J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cette succursale je vais vous épargner l'histoire mais cette banque ci doit revoir son service à la clientèle et son approche envers nous les clients de cette banque.

Dan Guirguis assists me with all banking needs, he goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best accounts, credit cards, and to avoid fees, and more. He's also incredibly nice and personable. Can't recommend him enough.

I am wondering why I am still a BMO client!
So many issues since 2015, i.e.: my US MasterCard not working in the States, card had to be reinitialized 3 times (winter 2015 and 2016 and had to find an ATM to do so). Also, someone was able to withdraw 25K$ + another big amount from my husband's accounts, in person at the branch.etc. It took several weeks to settle that situation. On Jan 24th, 2023 I had to replace my frauded MCard. I f/u with BMO on Feb 10th regarding the status of my new card delivery since I had not received a tracking ref #, only to find out that I should have received my new MCard on Feb 2nd! At that point, BMO rep on the phone said they are to send me another new MCard. We are now Feb 16th and I do another f/u and I am being told my BMO Branch at Ile Perrot received my new card Feb 14th. 2 full days ago! No communication from my branch to say they have my new MCard. Today only, I have spent 41 minutes on the phone to be told that I should have to drive to my branch as to ask for my new MCard, as they from their end, tried to contact my branch but to no avail. Their call went right into the system.
BMO.this is not a good way to treat your customers!
Note: I had to give you 1 Star instead of None, otherwise, I would not have been able to post my comments. I would rather have liked to post something positive, but my experiences with BMO does not leave room for that.

I am shocked to hear the negative comments. I have been coming to this branch ever since it was converted from a gas station and have always had more than "outstanding" service. Some people are never happy and they seek a target to vent their bad energies. Perhaps the haters need to be reminded that we are just coming out of a pandemic and staff is very hard to find. Ever go to a restaurant lately? $$$$$

The Ile-Perrot location is the most definitely the worst BMO location I have ever visited in Canada. Unless you need the automatic teller, don't even bother wasting your time. Wait time is horrendous, not enough staff to cover demand. Avoid!

Le service à la clientèle me demande de passer en succursale pour fin d’identification pour que je puisse accéder à mon compte en ligne. J’arrive à littéralement 5: 02pm et mon me dit que tous leurs ordinateurs sont fermés…….

About 3-4 Tellers but only 1 Customer allowed inside the bank? Online appointment system isn't working either. Calling the Customer service and it says the waiting to speak to someone is 2-3 HOURS everytime i call. If this isn't the worst service, what is? HORRIBLE.

More than an hour late for an appointment, plus they let you take appointments on days the bank isn’t even open then you show up and no ones there

I love this branch. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. Always have a smile and good humour to.
I met with one of the associates their and she was so kid and sweet and even took the time to share a similar experience with me. She definilty made me feel like it's not just a bank but a home with friends.

Its a good branch, service is quick and efficient, however they are not very negotiable with their rates for mortgages, I shopped around for the best rates and turns out my husband and I decided to go with a different branch in order to get a better deal.

Opened an account 2 years ago, was told to keep $1500 not to get any monthly fees, so i kept it. I never use this account, I went online to check 2 weeks ago and the showed $4 charge a month because they changed the rules. (but omit to tell me), since 2017 you need $2000 to avoid the charge. I called customer service, they said the branch manager can waive the fees. I sent her an email Elena Stechina, and all fees were removed. Thank you for great customer service!:)
