Teller was extremely nice and helpful, problem is she is always alone! Unacceptable for a major bank to have a 30+ min wait time. Shows a complete lack of respect for customers time and money. The bank is dirty, broken furniture and sound system and no one in the management offices really seems to care about anything, avoiding eye contact with customers in line afraid god forbid they might have to work, except for the one teller working doing her best.

My favourite BMO branch - usually uncrowded, and the staff have always been very polite and helpful dealing with whatever issue I had to come into the branch for. Turnover a bit higher than I'd like, but I suspect this is corporate policy!

Indeed the reviews were right.
The teller didn't seem to care, just doing her job, talked so quiet, cant understand what she is saying.she looked energyless as if she is just waiting for her shift to end.

These people are not even based in Montreal. They are out of Toronto. They are racist. They have terrible service at any branch I’ve ever been to. They are insulting then rude. This bank should not exist. Literally pathetic across the board. Would have given zero stars. RUN AND TELL THAT!

BMO converted my wire transfer in HKD for no reason when Transferwise didn't. That incurred a fee of 2% of the value transferred on top of the fees. Asked for explanations and they didn't find any.

Pire service à la clientèle.directrice non conventionnel qui se prend pour une détective. Qui pose des questions non légitimes. Au bout de la ligne, j’ai du faire une plainte à l’Ombudsman pour un grand manque de professionnalisme après l’avoir enregistré au téléphone. Pas du tout professionnel cette directrice. Je recommande pas du tout cette succursale en particulier. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT DE FAIRE AFFAIRE AVEC EUX. Remarquer bien que tout les commentaires positifs sont répondu bien-sûr, des commentaires qui doivent se faire des éloges à eux-mêmes.vraiment loufoque.

Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and helpful stuff. I definitely prefer this branch, and even ready to spend extra time to schedule my appointment here, instead of choosing a random branch, which could be even closer to me. Though expanded working hours could be a great idea!

A guy working in this branch tried to push very hard on me to buy financial product after he realized how much money on my account. But the reason I came was to activate a dormant account, he told me he activated for me and keep pushing me to buy the financial product. I told him I need time to think about it then left. One week later he sent me an email threatend me that I didn't sign any files for activaing the dormant account, but he NEVER MENTIONED there was any file I need to sign. I guess it was only because I didn't come back to buy the finacial product. He probably planed let me sign those files when I came back to buy financial product. How disgusting! Then I made up my mind NEVER BUY ANY FINANCIAL PRODUCT FROM BMO, ESPECIALLY FROM THIS BRANCH! IT'S SUCH A SHAME TO HAVE A STAFF LIKE THIS! The guy's name is David Pourshafiey. AVOID!
