical. But they got frustrated and said: no it’s too late we already told you, you have to be on time. Very shocking and very sad to see that a medical staff has become so dehumanizing and disconnected. Zero care for sick patients lives.

J'ai eu à passer des prises de sang dans un délai très très serré et je devais avoir les résultats dans les cinq jours!
Je paniquais un peu, mais je me suis rappelé que j'avais déjà passé des tests chez Biron, aussitôt j'ai pu prendre un rendez-vous en ligne et une heure plus tard je recevais un appel pour compléter ma demande et fixer mon rendez-vous le lendemain matin pour mes tests.
Le service est professionnel de l'accueil aux soins infirmiers!
Vraiment très satisfait, je vous le recommande sans hésiter

Having a private interview with the Pope is easier than getting someone on the phone to provide basic information that should be already available on their website. Awful customer service to start with, even if you're paying for it.

Accueil désagréable, la personne à l'acceuil n'a pas du tout été aimable! De plus, j'ai rarement eu aussi mal aux 2 bras après une prise de sang ratée. Je déconseille cette clinique, d'autant que c'est extremement cher.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser de mauvais commentaire mais il y a définitivement des éléments à améliorer dans ce service de santé.

The receptionist it’s a very uneducated woman who definitely doesn’t want to be there. Biron, as a prestigious laboratory chain should upgrade the interviews when hiring. Client service to its worse. Her name is Disimone or Simone, not quite sure, but what an awful experience.

Il nous font passer un test a l'arrivée a l'aéroport et quand nous envoie le résultat par email nous demande un code? ! (Quil nous on jamais donner) et évidemment quand on essaye de les rejoindre il nous réponde pas. Des vrai amateur

Follow up— After my comment, i emailed my case to them and Pascal from customer service called me and helped me to with the lab to get the complete information, Thanks you!

Bad service, I paid the harmony test to know the gender of my baby, is more than a month, the doctor received the results BUT the gender! Poor service by telephone

Rdv pris sur internet pour le jour même. Infirmière adorable et attentionnée. Par contre la fille de l'accueil n'était pas la plus sympa.

I hope this will help management fix their processes:
When I arrived to give a sample they told me that I needed a prescription, which was never mentioned in any of the detailed documentation provided on what to bring. They agreed that I could email it if received same day and gave me two email addresses and a form confirming such. I sent the prescription by email and then tried to phone to make sure it was received. Apparently it's impossible to speak to the receptionist. The person on the phone then said I should send it to a third email address and it was impossible to confirm reception. He suggested I speak to someone else who could help more, but hung up on me when trying to make the transfer. Not the best experience, Biron!

Easy to book online, easy to find a parking spot. Staff is nice and fast. Results are sent usually in the same day. The website is great to check the results too. I love receiving their follow up emails. Great overall.

Rdv pris pour le lendemain 9h50. Arrivé en avance a 9h30 et ressorti a 9h40. La secrétaire et l'infirmière était toute les deux très sympathique. Super service.
