I opened up an account then they suspended it on the same day. I call fraud department say i have to call the branch. Called the branch multiple times, no answers than i ask them to call and they didnt. Now my account suspended cant access my money.

No notification for their modified hours. I scheduled an appointment online for a Monday at 4pm, I get there and the place is closed. Their online hours say they are open until 5pm on Mondays, even their sign on the door says the same.

I don’t come to this branch often but every time I do there’s a line out the door and two tellers working— would stay away from this location unless desperate!

Monday june 05 one teller for for 12 personne in line. I would give 0 stars and waited 28 minutes.
Horrible experience for waiting.
Maybe bmo doesn't have good incentives to keep employees or hire more.
The tellers are amazing and doing a proper and excellent job.

Nice People, however they never answer the phone and their v/m is full?
How the heck am I supposed to get in touch with them. Line is longer than the Great Wall of China

This bank is by far the worst bank that I have ever in my life dealt with. The lines are always long and not enough workers behind the desk to help you. But that’s not why I am writing, went to this branch today to deposit a check and before depositing the check as asked 2 of there employees if they will hold any of the funds as it was a over $5000 and they told me both of them that they normally release $1500 but will have to put a hold on the rest which was okay with me. Got to the counter very nice and polite asked saying hello I will like to deposit this check and take out some money, right away the teller who was a young woman said very rudely that I can only give you $1500 as asked if I can get a little bit more, $1800 and she said no very rudely. I had to bite my tongue not to respond to her attitude. Needless to say that they are not very professional for the time that I have been there. Not talking about all of them but this one was not pleasant to deal with at all. And it not the fact that she told me no, it’s how she said it. Anyway will not be doing business with them anymore, will take my little pennies elsewhere.

Extremely poor customer service and competency.

An issue that was supposed to take a maximum of 5-7 business days to be resolved, has now been pending for 25 business days.

I’ve been a BMO customer for 20 years, the incompetency and lack of customer support this branch displayed handling my affairs, gave me no choice but to start the migration process to a different bank!

The worst BMO branch in the west island. Always long line ups, the mortgage specialist ended up charging me more than the posted rate as he mentioned he had to email someone to get an approval on a slight discount. Never got it and instead 4 days after the rate increased again they couldn't even do the rate that was posted when I went. They charge me fees in USD for wire transfers while all other branches charge in cad. Abismal customer service.

Après 4 rendez-vous en personne, avec les deux parents (présence obligatoire svp) pour organiser les comptes de nos enfants ainsi que leur cartes de débits, ma fille a toujours accès à mes informations bancaires quand elle va au guichet et mon fils ne peut toujours pas utiliser sa carte débit pour faire des transactions en magasin. Ils sont gentils, mais mon Dieu que leur service est mauvais! Allez ailleurs. C'est le meilleur conseil que je peux vous donner.

I really don’t know what is wrong with everyone at this bank. Of all of the times that I have gone over the years I have had good service once. The line is ALWAYS extremely long, last time it took me an hour, they actually ran out of US money, told me there was a high demand during the holidays so they could not give me the money that I needed from my account, they didn’t have any USD smaller than $100. What kind of bank is this? When I’ve had appointments for my investments the person did not show up or I had to wait over half an hour or the account was not set up properly. They also don’t call back. Just absolutely ridiculous. They really need to revamp the services provided at this branch completely. Every time I go here I feel like I’m entering a circus tent. I am in the process of looking for a different bank with more competent people who can be trusted to handle my money and can provide proper service in a timely manner.
