You can shop in this place for gifts or souvenirs, there are different things.the place feels a bit closed in and there is an unpleasant smell in areas.
A welcoming atmosphere. The place was very clean and bathrooms conveniently located just off the center of the building. Many shops with unique items, from hand crafted souvenirs made out of wood, stone and precious gems. I would definitely go back.
Tres belle place! Des belles boutiques.de bon produits. Canadiens et Québécois.bien décoré. Propes.petits resto tres sympathies et bon. Tres bien pour le tourisme.en plus d'etre dans le Vieu Port. Magnifique! Bravo et felicitations. Merci
We were a bit disappointed in the shops.felt like trinkets and touristy souvenirs in every shop. The building is gorgeous and worth a quick look from the outside.
Great Cappuccino, absolutely fantastic croissants. Had the sage, goat cheese, and squash (must order), truffle and parmesan (good but not a must), almond (better than some but not the best), and chocoberry (must order). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really loved this place and would come back.
Beautiful building on the outside; but the selection of shops inside is quite disappointing. Feels more like a tourist trap. If you wanna buy maple syrup, get it at the supermarket or at one of the cheaper ones souvenir stores around downtown.
We had an amazing experience visiting bonsecours market. They have numerous designers boutiques with decent collection. Also, we loved the antiques shops. It is a must visit for those who collect bills/coins and antiques.
There is nothing interesting here as most boutiques are closed.
We tried to go upstairs via the elevator and got stuck in the middle of nowhere; the elevator then broke. We tried to call the main number, no answer. Then we looked up the numbers of the chief executive, the lease officer, as well as the technologies and operations manager. No one responded despite it being during opening hours. We had to call the police to get help.
The Market makes a great place to duck out of the Sixteen Hundreds for a moment and enjoy a beer served in a modern bar or shop for a gift. It's a great place to warm up and use a proper loo with out some proprietor giving the third degree. The Cafe of Arts & Brewski understand the universal language of hospitality.
Made in Canada Market Local artists designed brand clothing, jewelry, crafts and souvenirs are sold in this heritage building. This is one of the few locations promoting Canadian made products. Old Montreal is beautifully preserved and this building is great example mixing old building with new products.
Old building that was originally used to welcome new arrivals to Canada via Montreal.situated at middle of the old Port it now houses high end boutiques and conference Hall.
J'y vais à chaque année, pour y voir le world press photo. Très bel exposition, poignante, qui sensibilise à la réalité que peuvent vivre certaines personnes. Beau bâtiment pour ce genre d'exposition.
Very touristic but it's a rather scenic and pleasant place. Everything there is extremely expensive compared to other place that tourists don't frequent as much.
Visited in September when street works were taking place on one side. The main floor has a café at one end which is nothing out of the ordinary. There are shops on each side of the market, accessed from the central walkway. These are a mixture of souvenir, art and clothing shops, some which are high end, and others selling the usual run of the mill souvenirs. There is a pub and a sushi restaurant at one end. That's it, but the dome, front façade and entrance portico are good.
