Service déplorable, ça fait 40 ans que je vais à cette succursale et tout a changé. Pas de retour d'appel quand on veut parler à quelqu'un.

Ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone et ne retourne pas les messages. Ils annulent des transactions sans explications. Pourtant, la même transaction a été faite à une autre succursale.vraiment bizarre comme succursale!

I went there with modification to do to my accounts and the customer service was great. Almost did not wait and over the top i got a debit card replacement because mine was faulty. Within 45 mins i had seen a mamager and i was out with all done and a new card.
Was really happy with the services provided

Service horrible à cette succursale, les employées sont très impolies, pas professionnel du tout et ça du haut jusqu en bas de la hièrarchie. Évitez cette succursale absolument!
