The best price for the tires I selected, very easy to deal with and I ordered the tires on Wed afternoon and were delivered on Sat am by Fedex for free. I highly recommend this company for the best tires.

Extremely impressed with their online ordering process and service. I ordered the tires Saturday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday midday, all with free shipping. The also had the best price of anywhere online in Canada (I checked 10+ sites). The only odd thing is that the tire delivery person didn't ring my doorbell and instead simply left the tires outside my garage. If I didn't live in such as safe of a neighbourhood there was unnecessarily elevated risk of theft because of this.

Quick and easy, Northern ON needs a 200 km radius on the "distance to garage" option, or, you can enter the postal code for the nearest larger city/town. I could not figure out how to get locations to show up on the map. Great installed prices, gets rid of a headache in smaller Northern communities. I am spreading the word about Black Circle in Elliot Lake ON, and 2 installers in Webbwood, only 70km away.thx, jim

Ordered my tires and received them within two days. Could not believe it! Price was also better than anywhere else we looked.

After a failed attempt to order 3 replacement tires from another site, I cautiously decided to give Blackcircles Canada a try. Not only were their prices better, their service was exceptional and their customer service IS THERE for you - Thank you Pascal. And tires arrived in great condition and before estimated time of delivery.

I purchased 3 sets of 4 tired from Black Circle Canada. The first two sets the purchase and delivery went very well with no issues and on time delivery at the price promised/payed/posted at the time of purchase.

With the 3rd set of tires the story is completely different!

I needed a set of 4 tires of Kumho 215/65 R16.
In all other sets when you purchase 4 the shipping is free. Here you purchase one shipping is free but when you purchase four they add $30 for shipping (this was the opposite with the other tires). So, I tried to purchase 4 single tires to avoid the $30 shipping fee.

The first two tires purchase went through without a shipping fee and on the two other tires was a $10 added after you check out the basket … It was added when you confirm the purchase on your credit card.

What a flawless experience. Bought 2x winter tires, ordered online, shipped to my house within a couple days. Such a great experience I bought 4x more summer tires, even with a rare size they had it! 205/50/r15. Will continue to use blackcircles for all my future tire purchases. Would advise any auto do it yourselfers and enthusiasts to use them!

This company is amazing. Ordered sunday evening for AB delivery and tires arrived Tuesday aftn. Delivery company only dropped off 3 and this company was on it and called me back the same day. Most affordable price around and tires showed up shiny clean and new! Highly recommend this company. We will be ordering from here again!

Customer service and company policy is pretty sub-standard compared to competitors. They ship every tire separately which makes it a headache to receive. It took a week for two tires to come in, one tire came in the next day, and it's been two weeks and the fourth still has not arrived. I have had to cancel my tire appointment and have it rescheduled. Three times I have called about what is going on and I am always left with "I will check in with the warehouse and call back with an answer as to what's going on" and I have not recieved a call back yet. I asked about tracking numbers and I was answered with "well it's too confusing for the warehouse staff to send it out and go back to the computer and to put the shipping info back into the computer". Sounds to me like the company needs an investment in technology.

Very smooth process as far as the ordering goes - and best part is that I was able to get a great deal at a local garage where typically deals don't happen. Excellent way to buy tires!

Expérience très positive, j'ai testé le service en prenant rendez-vous chez mon mécanicien habituel, les pneus ont étés livrés tel que convenu chez ce dernier et le rendez-vous a été pris avec ce dernier sans mon intervention autre que le site internet.en plus j'ai profité d'un rabais vs le prix que ce même mécanicien m'offrait pour le même jeu de pneu.faites attention si vous avez une 2eme addresse de livraison utilisée dans paypal car on pourrait vous demander de valider vos infos de paiement (anti-fraude) par courriel

I purchased 4 tires several days ago. They were all covered by mud, marks, scuffs and scratches (countless of them) that they looked like used ones. I contacted the company and I was told to wash them by myself and check if they were any tears or holes. They also told me even if I request a replacement, they will be probably in the same condition by Director of Customer Service and two other customer service.

Update: I brought tires to Midas to check. The mechanic said they see many tires coming from Blackcircles.ca in the same condition (soiled and banged up) and it is because of the way the company stores tires.
