I paid for a level 3 cleaning of my minivan. The service is indicated online to take 3h30m. In an email exchange after booking, I noted that I’d need to pickup my kids, and would have to leave 3 hours after my appointment time. The response was “9am np cheers”.

When the tech arrived at 9am he said he wouldn’t be able to do it all in 3 hours. I said I could potentially leave at 12: 15 or 12: 30pm but to focus on the inside and that if there was time, to do a quick wash on the outside. He told me he wouldn’t have time for the outside, and took off $15 from the bill which accounted for the outside wash portion of the $149.99 plan.

Three hours and 24 minutes later, I had personally reinstalled my car seats and agreed to not have the rubber mats reinstalled since they weren’t dry. I paid (total $155) and got my kids. I noticed while driving that the windows weren’t cleaned. I then opened the trunk at the daycare and saw that there were lots of crumbs and stuff in the back still.

I reached out to the company to advise of my situation and provide them with opportunity to offer to come back, or refund the service or whatever. I was told that “ Bloom nettoyage cannot be held responsable for unforseen events or inconveniences due to client oversight. ” The oversight I assume meaning that I expressly stated that I had a 3 hour window, and was not told that it wouldn’t be possible or I’d be receiving only partial cleaning. Or maybe the oversight was that in the 3h24 minutes the tech spent working on the car, he wasn’t able to wash any of the interior windows, let alone wash the exterior of the car or apply armourall, all of which was supposed to be done in 3h30m.

While I was offered 10% refund for the inconvenience, I do not feel this is sufficient.

Needless to say, this has caused a stressful situation, and while Bloom spouts that “Our clients satisfaction is our number one priority. ” They certainly don’t act like it. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I invite whomever owns or runs this company to make it right. I don’t ask for a lot. I’m a mom of 3 and simply wanted a fresh start. I paid big bucks for the highest package and have been left disappointed.

Easily the best experience i have ever had from a company. They were pleasant on the phone and the website was such a easy process. All i had to do was book through their website and voila. Shawn was fabulous. He cleaned two of our cars in a timely manner. He also had time afterwords to clean our Couch. Flawless work we are extremely happy with the service and the special price he gave us on our couch. We will most defiantly recommend his service to anyone.
