I can confidently say that I had the best experience in A bank in Canada at this branch!
I had an appointment with Christella Batal, she was experienced, fast and positive!
In less than 10 mins I had my things done!
Highly recommended branch and employee for fast and positive service!

More positive experience at this branch than other banks I have visited so far in Montreal. Christella Batal was extremely nice and polite and helped me open a checking account along with a credit card application. As a newcomer to Canada, I was explained all the benefits of the account clearly. She made sure that all my questions were answered correctly. Five star employee.

Unfortunately I had to unnecessarily wait in the line for long even though I had an appointment. There should be more employees at the counters and even a dedicated person to direct people with appointments to the relevant personnel without having to wait in line. The banking system in Canada needs to be more accountable regarding the customer wait time as I saw elderly people facing similar situation. Please improve the service timings at your counters.

Tgis bank have the rudest employer in whole Canada. I will never go again to this bank and gonna cancel my bank account.

En octobre dernier, j'ai rempli un sondage sur la qualité du service.
Suite à mes réponses, un gérant m'achemine un courriel pour me dire de le contacter. Je lui est laisser un message vocal au début novembre et depuis ce temps plus rien.

Cela fait 5 semaines que j'essaie d'ouvrir un compte à la succursale Côte des neiges/Queen Mary.quand j'appelle cela ne répond jamais. Quand je me déplace, on ne trouve plus trace de mon dossier et on me dit que l'on va me rappeler.mais en fait on ne me rappelle pas. On me donne le courriel d'un conseiller: quand je lui écris, la boîte courriel n'existe pas. Et on parle juste de l'ouverture d'un compte.

Service ZERO. Personne n'est jamais disponible. Ils ne repondent jamais au telephone. Ils s'en foutent des clients. Et surtout que les gerants sont IMPOLIS et NONCHALANT. Eux, sont payés pour le temps qu'ils passent a la banque, nous les clients il faut que ca soit un service efficace car on a d'autres choses a faire

J ai laisse un message a la directrice de la banque il y a de ca presque 2 semaines et elle ne m a jamais rappelee. J ai maintenant perdu sa carte et c est impossible de rejoindre un representant directement de la succursale ca retourne au service a la clentele BMO telephone. En passant ca fait seulement depuis 1978 que je suis cliente chez vous! Le service etait tres mauvais il y a longtemps. Ca c est ameliore pendant un certain temps mais on dirait depuis 2@3 ans que les difficultes recommencent!

One of the worst branch I have ever seen.they made a mistake to pay my car registration fee and they couldn't fix it back.
