Very disappointed. Purchased very long stem roses red and but when delivered I received small assorted colour rose buds that the stems were no longer than eight inches.if you are going to make a big substitution then maybe you should give me a discount. Paid 116$ for roses I could have bought at Costco for 30$ terrible. I tried calling and reaching customer service and nobody cares. Be wary of substitutes

Asked for the Flowers to be delivered after 4pm. Flowers were "delivered" before that time, and were left with a neighbor. No note, no email, nothing letting us know who they were given to, to collect them from.

J'aimerais mettre zero étoile. Ils prennent votre argent pour un produit et vous envoie quelque chose d'autre. Quand vous faites la réclamation Ils vous font tourner en rond jusqu'à ce que vous n'aurez plus de nouvelles.

Completely Wrong bouquet with not even a resemblance of arrangement I picked. So disappointed and a complete waste of money. They delivered a bouquet that wouldn’t qualify even in grocery stores. Highly highly recommend NOT EVER BUYING from them

Surprised my sister with a stunning bouquet of yellow roses and white lilies for her wedding anniversary, matching the ones she carried on her special day. Bloomex delivered the flowers promptly, securely packaged, and in perfect condition. The blooms are even more gorgeous than the pictures on the website.

Previous order placed and due to location, shop was not able to complete order. Requested store credit and over a year later, was still able to access my credit with no issues:)

Used Bloomex to order the Fruit basket for my sister's surprise birthday. They were accurate, punctual on delivery and those fruits were oh so fresh! At the end it was all smiles! I'm definitely using them again!

This is the 2nd time I have used Bloomex and again they delivered an excellent service. This one was a last minute request submitted online by 9 am and delivered by 3pm. No hassle, not to and fro with phone calls, just a hassle free.

Ordered a bouquet for my elderly in laws. Flowers were never delivered, I was never informed, I had to contact them. I had to ask my I’m laws if they received the “surprise” flowers I sent, they did not. Long story, short, after many months of trying to reason with their so called customer service they relented and gave me a refund minus the delivery fee! Lol! Only after another six months later and daily calls and emails to these thieves did I get my money back.

Save yourselves the embarrassment and grief, stay away from this place.

I have used Bloomex several times over the years and have never been disappointed in the quality or the service until now. My order was a day late for a 98th birthday. I never new there was any issue until I received an email saying update and was told that the address was not in their delivery zone. It was Vernon BC not sure why it had to be delivered by FED EX. They made the decision to upgrade the order but it was a wasted since it was a fruit basket and at 98 she would not be able eat all of it. They did not contact me at all to let me know that there was an issue and would not be delivered on the day I selected. I requested a refund for the delivery charge since they missed it so badly but that has not happened. So I will not be using them again and suggest that if you do use them stay on top of your order to make sure this doesn't happen to you.

The delivered much cheaper bouquet does not match the one I ordered. The picture on the site and the description do not match. Also, the vase was too small to hold flowers and didn't match the provided photo on the website as well.upd - "we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy"

I ordered flowers to send to my best friend for her birthday, They really really did a terrible job! They are the absolute worst!

1. They didn't send the right bouquet. I understand that sometimes flowers may vary depending on the season for it but how could you even mess up on the color scheme!? My bouquet was Pink, Purple and yellow and they sent Red, Blue and white.

2. I paid an extra $20 (first of all this is already absurd but whatever) for same DAY delivery.they didn't deliver until 6: 45-7pm.the whole point of paying for same day delivery was that it was to be delivered during the day! Not evening.i ordered this in the morning so they would have enough time.

3. They really screwed up on my name. I even phonetically spelled out my name but they didn't care. I repeated it many times too. My name is "Joss" they put "JLSS" (they obviously didn't care) and my other friend who was in on the flowers too.i phonetically spelled out "Laurina" they put "Marina".

4. No confirmation was ever sent to my email until the evening when i called to see if they were going to deliver the flowers.

5.i emailed to advise them of my unsatisfactory with their product and service. They only offered 15% off my next order which is what they off online to everyone else and even sent a 15% off coupon with the flowers to my friend.when i refused they then mentioned to resend new flowers but i also refused because the day and moment has passed and its already ruined.i just wanted my money back.they refused.

Needless to say i will be contacting my credit card company to open up a dispute claim.just order locally from your flower shop.

Après avoir commandé pour près de 250 $ de fleurs en y ajoutant des frais de livraison pour livré ma tendre le jour de la Saint Valentin et lui faire une surprise les fleurs n'ont jamais été livrées!
J'ai tenté pour 10 fois de les appeler ou de les joindre par le chat mais personne ne répond!
Par contre il est bien indiqué que pour passer commande un opérateur est disponible mais que si la commande n'est pas livré ce même opérateur ne pourra donner suite à notre demande et qu'il faut s'adresser au Chat qui ne répond jamais!
Après avoir appelé 10 fois et même laissé mon téléphone pour être rappelé comme promis personne ne vous rappel.
Il faut réélement réaliser une action collective pour faire fermer cette compagnie.
En ce qui est mon cas je ne compte pas en rester là en laissant cette compagnie voler les gens impunément!
La surprise de Saint Valentin de ma femme a été gâché avec aucune excuse de leur part mais par contre les 250 $ ont bien été débité de mon compte bancaire!

Do not waste your money with these people. I ordered flowers for my mom, 50 roses. Arrived on Thursday afternoon and were in the garbage by Sunday. My mom didn’t have the heart to tell me but my dad wanted to let me know so that I didn’t buy from them again. The flowers were clearly not fresh and he told me the very next morning multiple had already wilted. When I contacted Bloomex they told me they couldn’t help me out because I didn’t have a picture.the flowers were already in the garbage. Poor quality and poor customer service.buy directly from a local shop.

DO NOT BUY/ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE. My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day. First, they arrived late (he told me after I got them that they should have arrived by 5pm, which they didn't). Second, they weren't the flowers/colours he had picked. They gave me a completely different set of flowers that he chose and paid for. Third, the flowers didn't come in very good condition. They seemed tired and some were dead. Lastly, every time I change the water it becomes bright pink so they dye the flowers.

My teen ordered flowers & a balloon for his grandmother's upcoming birthday. The flowers, vase and card were fine but there was no balloon. I contacted them and eventually was offered a refund for the balloon which I hope to receive this month.

We received dead flowers that someone sent us for the passing of our father. They don't pick up/call you back. All we wanted was a fresh new arrangement because that's the LAST thing we would have expected. I don't recommend this company at all.

Extremely disappointed! I order flowers and a vase that was supposed to be delivered with a card. Asked for it to be delivered the next day since it was our school principal last day. 1st of all, the delivery was made 48 hours later witch made no sense, the card was missing and even though I took the time to write a nice message they were delivered without any message, and even with the "track your package" my order was "in transit" I tried to call, no one answers the calls, they have an automatic message asking you to use the chat or an email, the chat its IMPOSSIBLE to use! Once again automatic answers. I sent an email and it took 2 day to have a reply telling me the flowers have been delivered. I had to call.the school asking if they received any flowers and they told me they did but they didn't know from who, felt so cheap to say well it was me! Fist time and definitely LAST TIME with Bloomex, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I would never recommend!

My sister and brother in law just lost a loved one. Flowers showed up DEAD at their residence. Very sad and insulting. I just wish more care was given, especially under these circumstances. Not happy!: (

C’est du n’importe quoi, cela ne vaut même pas une étoile. Mon copain m’a commandé des fleurs ils ont livré les mauvaises quand il a appelé on lui a dit qu’il n’y avait plus ce qu’il avait commandé et qu’ils ont décidé d’envoyer un autre bouquet beaucoup moins cher. Pas de remboursement, seulement un rabais sur la prochaine commande. Et c’est sûre qu’il n’y aura pas de prochaine commande. Surprise gâchée!

I was really disappointed with your service this is the first time that me and my husband celebrate valentines day away from each other. My husband want to surprise me but instead we are so stress because I received a package that is totally different from what my husbnd pay for. I keep calling for almost 2 hours until now but there is no available agent to talk to. You communicate with my husbang and you told him that you will deliver another packge but its already 10pm here and I didnt recieve anything. Its was so stressful experince.

Placed an order for feb 13, the website says it is delivered. On feb 14 I check with the recipient and they never received the order. I spent all day trying to reach them.

These guys are dishonest and will scam you. I ordered online and what I received was nothing like it. The pictures are extremely glorified and not representing the product whatsoever. The flowers were not delivered on time, and by on time I mean within their 9 hour delivery window. I came back the next day and found them outside in the cold, dead.

Their phone number are just for placing orders, not talking about existing ones. Their online chat is a bot and when you ask for an operator it hangs. Even when the operator does answer, it crashes. Their email sends you a generic response that they will answer within 24 hours. 3 emails and a week later and no one has gotten back to me.

Local florists offer better prices considering what you get. Avoid these guys.
