Je me suis présentée au comptoir pour mon compte de taxes et on m'a répondu de le faire par internet. J'ai essayé 9 fois, sana succès et il ne retourne pas les appels. Très déçue. J'attends encore.

It used to be ok but for the last 2 or 3 years it's on a downward trend.
Very difficult to talk to an advisor when you need them, but they don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call you whenever they want to offer you a new credit card.
When signing my mortgage, they took so long the rate I signed on expired and I would have gotten a higher one if I did not catch the error. They corrected the issue yet, and the correct rate was applied but still.
Whenever I write an email it's either ignored or misread and my questions are barely answered.
And I don't feel I'm financially advised as much as sold expensive portfolio instead of being showed lower management fees like Index, FTEs.
I would probably move somewhere else if the situation does not improve.

Fausse informations, mettez votre site à jour. Je me suis rendue pour rien aujourd’hui Lundi! Votre site dit que vous êtes ouvert. Vous êtes fermés. Et marqué fermé le samedi, mais vous êtes ouvert le samedi en écoutant le message au téléphone de la succursale! Pas super.: -/

Je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes avec cette banque? , le service est excellent! Rien à redire je recommande!
