Expérience super positive lors de notre souper dernièrement. Nous avons été servis par Élody, c'était une super soirée.

Très mauvaise réception de l'hôtesse. Nous voulions simplement prendre un apéro (2 personnes à 18h) car nous logions au OTL Gouverneur. L'hôtesse nous dit qu'ils sont complets alors que le resto et le bar sont vides. Très mauvais service à la clientèle pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Magnifique endroit! Le service de Gabrielle et toujours chaleureux et impeccable. La cuisine est généreuse et de qualité. Manger au bar est un must!

Nous avons été servis par Raphael. Il nous a conseillé une excellente bouteille de vin pour accompagner nos plats! Le filet mignon était très tendre et la cuisson était parfaite. La salade de pieuvre était très savoureuse. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute!

Un délice, la viande était tendre le service impeccable avec une merveilleuse serveuse, on en a pour notre argent, belle expérience à revivre pour de prochaines vacances!

Salle mal éclairée, décoration fade et non moderne, tables minimalistes. Cependant excellents plats malgré le peu de choix en poissons.

Phenomenal service (from Océane). Her service is elegant and caring. Impeccably prepared food, perfectly seasoned. It’s a sumptuous room made to make you feel special. The mirrors over the kitchen displaying the chef’s/cooks’ work areas are magnificent and courageous. Only a proud kitchen would display all of that. Thoroughly enjoyed my three visits and wish they were open Sunday & Monday so I could dine again.

Not at all what I expected for an alleged 5 star steak/fish house. All of our steaks were way under cooked, the shrimps were bland. The service was terrible. It was my birthday and they didn't even offer a cake, nor could they spare a champagne bucket to cool my birthday champagne. The manager there seems like a real jerk and does not care about the clients and he treats his staff poorly. Its shocking that they specialize in steaks and cannot even cook them properly. If I could give a zero I would.

Un des meilleurs soupers que j'ai eu. Le service était impeccable (Merci Yakoub!) et la nourriture absolument délectable. Le prix est amplement justifié par l'expérience qu'on y vit.

We had a great time with extremely fine service and amazing service. Antoine was very meticulous with our special requests and spent extraordinary effort to accommodate them. The Onion soup was very tasty and the lobster tasted fresh. The desert was phenomenal. Try their oysters, you will not regret.

Ordered Caesar salad was not enough dressing on it some of the lettuce had nothing on it.
Ordered tomahawk steak Ordered med.rare came raw was like chewing on rubber.
Bathrooms were nice.
Could only get booking at 5 pm as 8pm all booked.
Maybe cook had not showing up at 5pm.
Disappointed.
Will try other restaurants.

Absolutely great first meal at Boefish celebrating friends birthday. Beautifully presented and tasty food dishes and great staff/ service. Loved seeing the microgreens grown at our farm Ferme Vivant part of the beautiful presentation.

Souper parfait. Cuisson du filet mignon impeccable, ingrédients de qualité. Belle pause pour la cuisinière que je suis. Expérience à répéter sans aucun doute. Félicitations au ou aux cuisiniers. Bel accueil au comptoir aussi.

As a guest from Alberta under (no zone) i was denied access to come eat inside.
This is incorrect and guy at front needs to be educated and learn not to hang up on guests.

I was staying at the OTL in Sherbrooke. I decided to order from Boefish to have delivered to my room, there was even a little menu in my room to order from. When the food came, in a very timely manner, I'm presented with the bill to sign, at a price higher than the menu stated. I brought this up and showed this to the server who said she didn't know and she left to get a supervisor. The supervisor came and said that the Hotel and the restaurant were 2 separate things, that it was an old menu, and that their prices are on the iPad. She did not leave me another option but to pay for my food. I'm disappointed that she did not honour the prices that were clearly stated on the menu in my room. The food was very tasty.

La table d'hôte de la St-Valentin était excellente, on s'est vraiment régalé, petit ajout qui serait apprécié, une mini baguette de pain pour accompagner les entrées, ça mérite un 5 étoiles pour nous deux. Merci pour le service impeccable.

I and coworker placed a order for 1 tomahack by telephone. They said that they were not available and have been replaced with two ribeyes of 35 oz each (almost 1Kg each). On arrival we paid a $ 313 bill ($ 362 with tip) to withdraw. They told us that the meat was a lot and for four people. When we opened the package we found that the meat was very little (about 350g per ribeye). Basically we paid $ 360 for these two dishes.
How is possible?
Very sad and expensive happy new year.

La boite de la St-Valentin, très bon menu, excellente nourriture, les portions généreuses, Bravo!

Le service à la clientèle est excellent, de même que le service après vente. Si par malchance un service n'est pas à votre goût, ils seront à l'écoute de vos commentaires constructifs et courtois. Ils sont définitivement à l'écoute des clients et ils prennent votre satisfaction très au sérieux.
Le menu est varié, juste et goûteux, une touche moderne, ni trop classique, ni trop aventurier. Merci pour le service professionnel et votre écoute, ces traits sont très rare.

Assez bonne expérience avec la boîte repas à emporter pour deux. Pour le prix, il y avait beaucoup d’éléments très savoureux. La purée de pomme de terre à l’ail confit était particulièrement délicieuse. Les légumes étaient tendres et savoureux. Idem pour les crevettes et la soupe. Malheureusement, la pièce maîtresses du repas (le steak tomahawk) n’était pas réussi. Pour commencer, ils ont dû enlever l’os puisque celui-ci était « carbonisé ». Il s’agit déjà là d’un point négatif puisque voir l’os avec la viande fait partie de l’expérience à mon avis. Devoir enlever l’os à cause d’un mauvais contrôle de la cuisson réduit donc l’expérience. Ensuite, l’élément le plus négatif du repas concerne la cuisson de la viande demandé pour la viande qui n’a pas été respectée. Nous avons demandé un steak saignant, il a été servit medium-saignant à certaines places et well done (bien cuit) à d’autres (en grande partie well done). Normalement pour ce genre de steak et surtout en commande à emporter, il est intéressant de d’avoir un degré de cuisson inférieur afin de pouvoir réchauffer la viande une fois à la maison et d’atteindre à ce moment la cuisson voulu. Malheureusement, nous avons dû manger notre steak froid par peur qu’il soit trop coriace après un ajout de cuisson.dernier petit point négatif, le tartare de saumon. Il était frais mais manquait de goût. Il aurais selon moi été préférable d’opter pour un assaisonnement un peu plus relevé, car au final le tartare goutait le saumon crue aux herbes. En conclusion, expérience agréable et repas copieux mais qui n’a pas su atteindre mes attentes.

Super service, super repas même si pour emporter! Respect des mesures de distanciation social 100% je recommande.

The best place you can eat in the eastern townships, it is on the expensive side but it is well worth the price.

This place is a freakin' blessing in this boring ol' town! About f-ing time something with personality opens! If you love a cozy, elegant (but not boring) decor you'll love the black lacquered ceiling, the gorgeous bar, tables are not too squeezed together so you can have a somewhat intimate dinner. Our server Geneviève was the best: she's professional, attentive and has a smart bubbly personality. A delight!

We went to the Boefish for our anniversary and my birthday. July 21st. 2019, we had. A wonderful meal and the service was excellent. Went we mentioned it was a special occasion they offered us a glass of champagne Each. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal and excellent service.

There aren't many restaurants I give 5 stars to, but this one certainly deserves it. Located inside the OTL hotel, they offer delicious food, desert & drinks. My husband and I went to this restaurant two nights in a row and it was totally worth it. Started with the salmon tartare which was absolutely amazing, had the filet mignon with mash potato (which Im not a fan of but loved it) and vegetables. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked the way I asked it, medium rare and the desert a delicious coffee with alcohol which I don't remember what it was. Also recommend the Cosmopolitan, not to strong, not too sweet. Also great service, despite that the fact the waitress didn't really speak English she made great effort and we could understand each other, that was very much appreciated.
