Terrible experience, I had to leave the bank and go across the street to cash a check because either they couldn't or wouldn't.
I do not even have an account across the street and they still were able to help me where as my branch did not.
Also account summary is not accurate and has cost me on many occasions.
They don't even answer their phones and they lock the ATM at night.
In my opinion the bank across from BMO is superior in many ways and i will be changing.

This particular branch is just awful. Everytime im here theres a lineup because of unqualified staff. The tellers need to ask one another how to do most things. It's so bad that the manager doesnt give her working hours to avoid dealing with the job.
The branch on Acadie or anywhere else is always prefered.
