Le service à la clientèle est mauvais. Ils ne se soucient pas de leurs clients. Je n'avais même pas l'impression d'être à la banque. C'est comme si tu venais les déranger.

Lots of review says they have no consideration for their client. Had issue with our morgage too. And after speaking with the bank manager about an other problem. Will not be making business with that bank no more.
