This place is absolutely amazing! The hairdressers the experience is really the best and those espresso martinis are to die for! Nothing better than being pampered and this place does not disappoint.

J’ai fait manucure et pédicure express et c’était parfait! Mes ongles gel ont tenu plus de 3 semaines sans crack un record!

I choose this salon for a manicure because I heard that they use bioseaweed gel which is big 5 free (no formaldehydes, DPB, BHA, etc) so wanted to try.

I never had a manicure so painful in my life. My cuticles on 7/10 fingers where inflamed, throbbing, and stinging immediately after. The drill was over heating and I kept saying that it hurts. The girl would stop and say oh sorry and then apply the same amount of pressure.

By the end of it my cuticles where bleeding and extremely inflamed and sore.

The photo is from the day after with the swelling a little reduced the skin no longer bleeding and starting to form scabs.

In the last 10 years I’ve been getting gel manicures I have never experienced so much pain and absolute disregard for the pressure, tools, and use of aggressive technique. It happens that a technician accidentally cuts a cuticle too close, but that every single finger be bleeding and injured as a result of what’s supposed to be a pleasant and relaxing manicure is insane.

It was an absolute hack job. Here is picture evidence.

Can't say enough good things about Blome! Aleksandra is very thoughtful and knowleadgeable about hair & any kind of hair treatments! I am very happy with my keratin and anytime I feel like having my hair done professionally this is the place to go for a fast and inexpensive pick-me up!:)

Booked a blowout which was quick and looked ok. Stylist was really nice. But as I was leaving, I was charged double the price - I was never informed of this upfront - and was told it was because, and I quote, “that price was for a normal blowout. Your hair is curly”. I felt awful.

I have 3A/3B hair and was never charged double the price anywhere to get a blowout. So, unless you have pin straight hair or are prepared to spend a lot of money on a standard blowout, stay away from this place.

Also, I hope the receptionist learns at some point in her life that curly hair IS normal hair.

Lisa is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! Seriously, I don’t trust my hair with anyone else cause I had a lot of those nightmare experiences where my hair would get chopped. Lisa always provides me with the best service whether it’s for a hair color, cut, blowout, nanoplasty or hair Botox. She pays great attention to details and she’s very pleasant it really feels like I’m at a relaxing spa sipping on some tea or coffeee everytime im at Blome. Lisa…thank you for the great service and for saving my hair which is now extra glowy, healthy and super long. A+

Sincèrement j’y suis allé pour un événement très important on a gâcher ma prestation.

Je vous déconseille d’y aller je souhaitais faire un modele précis pour une manucure elle m’a rater on m’a fait tout le contraire sans geste commerciale.

Je suis extrêmement dessus je ne conseil pas du tout mais vraiment pas.

Le professionnalisme n’y est pas du tout et pas de compétence.

Je me suis senti banaliser aucun service client elle fesais attention à sa cliente d’après, mon esthéticienne ne gérais pas la pression…

J’ai payée entièrement pour que la prestation soit ratée aucun Nails art.

Stylist burned my forehead with the iron, also my hair was severely burned and damaged by their bleach that she used to do my highlights. My hair turned out cooper orange— not the color i was going for. I payed over 350$ for that mess. Went to my regular salon 2 weeks later to get my hair cut short and fix the color as Blome burned my hair severely and missed the color.

Le lieu est très beau et propre. Je suis allée pour une coupe cheveux et j’ai adoré le résultat, mes cheveux sont devenus plus beau et doux. Merci beaucoup Luis, j’ai adoré ton beau travail.

Great nail art work! Prices are a big higher compared to average. I'd suggest confirming final price before getting to the cash to avoid unexpected charges.

The place is well located and there is plenty of availability for a last minute appointment. But I would not recommend it because I find the mentality quite "cheap" and dishonest.

I booked an express manicure gel + removal 2 days ago. The person who took care of me was Chiara. I asked for the price of the service at the beginning of the manicure and Chiara told me $ 25 + $ 5 for the removal of my nail polish. I then upgraded to a full manicure finding the price very correct and asked again for the price, she then told me that the price was $ 35 + $ 5.

The service was correct but what was my surprise when the cashier told me that a supplement of $ 6 will be charged because the nail polish that I had removed was not a classic gel nail polish. Knowing that I had discussed with Chiara, I was very surprised that she did not informed me about this surcharge.

In my surprise, I still paid and left a tip but I regret it now. It's a shame because I live in the neighborhood and could have been a regular customer. It does not matter, there are surely other place around that will satisfy me!

The salon has a modern design, can watch tv while getting your hair done and they have great colorists and hairstylists! Definitely recommend, despite the somewhat higher prices.

Got a blow out, and the service was very unprofessionnal.the haidresser talked like she knew my hair more than me.i didnt get the result that i wanted even though i showed a picture that was from their instagram.i asked for wavy hair and got out of the salon with super curly hair.they hairdresser put a crazy amout of spraynet just before using the curling iron and it smelled like burned hair which I commented about but she didnt seemed to care. I had to go home, wash my hair, do a big treatement, and still my hair was smelling burned. Very dissapointing!
