Très déçue! J’arrive avec mon auto pour une inspection visuelle, ma poignée conducteur fonctionne très bien et repart et elle fonctionne plus. Aucune assumation, pas leur faute, doit faire réparer et rien à faire, aucune entente. PAS LEUR FAUTE! Très ordinaire.

I decided to stay with this dealership after my first experience in 2020 had been excellent. This time was no different. Although there were a few minor hiccups in the process this time, the sales person and staff at BMW Sainte-Julie were quick to sort these out. Patience and good communication go a long way when making a deal on a new vehicle, and I found these were both well managed in this second experience. This is how brand/dealership loyalty is built.

Ronnie was very nice, however, this is the third time I bring the car to be fixed for the same problem. I don't understand why I got a bill. I also don't understand why the part that was in question was not part of the warranty. I noticed every time I bring my car in for something other than standard maintenance it takes two days.

I bought a used car from this dealership and I have to say if I didn’t drive a bmw previously and didn’t have confidence in the manufacturer then I wouldn’t buy a bmw from David, the used cars sales associate. My experience with David has been pretty terrible and he doesn’t like to answer questions and we even tried in French with him but we were totally unsatisfied with his service and behaviour. Ultimately Melanie came to the rescue and we ended up taking the car otherwise we were gonna return the car get a full refund.

So upon requested by the dealership for my information, I forwarded them my info via email but till this day no one has contacted me.

Je suis client de BMW Ste Julie depuis 2006.je conduis actuellement ma cinquième voiture neuve acquise chez ce concessionnaire.

Je trouve l'équipe très professionnelle et j'aimerais souligner la courtoisie de Michel Fillion qui lors de ma dernière visite a passé plusieurs minutes avec moi pour programmer le I Drive de ma voiture.

Apparently they are good at selling and delivering new cars, that seems quite right. However, my experience at the service desk was very deceptive and actually quite scary.

I have been told they couldn't see that one of my tire had a defect while doing tire change because "you know it all go so fast. " (I swear!) but the default was so big that the car was unbearable to drive, you instantly notice it

Then I had a leak with the windshield washer fluid tank and after checking it, I have been told, once again true story, that the problem was that I wasn't using BMW branded washer fluid, that there was nothing wrong with the system. They just drained the tank and filled it with BMW fluids.

A very astonishing level of both flagrant incompetence and actually quite insulting thinking I could seriously buy such crazy explanation. At least it made the whole BMW Canbec staff have a good laugh! They found the leak.

For me it's a no, never again. I can't possibly imagine how it goes for more serious issues.at the speed it goes you know!

As always I found the service at BMW Sainte-Julie to be fast and reliable, with a very pleasant team to interact with. My service representative Ronny Lippinghof has extensive experience and was able to provide me with sound advice for both my X6 and X5 alike.

Comme d'habitude le service a été excellent et mon représentant au services Ronny Lippinghof est toujours à la hauteur de la situation, compétent, courtois, etc.

Très certainement le pire accueil et une expérience désastreuse que nous avons vécu avec cette concession - incroyable qu’un employé aux ventes se permette d’agir avec un tel manque de tact avec des clients potentiels qui prennent la peine de venir sur place - totalement dégeulasse et inacceptable de se faire traiter ainsi - du jamais vu en 20 ans dans le marché et ayant comme conséquence d’être dégouté de la marque maintenant - j’ai eu l’impression de déranger un employé qui faisait la sieste dans un concessionnaire vide plutôt qu’il profite de l’occasion de faire valoir et vendre la marque à une personne faisant affaire avec la compétition. J’en reviens pas - éviter à tout prix.

L'EXPÉRIENCE BMW STE-JULIE est vraiment au delà de la moyenne. Ronny Lippinghof au service fait une grande différence sur l'expérience client. Il fait tout ce qu'il peut pour répondre à vos besoins et avec le sourire. Bien accompagné par leur directeur M. Couture.toute l'équipe au services mérite une note de 5 étoiles.client satisfait depuis 2013!

I purchased my used car a bmw Sainte-Julie. The service has been excellant. My salesperson who was Fred has gone over and above anything that I could have imagine. Even if he doesn’t think he could do something for you, he will try. This is what you want to see in service when buying a car. He treated me as a valued customer from the moment I stepped through those doors and never pushed a sale or guarantie on me. Top notch team over their and really competitive pricing! Je ne peux donner une grosse note pour le service et pour les retours d'appel. J'ai tenté de rejoindre le service dans le but de pouvoir poser quelques questions. Il semble très difficile de pouvoir parlé à quelqu'un au service. Après 3 tentations (boite vocale) j'ai abandonner. De plus j'ai aussi laisser un message et en 24hrs toujours sans retour d'appel.

I just recently bought a X5 from this dealership, every aspect of the transaction went smoothly! If you're thinking of buying a BMW, ask for Michel Fillion, dedicated to his customer and will be there through the whole transaction!

I have never seen such bad services as BMW Ste-Julie. The salesman Mr. Frederic Legare convinced me to get an used car from them by accepting my condition on the phone,
The car was not ready as it was supposed to be, the battery was almost dead, liftgate was not working and the they hadn’t the second key. Moreover when I asked him about winter matt that we had deal on that he start attacking and insulting me Infront of every one.
I had an appointment with him to see the car and sign the contract and the car was supposed to be completely ready for pickup. I drove all the way from downtown Montreal to the dealership to meet him on time, but he said he has customer and he didn’t come to see me and just give the papers to another person and she didn’t know anything bout our deals with Fredric (he didn’t even updated her). I was just running around and looking for someone to help me with my questions. The car was not ready as it was supposed to be, the battery was almost dead, liftgate was not working (he said it is because of battery and it is gonna fix as soon as you get home but it was a lie) and the they hadn’t the second key which all these make me to go back this long way to their dealer ship and ask for fixing the problem.
Moreover when I asked him about winter matt that we had deal on that he start attacking and insulting me Infront of every one with bad words and language.
I hope management and #BMW Canada do something about him.

Équipe très compétente et réactive, de la vente au financement en passant par le service après vente (traitement d'une situation d'urgence par le directeur des ventes en 1h!). Il faut des fois appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir la personne souhaitée, mais je ne peut leur reprocher d'être occupé!
Je recommande cette concession sans hésiter!

I live in Westmount and for years I've been frustrated with BMW Canbec. Driving from Quebec City to Montreal earlier this week in my four month old 530, the check engine light came on. The nearest dealer was BMW Sainte-Julie. I pulled into the service area at 2: 00 pm without an appointment. Withing 30 minutes, they'd diagnosed the problem. I was informed that they had the faulty part in stock and that it would be a minimum of two hours to fix. I shared that I had a meeting to get to in Montreal. Within 15 minutes they set me up with a courtesy X1 and was downtown within 35 minutes! The next day, I returned to pick up my car. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They have my business going forward!

Terrible sales service. Called to get an info about a 100k car. First they told me they are transferring, then it said they are too busy and leave a voice mail. Which i did, this is the 2nd day and nobody called back. I do not recommend this dealer at all
