I experienced very bad service. They locked my money and I couldn’t send Interac and withdraw case. They don’t know how to treat the customer. Very very bad.
Please, help yourselves and don't open any accounts or do any business with this branch. What a fail, the level of profesionalisme is an absolute ZERO! Super disappointed, what a pour representation of such a big institution.
Worth Bank ever.they have no manager, only one part time mobile manager which shows up once or twice in a month in the branch.they have only one ATM.service is very low and uprofessional and insalting.as a costomer you go there and the people or the manager which is very hard to find tell you they will get back to you and they never do.they made my job to take long for exactly one year cause they forgot to send my documents at the first place and they blamed the center.they are careless.i had to close my account and transfer my mortgage payments to RBC.ill transfer my mortgage soon to another bank too.
Advisor was "sick" took 30 mins to tell me. Assistant manager cant even help with a simple tfsa transaction told me to book another appointment instead of helping me.
