I live in Vancouver but visiting Montréal. I needed to do a wiring to close on a house. I was told by people in this branch that such wiring must be done in my Vancouver branch!? Anyways, I went to another branch nearby and got the wiring done. This is a very weird experience, very unprofessional.

Du jamais vue! Quelle honte! Après plus de 15 ans avec eux! Après 3 visites à cette succursale c’est terminé! Je ferme mes comptes et je vais aller avec une autre institution.
I had an appointment scheduled at this branch and I requested to do it online as a personal preference this time. I sent an email to the person I was supposed to have an appointment with and it was never responded to. I called the bank and they just referred me to a “landing phone” instead because they just don’t do online appointments, after a week of this appointment being set up. I’m just requesting information about student loans, I’m not applying for one yet, how can you not be able to facilitate this discussion via videoconference? Your page says you do video appointments. I just simply never had a good experience in this bank ever since I became a costumer. In my opinion, customer service training must be improved. Big communication failure from your end.

The cashier even don't know how to do a wire transfer, "information is passed between banking institutions"-wire transfer. Waste clients' time and bad service, please get more training.
