Extremely long lines. Bad service.
Standing here for almost an hour.
Other banks are much better.

Tous mes comptes en ligne BANQUE, REER, CÉLI, COMPTE COMPTE COMPTANT sont avec BMO. J'ai envoyé un courriel (mi-novembre) afin de prendre rendez-vous afin d'ouvrir pas 1 2 comptes bancaires. R-V confirmé (courriel de confirmation reçu le 18 novembre) pour le 24 novembre avec Mr. Rawlings. Je reçois un courriel de Mr. Rawlings le 21 novembre (pas par la boîte courriel officiel de BMO) à l'effet que le R-V doit être reporté et dans le courriel on me demande quelle date me conviendrait je réponds au que le 1 décembre (la semaine suivante) me conviendrait. Je n'ai jamais reçu de confirmation de date ou même un accuser de réception du courriel. J'ai laisser un message téléphonique le mercredi 28 décembre afin de retenter ma chance pour un R-V le message stipule que l'on va me contacter avant la fin de la journée. Le lendemain soit le 29 j'écoute un message reçu sur ma boîte vocale qui disait dans un anglais très difficile à comprendre (je sais que le français se perd au QUÉBEC mais quand même l'anglais est très mal parlé). Donc aujourd'hui je vais essayé de prendre R-V en passant par mon compte service en ligne.

Why hire lazy people, I do not understand!? The CEO should send someone undercover in control to see how the amputated-snails are moving, paid to work in the worm and nice and clean conditions; they have no idea what it's like on the construction site! Send them there for an exchange of experience! LOL

Je ne suis pas satisfait du service reçu. Les démarches pour bénéficier de la prime d’ouverture d’un compte chez BMO sont un peu compliquées.
Le conseiller de la banque ne les a pas bien décrites et expliquées et du coup je n’ai pas pu recevoir cette prime.

Doesn't answer the phone ever! An employee did fraud on my account. This is the worst branch of all banks I've ever been to.

Solid bank with helpful staff and security only thing is COVID protocol slowing down use of ATM

I'm a new customer and my first visit was great. They answered all my questions and provided me with adequate attention.

The service used to be amazing at this branch when Cecilia, Stan, Marin, Sebastian snd the best security guard Andrew used to work here. I miss you guys. Now the service is terrible.

Man Li is a very nice and resourceful manager. @TV Network: She has a new baby that time. Normally she handles all clients to colleague.

J'ai laissé plusieurs messages à Frank le responsable du compte, sur plusieurs semaines, n'a pas daigné retourné l'appel. Franchement pas de service à cette banque. Après m'être déplacée à la succursale le directeur a pris charge de ma requête et j'ai pu obtenir l'information.ll m'a également dit qu'il va regarder le dossier pour connaître ce qui s'est passé. Donc, tout va bien. Peut-être malentendu.

Useless.do not expect to ever call or reach them during business hours. You can call the indian call center carousel.

Terrible service. Been trying to call all day and I get no answer and the voicemail is full. Don't write back saying to email, pretending to care about my review, just check your voicemail and start picking up the phone. Update: calling again a day later and nobody bothers to answer, voicemail is still full. Literally the worst branch on the island of Montreal.

Very inept, inefficient and unprofessional customer service. The manager was worse than the idiot teller.

Great service but wait time is hour or longer. Bank is rich, they do not care our time and our saying.

Some of stuffs are look tired all the time. And they will very dissapoint when you exactly know what you want. But there are still some very good person that can help you. The one I finally found who is always full of energy is Bicky.
