BMO Bank of Montreal

Checked online for the open hours, saw it's supposed to be open until 8pm march 23rd and then i get there 5h20pm and it's closed.
I've been a client for almost 40 years. Now im gonna close my account since I can't trust when they are open.

I have been a client of BMO for ages but the Sainte Rose Branch well hard to find words, incompetent, greedy, poorly organised is the best I can find to be polite. Better try Rosemere or Chomodey or better yet stay away from bmo, that is exactly what I am doing by transferring all my funds!

Says it's open when it's closed! What a waste of time! On top of it when it is open, the lines are always very long! There is a sign about being understanding about covid LMAO that was years ago! I guess they gave up here!

There are no zero stars but zero is more then enough.
I had my mortgage renewal dead line coming fast, they called me for an appointment 4 days before the renewal to go sign and no appointment with a notary taken yet.
Bravo they called me after to tell me sorry the notary does not have any appointments available.
I have spent 2 month on the phone back and forth with their mortgage agent in the west and every time he told, I sent the the documents, the branch will call you.
Sure yes they called me 4 days before to say we are sorry, no notary.
Now I am stuck with previous bank or penalty.
Big communications issue between each other.
Mortgage is not a game guys, lots of money and interest, I am really disappointed with BMO.

First, the ATM ate my checks, multiple calls and months later, I had to have new checks issued. They promised compensation, which I had to chase and write repeated emails to secure. I Have sent multiple emails regarding an important matter related to municipal taxes, 3 weeks later, still no reply! What kind of customer service is this? ! BMO does not care about you once you become a client!

Service lent, souvent attend plus de 30 min en file quand il y a moins de 4 personnes devant. Histoire: je vais au guichet pour faire un dépôt mais il est occupé par une longue fil (seulement un guichet), je me rend au comptoirs finalement et on me suggère d'augmenter mon forfait tout en augmentant ma limite d'argent minimale dans mon compte pour que ce soit gratuit. Je garde le montant minimal mais à la fin du mois on me charge les frais quand même car au début du mois (avant que j'ai le nouveau forfait) j'avait pas le montant minimal.attendu en ligne 40m pour finalement me faire dire que j'aurais du porter attention à comment leur système fonctionne. Histoire #2: je vais faire une demande de pré-approbation hypothécaire, on me dit qu'on me répondra dans les jours suivants, trois semaines plus tard pas de réponse, on me répond que mon conseiller était malade. Tous des employés jeunes sans trop d'expérience sur le plancher on dirais. Pourtant j'aime BMO.mais cette succursale non.

Edit: Ils ont maintenant deux guichets à l'intérieur. Je me pointe au guichet trois fois l'an et il y a un problème la moitié du temps. Hier (23 février 2020), les deux guichets ne fonctionnent pas. Un l'écran a un message d'erreur, l'autre a un papier écrit à la main disant qu'on ne peux pas faire de retrait. Parfait, je veux faire un dépôt. Je met ma carte et l'option de dépôt est désactivé mais on peut faire des retraits.

MAIS QU'EST-CE QUI SE PASSE DANS CETTE SUCCURSALE? Ça roule carré!
