Bleu Lavande (Blue Lavender)

Visite fait en fin de saison, tres peu de lavande fleurie. Je pense qu'il est mieux de visiter en debut ou milieu de saison. Boutique magnifique mais couteux. Acces inclu avec le billet a observer le labo de savon

Nous avons bien aimé notre visite et en avons profité pour y dîner. Par contre, nous avons trouvé également le prix un peu cher de l'entrée cependant nous reconnaissons les enjeux au niveau monétaire pour une entreprise. Très belle expérience quand même.

We visited on Saturday August 19 in the early afternoon and I wanted to take the time to give some tips and also appreciate the staff.

I booked this trip well ahead. Almost several weeks before. And I regret booking too early because when we arrived in our gite. It turns out that certain Auberge in the area have a partnership with the attractions in the area and give discounts at certain attractions and restaurants. I recommend to arrive at your accommodations before booking anything but still getting the tickets online to save a bit of time and money.

That being said. I wanted to really take the time to talk about how good the staff was at the store during this day. We were going to get some things in the shop and the staff took a lot of time to answer all my questions. Also, because I had booked the tickets in advanced. When we asked about the discount. It only applies to the entrance tickets and not the product. It's not a problem and I wasn't expecting any changes because we had already entered the park. But the manager took the time to find us and for me to apply the discount when I repaid. This experience was so above and beyond that I have nothing but good things to say about the people that work here.

For the place itself. Yes, there's a cost to entering. But there was something really healing about seeing the fields. There's no need to get tickets if you're just buying from the store. But for the tickets themselves. It felt like it was worth it because we had a bouquet of lavender that came with the tickets which added something really special. As well as we got a lot of good pictures in the area. As did a ton of people we saw taking pictures there that day.

Superbe boutique, personnel sympathique; par contre, je pense que si on achète pour 75$ (ou moins, ou plus, je parle juste de ma propre facture) de produits on devrait pouvoir faire pipi dans une vraie toilette avec table à langer, lavabo etc. Pas dans une bécosse bleue.

Super lovely space, you can bring a picnic or buy some of their yummy lavender lemonade or icecream. They offer tours but they were only available in French.

You can definitely buy a ticket the day-of, but I recommend going online and getting the deal to visit both the fields and the vineyard by Magog, it's a worthwhile deal!

Beautiful lavender fields just outside of Magog. Entrance was ~$16 per person. People brought picnics to enjoy beside the lavender. The shop had nice items. Definitely a fine excursion.

Wonderful small museum to learn about Lavender.

Last time i went, it was another address. They changed places and it is still a wonderful place with nice staffs! The tour was very informative and there are picnic tables for enjoying the view with food and friends. There is a small café that sells muffins and cold beverages. There is to refill water and a boutique with all lavender products. Not so accessible for trolleys and wheels as it is gravel.

Spent hours with a friend sitting on their Adirondack chairs level with the sea of purple, smelling the beautiful lavender, watching the thousands of bees busily buzzingly working away. Bring a picnic and some local cider and enjoy soaking it in. The lavender was in full and glorious bloom at the end of July/ beginning of August. Definitely worth the drive from New Hampshire.

Quelle magnifique et magique endroit! N’ayez pas peur d’essayer leur limonade à la lavande! Un vrai délice!

J'ai adoré ma visite! J'ai pu prendre une belle marche pour visiter, tout en sentant la délicieuse lavande. La boutique offre de nombreux produits a base de lavande. Les produits sont un peu cher, mais difficile de résister. Les employés étaient très gentils.

Avec la présence de l'excellente harpiste Isabeau Corriveau, c'était parfaitement relaxant!

It is a very beautiful place to visit. But the price is kind of expensive for a tiny 15-minute guided visit.
There was a room that was interesting and we could make our body move and that made a giant screen move.that was interesting.the products in the store are very, very, very expensive.

I bought a small 225g jar of nut butter with lavender for 17$. It is very good but a bit expensive. But it's worth it since it was a rare treat.
Most of the products are made with imported lavender oil from Bulgarie, the guide told us. The guide told us that the soap and candles were made with the lavender on place.

I did buy a small lavender plant on place for 6.50$, so that was ok.

Otherwise, I am happy I did not visit with my kids. They would not have liked going. Not in my kids' interests to look at à lavender field. They would have maybe liked the screen room.

So I would only recommend for adults who don't expect much out of their visit. It would be a nice place for a picnic on a nice day.the scenery was very nice.

The people who work there are very friendly. The young guide who was maybe 16, was awesome. He was able to give us the information and answer our questions.

Unfortunately I would not go back again.

Endroit vraiment exceptionnel, c’est vraiment un lieu où nous allons revenir. C’est beau et paisible. L’entretien et phénoménal.

Une belle expérience

La seule raison qui fait que je ne donne pas 5, c'est que plusieurs produits sont épuisés.dommage

Très belle journée hier pour une balade à Bleu Lavande hier. Lavande,  Perovskia (sauge de Russie) fleurs sauvages, entre autres, forment un agréable décor pour le temps d'un pic-nique, d' une petite marche, d'un temps de déconnexion.
Ce que j ai trouvé super: l'accès autorisé pour nos amis à 4 pattes.
Ce que j'ai moins aimé: le rapport qualité-prix un peu trop élevé, les toilettes limites propreté, et le coin café ou le café est très bof et les choix offerts de douceurs très très limités.

Très belle et vaste place. Cependant un peu plus d’animations (bistro avec vin, fromage, charcuterie, crème glacée et un peu de musique) viendrait peaufiner l’expérience.

Beautiful non-native garden with a smelly swamp with no trees around it to protect from heat. I was impress by the amount of bees and bumblebees foraging on the flowers and the insect hotel. I saw some bird box for swallows but didn't see any, by the way, where were the wasps?
Would've been nice to have more educational panels on the site and closer together or in a good order on the path.
Inside the building there were a lot more educational posters with a lot of fun facts, with a black room with projectors that i don't know why it exist, and what is special about it.
I hope they plant more native trees, aka black willow and not the weeping willow.
