Best Indian food in Montreal in my opinion. BYOB and affordable meals. Service is subpar though, so don't expect to be wooed.

There’s 4 pieces of chicken in the butter chicken. And i Found a hair intertwined in the samosa.

Tried them on Uber eats. Their curries are drenched in over used oils, you can see it floating. Which makes them taste better initially but spoiled our stomachs the very next day.

Abruptly hung up over the phone when i politely inquired them on on uber eats driver who was waiting to pickup the order for more than 30 min.

Bottom line, Not recommended. There are better Indian restaurants in Montreal.

It was my first time trying indian food and everything we ordered was delicious and flavourful! Nothing was overly spicy so I think everyone can definitely enjoy most of the food here. We got very nice and friendly service. I hope to be back to try their other dishes.

10/10 for the naan

The best Indian Cuisine in Montréal! I always go here everytime I am in Montreal. Price is decent and the food is tasty and delicious.

I would recommend their Buttered chicken, Lamb Biryani and Garlic Naan!

The best place for authentic Indian cuisine! We had the lamb korma, chickpea curry, and butter chicken with their amazing Naan bread! Great service, and quick turnaround for takeout! Food was delicious! Definitely going back!

Préparer une commande pour 12 personnes 3 heures d'avance, appeler pour reconfirmer le tout, se faire dire que tout est beau pour ensuite se faire annuler la commande 20 minutes avant l'heure fixée sans raison. Non fiable, ni professionnel.

Great Indian food and quick service like u don’t have to wait if even you order bunch of food.
Give them 15 minutes and food will be on the table

Le pire restaurant indien à Montréal! Le gérant est d’une méchanceté incroyable sans parler du manque de professionnalisme. La nourriture est fade, portions non généreuses pour le prix payé et que dire de la saleté remarquée sur tous les coins. Un endroit à ÉVITER

J'ai commandé hier par Doordash.
Les plats sont très bons mais malheureusement je suis tombée sur un caillou dans l'un de mes plats (je pense que c'était dans le Malai kofta)

The food is actually amazing! BUT, when I ordered it through Uber eat, they were very very stingy (very small portions) and it cost me over 75$! The prices of the items are ok but the portions aren't!

I have no idea how people eat this much spicy food, poor hygiene
Everything was dirty like anything including glass jug, so disappointed

I took all of my labmates for a special Diwali lunch here and the experience was magic We ordered soooo much! We made sure everyone tastes a bit of everything? ️ it was just perfect ️ We had 4 appetizers, 4 main course, lassi, naan and biriyani and finally ended with masala chai

On peut apporter notre vin mais je trouve qu'à l'intérieur c'est vraiment trop bruyant!

Great bang for your buck. Friendly service. Chicken Tikka (see pic) is always tender and tasty. Naan bread is oven fresh. Spicey green sauce does the job. Be aware it can be very noisy. Get there early like 6 pm or reserve. Bring your own wine or beer. Client since 2014.

Used to be the best. Now it's just over priced laxative. Save yourself some money and go to the pharmacy.

Customer Service was very bad. Food was average. The worst thing is Hospitality and customer service. Front staff was very very rude. Never gonna come again if it persists.

Beaucoup trop de curry et d'épices. J'ai commandé un plat avec des crevettes il y en avait à peine 6. Pas généreux pour leur prix c'est de la grosse bouillasse mes enfants étant mixtes n'ont pas aimés du tout. Déçue de mon expérience culinaire je ne recommandes pas. Le plat est tombé sur le sol et le chien ne l'a même pas regardé ça en dit beaucoup.

1 star because only 1 thing was decent out of the whole order. Ordered butter chicken, rice, kebabs and paneer pakora with tea and lassi.

I think the restaurant assumed I was a child from the quantity of the food I received. That had to be the smallest portion of butter chicken any restaurant has ever served. The kebab was the only thing that tasted good. Never seen a restaurant be stingy on rice … that too when you paid $5 for rice which are usually included with entrees. Paneer pakora looked so old and gross that you could tell they made it a day or two ago. Very disappointed by the quality and the quantity and I wish I took photos.

The food was really amazing, yesterday i try paneer tikka and dahi vada that was litt. I highly recommend everyone to visit over there.service is very professional, the girl on reception was very polite and nice

I’m writing this review specifically because I read the reviews and can’t believe that ridiculous people are giving a one star rating cuz the food is spicy like are you serious. You could’ve ask the friendly staff if it’s spicy or not that’s one and two like u also could’ve asked to change it with something else or get something else which is not that spicy. With all the times I’ve been there they have been so nice and understanding when I told them about some dishes that were sometimes spicier than usually. They take the customers satisfaction to there upmost Importance.

Im so happy that they’re dining room open again, but I just feel sorry that they have to endure these types people.

Ordered chicken tikka masala and it was unbearably spicy. My Indian boyfriend who is used to spicy food couldn't even tolerate it. Too much sugar too. Just not edible. Will not order again.

Delicious food, good value for prices. As a connoisseur of spicy food, there are very few Indian restaurants in Montreal that I would recommend, and this is one of them.

Good food but small portion. I live in North. And when ever come Montreal down town I allways try different Indian Resturant. Food

Just try the saag lamb and you will go there once a week or more.

J'adore! J'ai que comandé d'Auber et ils ont plusieurs locations. Leurs samosas sont enormes et excellent pour un bon prix aussi! I love it! I've only ordered from Uber and they have multiple locations. Their samosas are giant and excellent, and a great price.

I order here all the time, really good quality and consistent, fresh food. Portions are good and filling, lots for leftovers even if you don't get rice.

My go-to favourites: Vegetarian Samosas, Garlic Naan, Palak Paneer, Aloo Gobi

My partner also really loves the Chicken Vindaloo here, because he loves spicy food.

I'm writing this review in particular because there was an issue tonight ordering takeout (entirely on the driver, not the restaurant) and this restaurant was SO communicative and helpful, trying their best to get my order to me, even after they closed. I know it isn't easy for restaurants right now and so I especially appreciate them going out of their way to make sure a customer is happy. All in all a 10/10 experience and I will definitely keep ordering here as it's one of my favourites here in Montreal:) Cheers!

Excellent food, excellent service, and for a reasonable price. I drive 140 km to get there and back because it's worth it. I find the portions to be
bigger than other similar restaurants that I have tried. On the plus side as well, it's a byob if you want to eat on the spot.

AMAZING FOOD Chicken korma or the butter chicken are highly recommended.
Perfect balance in flavor and spiciness.
The portions are perfect, not too big.
Samosas are also fantastic! A must try.

I would not recommend the vegetarian dishes.
A message to all the people that are adding 1 star and complaining about the spiciness: don’t order from an Indian restaurant if you don’t like spicy, go to a fast food!

C'est définitivement mon restaurant indien préféré qui offre la livraison. L'aloo gobi et le poulet korma sont particulièrement délicieux!

BEST Korma sauce. It tastes always so perfect. Although the price is a bit high, but definitely worth it.

Je suis navrée mais quand tu commandes un korma d'agneau, tu ne t'attends pas à manger sucré. Le plat est correct mais pour un dessert. J'ai mangé indien toute ma vie, mais je n'ai jamais mangé un korma si sucré. Quel dommage. La livraison était qu'en à elle rapide et efficace.

Absolutely excellent! We took the vegetarian balls and it was delicious! Super fast delivery as well.

One remark though, we forgot the rice was not included. So I advice you to order a side with it (like rice). The main dish alone is not enough.

Over all it’s a bad experience! This is not the only time we order from this place!
Food is tasty but they choose super cheap product as lamb? It’s not, chicken? Huge cubes cut, it’s not Canadian chicken!
Spices? There is none of various spices? Just using hot chilli cayenne to make it up.

Please be careful! Poor service and food quality. The chicken was not cooked properly and the rice was very dry. The vegetable koorma was too oily. I ordered chicken biriyani and Chicken Thali. The biriyani was also too dry. I complained to the waiter and he didn’t do anything and I paid $40 for this service and food.
I won’t visit this restaurant again.

I liked it for the first time when I ate there cause we ordered only one curry called Malai Kofta, but on my second visit we ordered Malai Kofta, Butter chicken and Shahi paneer and surprisingly they had same curry for all of them it's just those chunks that gets replaced with chicken and paneer in respective curries. Never going back there.

Lamb bryiani with generous portions, amazing naan breads and veryy good choice for veggy meals. GOOD INDIAN FOOD / REASONABLE PRICE!
you should also try the mango lassi.

Onion badghi pas assez cuit, naan pas assez grillé, poulet au beurre et agneau korma très ordinaire.et j'en passe.pour 60$ trop cher payé pour cette nourriture bas de gamme!

Pretty good but more tailored to caucasians, the curries in the thalis weren't spicy at all, the coconut one was even sweet. Rice wasn't flavored and undercooked and salad was just some iceberg with no dressing. Because it's a BYOW, the second section inside was very loud. Still pretty good for the money. Birmani chicken is dry as usual. Pakoras were excellent however

I love this place. Authentic, tasty and spicy (if you choose).

I tried the butter chicken Tali which was great. I wish the salad had some sort of dressing.but the rest was yummy.

Best to come with friends and each order something different so you can share.

Don’t forget to bring your own wine or beer.

Reasonable pricing and friendly staff makes this one of my favourite Indian spots in the city.

Naming the business with Indian cities doesn't make the food authentic Indian taste.worst of all is (biryani and butter chicken). I really hope you change your head chef or close down the business all at once. I really hope people give a damn about my review.

My favorite indian restaurant in Montreal. The food is delicious and affordable. I love the onion bahji and the chana samosa. They make the best korma.we eat the sauce with a spoon! I would give it 5 stars but the decor and atmosphere are non existant.

Amazing food! My boyfriend and I shared butter chicken, rice, nan bread, pakoras and onion bajis. With a mango Lasi each:) everything was delicious, good serving and you can beat the price. We ordered a lot of food for 2 people and it came out to around 40$. Im sure people could eat here between 20-30$ and be satisfied. Definitely will be coming back soon!

The quality of food is not the best. Too much water in food and chicken either over or under cooked. The head waiter needs to be trained as is very poor in managing tables. The place needs to be audited by cfia as I believe Food safety is compromised. Please don’t eat her until there’s a go from CFIA. You could easily get salmonella or E.coli poisoning. I paid $40 for a meal which I didn’t even touch as my first bite confirmed bad GMP practices.

Terrible service. We ordered 4 thalis and a dosa. We asked to keep the spice mild, and the waiter agreed. We started eating, and literally EVERYTHING feels like it was cooked with nothing but ghost peppers. When we called the waiter over and explained the situation, she arrogantly replied "this is standard, all the curries come with this much spice. " Then why would you agree to make it mild? They didn't even offer a drink to one of my friends who was clearly in discomfort feom the food. You can forget about quality service from these people, instead, expect to get starred at when you don't tip for terrible service. Any decent restaurant will adjust to the customer, even McDonalds had better service. I advise you to go elsewhere.

I'm here for the umpteenth time waiting for my meal, trying to stop from drooling over my phone. They always make me happy.

Alter 2 hours we are still waiting for our food, and finally we never received it. Never again! Poor service.

Authentic Indian food! (Although I'm not from there) My favorite is Biryani rice with prawns, always have to stop here when I come to Montreal. The price have gone up a bit, but the food is so good that it's still worth it!
