Do not buy anything from this company. They are thieves, the lead times for a simple chair doubled for no reason, then they wanted an additional fee for shipping, they agreed to cancel my order and now it’s been 3 months and I can’t get a refund. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a table late February, was told it would come mid-April. Every time I asked for some kind of update, I got conflicting messages from their customer service reps. The person in charge of email didn't have the information the person on the phone had, and vice versa. The person on the phone was also condescending (making it seem like I have never ordered something online before) and would almost always speak over me before I could say anything (please let your customer explain and then you can answer). The first red flag was their website and the delivery charge not being applied. I was told this happens often.which makes me think, maybe make your website clearer? Because I was moving and could not wait any longer, I cancelled my order via email on April 24. It has been 4 weeks and still no refund despite being told 2-4 weeks. I should have read these reviews before ordering anything. I am so disappointed in this back and forth that has resulted in nothing being properly done.

Update September 2023: Still no refund. Waiting on bank for resolution.

J’ai fait une commande pour une base de lit le 16 janvier 2023! On est le le 24 juillet! Rien du tout! Une commande qui a été payé! Du jamais vu! Le service à la clientèle le pire que je n’ai jamais vu du haut de mes 24 ans. Personne n’a accès aux commandes en ligne, on te donne des numéros qui ne fonctionnent pas! Les gens ils te raccrochent au nez. Tu appelles 10 milles fois sans réponse. Si vous avez du temps de l’énergie et de l’argent à perdre. Faites affaire avec eux vous serez servi. J’aurais du lire les commentaires avant.

Extremely rude,
They send the product to be picked up at the Toronto Location. After 6 weeks of waiting. Once it arrived, they sent it back to Montreal. No one called from the store saying the product was sent back. Upon inquiring, the staff told me that the would send it to my house free of charge. Once i inquired, they were extremely rude,

Once it arrived, they sent it back to Montreal no more than 14 days after without letting us know of their action. No one called from the store saying the product was sent back no email was sent out about any policies. Upon inquiring, the staff told me that the would send it to my house free of charge and I had proof of the same. Once i inquired, they said they wont send it and i have to pay 175 dollars in shipping cost. If this was communicated to me i would accept it.but they pushed me towards a refund which i do not accept. This experience was extremely unprofessional.if the product is at bad as this experience which is likely suspect it would be i highly recommend not purchasing from them.

THIS SCAM**** very similar to others, we bought a table in November, for which they charged us for at the time. In early March they sent us an email stating they could no longer deliver to our area. We requested a refund to which they said no problem snd that it would take about two weeks. After two weeks, we reached out to inquire about the refund. We were told it went to ‘accounts department’. We called several more times to no avail- during various calls we were told that they don’t speak english, to continuing to tell us they were working on it. We even tried calling the credit card company, but because they had charged us in November they couldnt do anything. It took several months of calling on our part, leaving fb reviews, calling the better business bureau, and threatening a lawsuit to FINALLY get our money back in June. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business. Stay far far away from this company- SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY!

Nous avons commandé une base de lit en en novembre 2022 pour une livraison prévue en janvier 2023. Nous avons appris en allant voir sur le site de Bois et Cuir que notre livraison serait décalée en avril 2023. Nous avons donc écrit à la compagnie afin d’avoir des explications. Ils nous ont donc confirmé une livraison pour le mois d’avril qui n’est jamais arrivée. La même situation en avril décalée pour le mois de mai et maintenant en juin. On commence à perdre espoirs à recevoir notre base de lit déjà payée pour la somme de 1 350$.

Hey guys please please don't buy from them through online. Ordered dining table January, received damaged product in April. So many follow ups to return the product. Literally I had to call their courier company to pickup the product from my house. There is a contact number you will be able to talk to Shannon or Sandy, they always say they don't know about the refund, they did every thing in their power to get my refund. Sent numerous emails- no time line, no update on the refund. In fact they treat you like useless. It's been a week now the courier company took back the product from my place, no update on the refund. You will never such a poor customer service like this from anywhere. I'm amazed how they still operate their business. Shameful.

Must be a money scam! Take your money and don't pay you back for months, that is basically an interest free loan. How has this company not been shut down yet? I got pulled into their scam two years ago. I waited almost a year for my couch which never arrived. Which was supposed to be 1 to 3 months. After chasing them I finally got my money back "system was down for refund". That was last year the wait for that couch is still on going and it would have taken 2 years to get it.

Listen folks, please do not buy from them. After waiting 4 months and that too with constant follow up, finally I received the Avalon dining table and bench. Legs weren't matching, different color, totally wrong legs they sent. Damaged table top, cracked bench. If I can rate them 0, I would. Please don't waste your time with them

Would put 0 stars if I could.

Similar experiences to everyone else, ordered a kitchen table, it arrived all cracked and defective. Was able to discuss a refund with the call support but 2 weeks later was told that they were having "technical difficulties" and to go through the credit card and request a charge back instead of them issuing a refund.

Do not waste your time with this company, they have terrible products & terrible customer service. I have filed an official complaint.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously, especially if you order online. You’ll never see your items and based on other reviews, they’ll probably come damaged. They’ve held up my money since November, told me my order would come in mid February. Still not here. I’ve emailed and called and each time they say a different day it will be shipped and move it out further and further. Save your money and avoid this scam of a “business”.

C'est n'importe quoi, aucun suivi ou communication de leur part. J'ai payé pour un sofa en septembre et je ne l'aurai pas avant mi-février.
2 fois la date de livraison à été repoussé sans m'en prévenir, c'est toujours moi qui doit les appeler pour savoir ce qui se passe.
C'est un service à la clientèle pourri.

I would rate zero star if I could! Delivery time is fake, ordered in November and they said it will be delivered in February! Then refused to refund! I finally got my money back after 6 weeks of follow up!

Vraiment très déçu, j'ai été en juin 2022 pour acheter un sectionnelle et un canapé 3 places, ont n est début janvier 2023 toujours rien reçu, c'est toujours remis ont m avait dit la première fois en septembre ensuite en novembre ensuite en janvier et quand j appel il ne savent pas et il me disait qu'en novembre c était pour être certain aussi c'est à cause des 2 dernière année etc. Il te parle avec une attitude déplaisante.

Feels like a scam. They hold your money for months and don’t deliver merchandise. I had to involve my credit card company to get money back.will never shop there again!

Pretty nice shop with a lot of beautiful piece of furniture.
When it comes to buying it, it's more difficult: many items are back order with no visibility at all about when the item may be back, almost impossible to buy an item from the floor.
And above all, the refund process is really complicated: you need to talk to the manager of the shop, and god knows when he's going to be available. So may be, in a good day, that person may call you at his convenience, but not at your convenience.
Who's the customer here?

Bottom line: I will never buy there anymore despite the beautiful items

Nous avions convenu de recevoir nos meubles en après-midi. On nous assuré que ce serait le cas mais nous avons reçu un texto automatisé en matinée annonçant la livraison. On a appellé Bois et cuir qui nous a assuré que ce serait livré en pm. Finalement, les meubles ont été livré le matin.
Également, nous avions commandé deux tables de chevet identiques, du même bois que le lit. Elles sont arrivées, chacune d'une couleur différente. Nous avons du retourner le meuble en magasin et redemander une table de chevet de même couleur que l'autre. Après plusieurs semaines d'attente nous l'avons à nouveau receptionné, encore de mauvaise couleur (et il n'y a que deux couleurs). Même le livreur n'en revenait pas. Nous devons donc une seconde fois ramener le meuble en magasin. Bois&cuir nous dit que ce meuble pourrait arriver dans leur propre entrepôt qu'en janvier (plus d'un mois d'attente). Aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé par l'entreprise. Les meubles sont jolis, mais le service après vente est d'une déçeption inégalable.

Ordered a bench and table in April that said it would be in stock in May. After months of emailing they finally said they shipped it in September. Every two weeks they say it’s coming and now they have stopped replying to emails. Caution against ordering from here!

AVERTISSEMENT! J'ai acheté une table modèle Avalon ovale. Ce n'est pas du bois massif! Produit de piètre qualité. Le placage décolle après seulement 3 mois d'utilisation et avec les attentions nécessaires pour l'entretien du bois. Courriel au service à la clientèle avec photos envoyés le 7 octobre, depuis silence radio malgré plusieurs relances. Mise en demeure sera envoyée demain tel que mentionné dans mon dernier courriel.

J'ai commandé des articles en mai 2022. On est en octobre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.service à la clientèle totalement inefficace. J'ai appelé au moins 12fois depuis, à chaque fois c'est une réponse différente en ne m'expliquant absolument rien. Je n'en peux plus. J'attends encore quelques jours et je demande un remboursement.

De plus de lire les commentaires ça donne froid dans le dos sur la qualité des meubles à la réception.

I called this store to see what time they open until Thursday they said 9 I get to the store 730 there was a rude guy that just decided to close the store wouldn’t come open the door. On the door it also said 9 pm. I drove an hour to get there. I called another store and they said they shouldn’t be closed and was going to call the director. Unprofessional and rude
