Best customer service ever, no jokes! Geena Sooredoo From the Branch Drummond Sainte Catherine. Honestly She listen to my needs and my situation and was able to get a new debit card from my branch and without having me going back from USA to Montreal. She found the right way to fix all my issues and without stress or drama. If everyone would do customer service like she did with my case the world would be so much different. Huge 5 STARS to her! Thanks for everything Geena

I am extremely disappointed of the customer service in this branch, the cashiers were not well-trained and they were lost for a simple task and they passed me to each others. One of the ladies obviously didn't want to help me at all and she gave me attitude. Finally the manager of the branch helped me.
I am wondering when I can see a proper customer service in this branch. Hope someone can hear my voice and do something.

BMO never have nice enough staff to work. Every thing do slow. No good service. TD Bank is much much better.

The most unhelpful branch of any bank I’ve ever come across. Sent multiple emails over the past year trying to resolve an issue and have been ignored on every occasion. Would not recommend to anyone

I can't even begin to express how appallingly atrocious my experience was with the BMO branch at 1205 Saint-Catherine St W, Montreal, Quebec H3B 1K7. It's beyond infuriating and downright disgraceful that a supposedly reputable financial institution could operate with such incompetence and complete disregard for its customers.

I called multiple times throughout the week, desperately trying to ensure that a transfer would be made in a timely manner. What did I get in return? Absolutely nothing! The transfer was not made as promised, leaving me in a perilous situation where I faced the terrifying prospect of potential homelessness in a city where I have no family or friends to rely on.

The so-called "customer service" representatives I encountered were an absolute disgrace. Not only were they unhelpful and unskilled, but their attitude and demeanor were so outrageously rude that it made my blood boil. It's as if they took a crash course in how to infuriate customers rather than helping them with their genuine concerns.

I can't believe I wasted four precious hours of my hard-earned vacation time trying to resolve an issue that should have been taken care of last week. Four hours of my life wasted, all thanks to the incompetence and indifference of the staff at this disgraceful BMO branch.

This incident has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am filled with utter disappointment and anger at the level of service (if you can even call it that) provided by BMO. If this is how they treat their customers, then they should be ashamed to even call themselves a bank.

In conclusion, I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this particular BMO branch to anyone. Avoid it like the plague if you value your time, sanity, and financial well-being. It's a complete and utter failure in every aspect of customer service, and I sincerely hope that others will be spared the torment and frustration I endured at the hands of this abysmal establishment. Shame on you, BMO, for being so heartless and careless with your customers' lives and well-being!

I'll be closing my accounts, but I doubt they even care. Government subsidies must be the only thing keeping this thing afloat, no way any customer with more than a Sri Lankan Rupee in net worth would subject themselves to such incompetent fools

No matter how important your call is and how it affects your life, they nether answer the phone calls, nor do they return your calls as they claim. My account was put on hold and I needed to know the reason to resolve the issue. I live in Ottawa and had to do it by phone. No return call after leaving three messages. Terrible service. It’s strange that with this branch’s poor clients’ review rating, no one in BMO seems to care!
