Bofinger BBQ

A regular for my wife & I. Always enjoyed the pulled pork poutine and poboy sandwich. Yummy greasy, smokehouse with great service.

I went to Bofinger today for lunch with a couple of friends. They recommended this place so we went.
Two of my friends ordered the portobello mushroom sandwich with French fries.
I ordered roasted chicken breast with fries and another friend ordered pork ribs with fries.
I had black cherry soda as a drink. Although I am not a soda drinker at all but I gave this a try and was ok but sweet for me but others may like it.
All were satisfied with their orders.
What I appreciate that they make fresh french fries, they do not use frozen ones as other restaurants.
There was only one man serving. He was the cashier and the cook. We were the first 4 customers and then two others came.
Regarding being solo in the restaurant the speed of the service was good and he was nice and cheerful.
I knew that with a combo, you get a free drink but from Monday to Friday.
The washrooms are clean and the atmosphere of the place is positive and cozy.
The playlist songs they had was really good and revealed a good taste in music.
All in all I recommend this place, especially for the pork ribs’ lovers:)

My family did last minute, birthday day dinner. Everyone loved it, the sport back was massive, we 9 adults and 5 children and still had left overs for home. Really good food. Continue good job

The food is delicious! All smoked on the house, the sweet potatoes French fries are great. We had brisket, beef rib pork rib, bacon and Mac cheese. Enough for 2 people for 2 dinners. But the best is the stuff, such sweet and friendly people. Oh can’t forget it’s very clean too!

We had birthday party last night here.very big meal. I love the bread so much.great meat.nice service. I have been told it’s Australia food. This is the first time to try it.interesting.

I ordered a Phili sandwich, poutine, and potato salad. It did not disappoint. So delicious, and I have leftovers for days! I had a few delicious local beers while I was waiting during my meal. The service was amazing. It has a local small-town feel and authentic bbq taste.

Friendly guy on the counter answering our questions about the menu. Got the combo of beef ribs & chicken, with coleslaw + rice on the side, then adding poutine instead of fries. Had to go with the hottest sauce in the house obviously ️

I will keep this review short. Ordered from skip 90 mins later still no sign of our order, called Bofinger spoke to a good guy (Owner?) he suggested for me to cancel and call back to order thru them. I did took a little while but they are a busy place (and now I see why). Our delivery showed up the driver was also the cook another nice guy. Food was hot, delicious and plentiful (I think they felt sorry for us). So Thank You very much guys I will not be able to sing your praises enough.

My guy Amir took my order for a full smoked turkey. This was by far the most delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned Turkey ever bought at such a reasonable price! 14 people from 4 different countries all attest to this!

The most delicious pulled pork sandwiches in the city. Great location and super friendly service with a personal touch. Been coming here several times already over the past few moths and will keep coming back over and over.

Il y a meilleur poutine ailleurs dans les alentours. On a rajouté du parmesan dans notre Mac and cheese parce que ça goûtait rien. Service rapide.

Their bbq beef rib is real deal. Perfect texture and the tasty Dijon honey sauce bring me lots of good memories.

Beef Ribs were hard, super dry and had zero flavour. The mac'n'cheese was undercooked, had no flavour at all and the yellow "sauce" did NOT taste like cheese, just tasted chemical nothingness!
Overpriced and a complete let down, just a disaster all around!
On a positive note, the staff were very nice and friendly but i'm never going back there even if you gave me a gift certificate for free food!

Excellente qualité et authentique: la nourriture est fumée avec du vrai bois. Service très aimable notamment le monsieur au comptoir qui est très sympa. Les côtes levées de bœuf sont insane. Ma copine choisit toujours ça.

Bofinger serves the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had - at a very reasonable price. A great destination for BBQ lovers in Montreal.

I ordered for the first time from Bofinger and was pleasantly surprised at the size of my order! Was expecting 1 chicken leg and maybe 2 or 3 ribs. Well, I got a chicken leg and a leg quarter and then 4 or 5 big meaty ribs plus a good serving of excellent fries. Arrived quickly as well. Sauce was excellent as well and actually cooked not just slathered on after. Will be ordering again for sure!

I've been and ordered many times from Bofinger and it was always delicious but this time I spent like $80+ dollars on beef ribs that were incredibly chewy. I just want the old Bofinger beef ribs back because they honestly used to be a work of art.

Awesome food, and the staff was quite friendly. I would recommend to order two drinks because the food will make you quite thirsty.

My wife returned from Bofinger with a giant smile, slightly bigger than the Samosas in her box.slightly.

Amir, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond in hospitality, like their portions sizes.

These Samosas were not stale, ready made, waiting to be zapped in a microwave. She had to wait till they made them fresh!

They talked about the history of the place, how much is a pound of chicken wings.turns out. 6 because of their size. I’m assuming these chickens were pro wrestlers or football heroes.

We were delighted by the flavour and felt welcomed like family.

Getting some of those gigantic wings next!

If you like very tender and fall off the bone the kind that just melts in your mouth this is not for you, the beef is quite chewy and Frankly it is dry. I put in pressure cooker hoping it will be softer. I’m not quite sure it’s the meat too lean or method of cooking. I like the bread tho. And service is good

Amazing food! Amazing service! This place knows how to make good barbecue. I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato salad.

Si je pouvais lui donner zéro, je le ferais. Frites vieilles et dégueu, sauce sans gout. Leur spéciaux du midi c'est un ripoof. Jamais plus. Pour le même prix fais toi le plaisir de manger ailleurs. C'était bon il y a 4 a ou 5 ans.

The food is sensational! There are no other places that do ribs like Bofinger. It helps that Amir and staff are THE most hospitable group of people in N. D. G, too!

Delicious food but very deceptively expensive: on your Uber eats, a pulley pork poutine is already twice as expensive as regular, but if you don't check off "extra pulled pork" for $5 MORE then there is NO Pork and you have paid $20 for a $10 regular poutine. And you have to pay for curd cheese which is a default ingredient of poutine.

Great service, fast delivery, delicious food, you can't ask for more. The best pulled pork sandwich ever, mac & cheese is the bomb and the poutine is also very yummy. I can't wait to try the ribs! Next time

Before i discovered bo finger i was on a epic quest to find the right burger for me, now that search is over, with the supèr friendly staff to the epic sized portions of meaty greatness and a good price to boot ill be back for more

Wow, so good! We just had this delivered from skip and we were very happy. The best poutine and Mac & cheese we’ve ever had. Pulled pork sandwich was great as was the philly cheese steak. We’ll definitely be ordering again! Would love a description of the sauces though!

We really wanted good old poutine after our favorite place didn't deliver to our location, and tried this one since it had the lowest delivery price on Skip the Dishes. Paid about 15 dollars per person as the final price after delivery fee, tax, and tip, and I think I've eaten enough to last me about a week. Big recommendation!

Ordered pork ribs & a pulled pork sandwich through UberEats right before their closing time. We were a little worried about the freshness/quality but everything tasted amazing. They even threw in an extra rib! Very pleased and will definitely order again and visit in the future:)

Amazing BBQ. Ribs are juicy and perfectly cooked. Great sauces but not even needed, the meat stands on its own. Very friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!

This spot is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for fair rates. Constantly clean and with awesome mood. Will visit here again.

Great service and everything we ordered was very flavorful and delicious! I have Philly steak and the brisket was perfect!

Now this a restaurant! This is my go to restaurant whenever I have friends or family over. They are always amazed by the food. Prices are incredible for the quality and quantity of food. The food is delicious and finger licking good. Homemade sauces are out of this world, the Alabama sauce is definitely my favourite. The staff is always super friendly and smiling! I wish I could go everyday!

Nous sommes allés à l’heure d’ouverture et sûrement que la cuisine n’était pas prête.
Le responsable et personnel très gentils et courtois, excellent service rien à reprocher.
Il y a un MAIS. N’allez surtout pas à l’heure d’ouverture parce que le chef n’est pas prêt ni le grill!
Étant donné que nous avons acheté beaucoup de Ribs pour apporter le cuisinier s’est dépêché et à brûlé nos Ribs. Très désagréable au goût surtout qu’on on dépense 125$ de Ribs
