BonLook - Pointe-Claire

I used to really like it here, but I went this weekend and was treated as if I was incompetent by the salesperson. When I asked her to explain to me why bifocals would help me, she just seemed really bothered. I really need glasses, but I walked out because I did not feel welcome at all.

Very poor after customer service. I lost the screw on the hinge and I went to the store only to be told to make an appointment. I went to another store on the same floor and they did it in less than one minute for free!

Great glasses, great prices, and service like you’re family. I had the pleasure of dealing with Katherine T and boy did she get me exactly what I wanted. I went into bonlook without a clue in the world about what I wanted. The last time I bought glasses was 7 years ago. She went through all the styles and tried each one with me. Even helped me with finding ones that went with the shape of my face.

I will 100% be coming back in the future to get glasses from bonlook as they took the guesswork out of buying glasses. Thank you so much!

I bought 2 pairs of glasses there and will be back this summer for more. I love their selection! The optician has adjusted my glasses whenever I needed. He is very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Went to go look for glasses with my mother and the optician said he needed to thoroughly go through her head to understand why she was wearing reading glasses that weren’t the right prescription. She tried defending herself saying that was why she was here and she was wearing them to look at prices etc but he vocally in-front of other customers said that someone with her prescription (he publicly said her details) shouldn’t be wearing those types of glasses and that he would have to have a long sit down to understand her head before we could even pick out frames. He was so overly demeaning that we had to leave. Never had more terrible service.

Had a racist encounter with the optician there. He kept repeating that my "cloth" was squeezing my ears so he can't adjust my glasses. He had clear access to my ears, he was just making my veil a big deal. When i pointed him out for his behaviour, he played the victim and said he didn't want to have a 'debate' with me. Also, he kept denying how i felt about the glasses on my nose, even when i said it felt unequal. If you wear a religious symbol on your head, i would definitely not recommend that you go there to get your glasses adjusted!

Service professionnel. Personnel accueillant. Des modèles des montures très modernes avec plusieurs couleurs et pour plusieurs goûts. Je recommande fortement.
