I have been a member of this bank for over 40 years and i have never received such bad services as the professional services from management at the BMO - Vaudreuil-Dorion Branch. In order to get a respond from them, the main branch in Toronto had to ask management in Vaudreuil to reach out to me. To a complaint i sent to them, i never even got a call back before the head office asked them to respond. When they finally called, they gave me the impression that they were doing it because the people at the main branch asked them to respond. It sounded like an investigation call. When i asked them a personal question about the case before them, they could not answer correctly which proves to me that they were not aware of the details of the case we were discussing. The times i had to deal with their different representatives in management, i have always been deceived with the quality of services.
