Went for à lost card. They refuse me and told me there has to be à manager to give another card. Went to dorval and they didnt tell me that, they just gave me another card.

Caitlyn redford is a waste of time
this whole
bank has attitude and worst experience they left an email and even after filing a formal complaint and leaving numerous voice mails everyday they.still haven’t contacted me back this whole branch is ignorant and incompetent stay away from this branch and maybe bmo as a whole
