The service of this bmo brunch is really bad, i went to there this morning, i want to withdraw my money ten thousand, she told me cant do it if there's no appointment, i say okay, now i make an appointment for tomorrow to withdraw cash, but she and her leader told me until i can withdraw money until Friday, why am i waiting so long time to withdraw my money, i want to know who made this ruler, I'll pick up all of my money from your bank if your bank makes this ruler!

I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR REPLY, I SAW THE WISH FROM YOUR REPLY, I REALLY BELIEVE EVERYTHING IS TRUE, SO I WENT TO THAT BRANCH THIS MORNING AGAIN, I TOLD TO THE MANAGER OF that branch, i just ask him one question, i , wonder if i  make an appointment for  withdrawal ten thousand dollars tomorrow, he answered me withdraw ten thousand dollars in five days  he is not very friendly and kind person. There's a joke between your reply and his reply! I just want to know if i make an appointment for withdrawal ten thousand tomorrow, your bank allows it or not?

Omg where i have to start… this branch was soo good… under the control of louis phillip and other managers… i have a business account since 8 years. This is my home branch.now a days people working there having lack of knowledge and wat exactly happen was…. I spoke to recently hired teller about my daily with draw limit only 500$ since i asked to withdraw 4k from my account and-he said the limit shows in my computer only 500 but try it in atm to withdraw 1500.i tried couple of time and went back to teller next to him and explained the scenario.then the teller asked the first teller that did u drawn 3k for him or not right infront of me… their attitude is not so professional and indescent with out knowledge of banking work… again i showed up later weak to withdraw money. They said machine is not working after been waited in line for 20 mins… this branch manager has to take action on it.they suppose to write sign board and keep it at door.rather saying only deposits… finally one word from me that we are paying monthly fees to you guys to work for us not showing attitudes…

The Web site says they close at 8 on thursday night but it was already clsoed since 5 p.m. The minimum would be to update the schedule for the clients!

Poor service! Only one person worked at the bank. I had to wait for my turn and I couldn't get my service even though I made an appointment. My appointment was late for another client, they said I should visit another day with an appointment. Is it my fault? What a terrible service!
