The worst ATM machines in the city! Every time I go there they allways have an issue! It's time to upgrade!

This BMO branch is one of the best I have ever visited. The manager Roula and the entire team, they are the most professionals team. They listen understand and advise thirr clients!

Zero star! Stay away from this branch & even this bank if you can. It’s changed so much over the year moving out from the old location where it was all A+ to this disaster. The branch manager Roula really thinks she owns it lots of errors DONT trust those unprofessionals do your own followups.

Simply HORRIBLE

Long story short, horrible…. No respect for clients, my journey with this branch was a very not pleasant one, from the day I opened my business account till today, when ai tried to accept the “PRE-APPROVED” mastercard offer they sent me like a million time… and their only answer was you have to come again on an appointment to make an application for a credit card!

Look at how badly this branch is rated, and you will know how good the service is

Très mauvais service, temps d'attente long et les patrons passent en regardant la file de client qui sort litéralement des portes d'entrées comme si cela était normal.

BAD EXPERIACE NO IDIA WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY DID GIVE ME WORNG SWIFT NUMBER, NOBODAY ANSWER THE POHONE MOVING OUT TO OTHER BANK
