Hi electrician Darren is not providing me the invoice of the service done and it is making it very hard, as I have to submit invoice to Gaz metro
Will never recommend and I will complain about this company to revenue Quebec.

A longish story perhaps but well worth the read!

With a sudden AC issue and an impending late July heat wave, we made several phone calls in an effort to find the speediest solution possible, but to no avail. Googling further, Darren at Bissonnette Refrigeration responded and offered to drop by, same day by end of afternoon.

Just a little over an hour later, Darren and coworker John arrived to troubleshoot the issue we had reported, and in mere minutes, problem solved!

Courteous and professional, knowledgeable and honest to a tee, Bissonnette Refrigeration will always be our go-to for any future HVAC issue.

Amazing service! Darren helped my mom with her heat pump on very short notice. He went to pick up the parts and had it all up in running in about an hour. Fantastic and friendly service. Good explanations. Fair pricing. I knew his grandfather, who was also in the HVAC business. This is a family tradition of great service. Support a local business. Highly recommended.

Darren and John were amazing to work with. Our AC stopped working during a heat wave and they repaired it. They are knowledgeable, honest and very trustworthy. They got the job done quickly and efficiently! They also educated us on our system and how to better maintain it. We highly recommend them for any service needed.

We recently returned from vacation to a non-starting A/C compressor. Very positive reviews suggested Bissonnette was worth a try, so at 9: 00 AM, on the hottest day of the year, I called Darren who says he will be there within an hour and a half. Seven minutes later the doorbell rings and there he is with his assistant. Good start! They quickly test our 20+ year-old compressor, determine most of the refrigerant is missing (which makes sense since it hasn't been cooling as well as it used to), recharge the system and clean up the unit. Entire job done in under an hour. Superb service and very reasonable price. Thank you Darren!

Took a day off of work. Waiting for him to show up. He Did not show up to our scheduled appointment nor cancel or reschedule.

If he cannot, at least, let the client know he will not show up.how can I trust him he will show up if the fix won’t hold?

This company is beyond amazing, I was so lucky to be serviced by them in the summer of 2020. Originally I had a company verify my heat pump that stopped working. I was basically told that I needed a new compressor, luckily I called and spoke to Paul, the grandfather (what an amazing man) who came to my home and found the problem. It was a shorted wire, nothing else. I would only recommend Bissonnette, they're honest, competent and super friendly, if I could I would give them 10 stars.

After speaking with three different companies that wouldn't help me, I was luckily referred to Darren by a friend. He was super kind, knowledgable and got our AC fixed in about 20 minutes for a fraction of the cost. I can't thank him enough for providing such amazing service. I was blown away by Darrens professionalism and timelyness, he called me the day before to confirm that he would be by the following day. He gave me a time window and then called me 20 mins before arriving. I was so happy with the pricing, he was honest and explained that my 20 year old carrier was on its last legs. He recommended a newer more efficient model or to apply a fix on my current machine. He got back to me right away with prices and after shopping around his were the best. We repaired my machine and to this day it continues to work as new. I really appreciate the honesty and the hard work. Would recommend Bissonnette refrigeration to everyone!

My boyfriend and I recently purchased our first home together and couldn’t wait to have our first Christmas in the house. A few weeks ago with the weather getting colder, I tried to turn on the furnace and to my surprise it was not working! I immediately called Bissonnette Refrigeration because of the great comments I heard from family and friends. Wow is all I could say from the service! On time, very polite and fixed my furnace very quickly. I will refer them to anyone who asks going forward!

I hired these guys twice over the last few years to help my tenant out when the AC stopped working. I'm in a different province and, left in their capable hands, I had nothing to worry about! They were punctual, professional, and very honest. It's a family owned company and they do business with a handshake (a virtual one in my case). Count not recommend them enough.
