Terrible teller service, wouldn't recommend even to my enemies. Who ever the manager please rectify this issue before my next visit & review please. Thank you for your consideration.
Waiting time has no limit most of the time 5 6 people waiting.only 1 rep.no one to talk to 5 or6 people working in offices no one comes out to ask you anything its crazy
This isn't about this specific BMO (where I visited today), but the decline of BMO customer service generally (it's like this all over BMO branches). On my way to another store, I stopped at this BMO to drop off my municipal tax details (tied to my mortgage). I was told that beginning this year, that one had to do so online. That's a good thing. But a better thing: tell your customers first so they don't waste 10 - 15 minutes in line before being told about the change. BMO has my e-mail, phone, text even quaint old paper mail address. Tell people ahead of time! Indeed I received the annual summary of the mortgage account: NO MENTION OF THIS CHANGE IN PROCEDURE. BMO missed an opportunity to be efficient and save their client's time - blew both - of course because BMO used to be the #2 bank in Canada. Now it is #4. Deservedly so, and probably aiming for nadir.
